My car was showing an engine sign on a dashboard. I searched the area around and found this shop. Fortunately, the location was open on Saturday. They took me as a walk-in that same day. While my engine light unexpectedly turned off, they still ran a full check, looking at all of the fluids. In the end, I was informed that the car was in a perfect condition and no leakage took place.
Very grateful to all of the employees. Very polite, patient, and attentive staff.

I've been taking my car here for years. Would highly recommend. I appreciate an auto place that won't try to upsell you on parts or repairs you don't need.

Went in for 2x oil changes & tire rotations. Front desk workers barely knew what a tire rotation is with a full size spare is even after arduous explanation.

First time seemed fine, was in a rush so didn't think much of it.
Second time there was an odd smell and there were weird charges for fluids that were supposedly topped up so I checked it. Turns out they definitely didn't top up my fluids after I popped the hood. They didn't even do the tire rotation! (I could tell as I had clear wear marks on one side of my car from curb rash). The full size spare when checked was still brand new even though I painstakingly explained to the desk worker that it needed to be rotated in. At the very least I can say they changed my oil as when I pulled the dip stick it looked clean.

Overall disappointed and will not be returning. Expect to be charged for whatever they think they can get away with as they probably guess most of their customer's won't check.

To top it off my car ended up with a lot of bird dung presumably from sitting in their lot.

Went to get my clutch replaced and was quoted at 1500$-1700$ maximum. When I picked up my vehicle it was over $2000 for the clutch replacement, which was over 500$ from other quotes I received.

Reliable, amazing work, fair in price, and friendly staff, can usually accomodate your needs.

I don't have a lot of trust in mechanics and tried to avoid bringing my car in for work in the past! I have been to North Road Auto Repair several times now and have began to trust again. I will now be bringing my car in without hesitation. They have been very fair in all dealings and get the job done. While in the shop I have consistently heard them recommend against unnecessary work and even tell customers "no charge" for minor items. For reference, my last bill came to $30 - I didn't even know mechanics would look at a car for under $100. Service like this doesn't exist anymore. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Friendly, honest, and very fair about costs.

After a bad experience with a previous vehicle, and never having been to a mechanic before, I brought my (then freshly purchased) second-hand 2006 Lincoln Town Car to these guys with a whole written list of things I was worried about. They were willing to go through the entire list with me and I left feeling a whole lot better about my car. Every experience I’ve had with them since then has gone equally as smoothly, and has left me feeling equally as good. This’ll be my go-to mechanic for as long as I live in the area.

This place is first-come-first-serve, so be sure to arrive as early as possible.

My car engine almost broken. The shop owner is East Indian

Could use some work on their phone customer service. One experience, was told I'd get a call back about a catalytic converter. Never did. This time, the call was very rushed, I got a "call later, right now we are slammed" and he hung up without any farewell. They're very courteous in person. I've only had oil changes done here, no complaints about the job done.

Had a problem with my muffler and exhaust. Dropped my car off and was done within 24 hours at a great price! Sabi was great and I HIGHLY recommend North Road Auto! My mechanic shop!

Friendly service, quality work and fair pricing. Took the time to explain what was done and why. Something that is much appreciated as I am not a car expert in any way. There is nothing worse than feeling like you are being taken advantage of and North Road Auto gives the feeling that they care about their customers. I highly recommend them for all your automotive repairs.

I have a flat tire so I towed my car and dropped off at this location because they do repair tires. After drop my car off, they called me back and told me tire is not repairable. Told me to replace all four tires. It wasn't my vehicle and I don't drive my mother's vehicle often so not sure what are the tire threads are. I don't think I should replaced all the tires so I called OK tire and sent a photo of my flat tire. They said it's fixable so I went there instead. Since my car had a flat tire so I want them to replace to spare tire but a guy told me he will charge me for the service which was fine ($40.00) for quick changing tire. Repeat? No

The guy who works on weekday is just disaster.
I went in to ask for oil change, and he harassed me.
When I asked some questions about oil change, he didn't answer and asked me if I cook.when I didn't answer, he kept asking if I cook.
ARE YOU CRAZY?
I've never met such a rude, ignorant, and aggressive idiot in the service office.
Whatever I asked, he rudely replied.
If u don't wanna be harassed by this rude man, ýou better go to another decent auto shop which gives a good service.

We started bringing our fleet here. Wish we had tried North Road auto for our vehicle maintenace and mechanic work 5 years ago.

The brakes siezed on our Ford Explorer the day before we were to travel to northern BC. I phoned several repair companies looking to get emergency service. North Road was the only one who could fit me in to their schedule. The service was quick, well performed and courteous. Came here for oil change and CEL diagnostic at Friday morning, without an appointment as I know they are very busy, I still got well serviced. Big thanks to Leon and his team, especially sungyhon who help to fix my car. Leon is professional he explained everything to me, the price, what are fixed and changed, why did that, and what if not doing that, since my English is not good at all. They even have a Cantonese call for me before fixing my car, briefly explain the issue and have my confirm to do such fix, it was excellent, they will not just fix something unknown and charge customer. They estimate a cost for me and finally charge me cheaper! Got a couple hours to get back my car, so far so good, as they are really busy. Will come back for sure!

This place was wonderful to deal with - Leon is a pro and did everything he could to get the car running right and save us money. Went in for issues with my transmission because my brother asked the mechanics if they could fix it wile he was there for rotors.
Guy at the front desk immediately shuot me down and told me to bring it to a transmission shop cause they don't do transmission repair. Save yourself the time and take it somewhere else for transmission problems.

Terrific auto shop. We have been taking our vehicles here for years. I've never felt pushed around or upsold. Just honest work from good people.

Great people, honest and up-front. Prices are high. But I think that seems to be standard in the LML.
