North Shore Acura has the best service i’ve ever experienced. Great people, in the parts and services department, too to bottom.i highly recommend this location as well as the brand itself.it has never let me down and has only helped me. I’ll be a lifer here with the brand and location, that is for sure.

Gord, manager of the service department, is exceptional to deal with! He gets above and beyond to see to the customers needs. I've been taking my RDX here for a few years now and Gord always makes an effort to greet me, chat about the issue I'm having, etc. Have really enjoyed my dealings with Gord and feel that he treats customers with respect.

I’ve been taking my wife’s 2017 Acura RDX and my 2019 TLX to North Shore Acura and Gord Klatt’s service department since I’ve bought both vehicles and for good reason. Everything is explained to me before it’s done including cost and the reason why it’s being done. They now text you just as it’s being completed in case you’ve gone for a walk outside to be super safe from covid. On my last service on the RDX I was told a complete break service would be done and it would be about $500. When I came back to pick it up the bill was under a $100 and I was told they found something that needed repair that was covered on a recall and completely re-did my brakes for free! Wow! Can you imagine a private garage doing that? There are at least 3 other Acura dealerships that are closer to me but I will always drive the extra km.s to get my service done at North Shore Acura! Special thanks to Mr. Klatt and all his awesome staff!

I'm a little late in my posting but I wanted to provide my feedback. During our visit to Vancouver during the summer we experienced a problem with our MDX, the instrument panel lit up like a Xmas tree. I wanted to book an appointment to get the problem diagnosed/fixed ASAP since we were scheduled to leave Vancouver in a couple of days. The only Acura dealership to respond to my problem was North Shore Acura. I talked to Gord (the Service Manager) directly and he was able to get our vehicle in on short notice. He tried to get us in at their sister dealership (Burrard) but they were having systems issues. The other Acura dealership didnt even return my calls. Having said that, they were able to fix the MDX's problems in a couple of hours. Kudos to Gord/Patricia and his service team at North Shore Acura

We recently bought a car here.
The sales people were very nice.

But after we picked up the car, nightmare begins. Insurance man made a mistake to fill my form. I have to go to ICBC on my weekend and they couldn’t do anything because he supposed to fix it.

And dashcam is broken, we cannot record constantly. He came back to “fix it”, it still not working and waiting for new dashcam. And the installer guy asked me to contact the sale manager but they told me I should talk to this guy directly? Like…. I just want a car, I wish they have better communication skill between sales rep and other contract companies. It’s almost a month I got this brand new car but I’m still dealing with their lazy and not professional contact companies.

So tired of it. You buy a car here and you have to deal with these issues on your weekend to fix the problems even it’s not your job.

Go there and get appraised your trade in, you will be shocked how cheap they offer you. (even their lot still empty) And believe me, they will make at least 8-10K on your trade in. As well every penny from your pocket. Was there couple weeks ago and the Indian sale manager (yes! Manager) took my trade in just fly out of parking lots, I can even hear the engine sound from the show room.

The cars self start didnt work and was given wrong information during the purchase and even the manager Mr Fahim didnt helped and the car sensors still not detect the same.

I recently purchased a Sonata 2011 from the dealership and I was told that the car was in excellent condition. I was handled by Mr Parsa.

I had a test drive and bought the vehicle but after the payment I checked the keyless entry was not working and the car has only one key which was also broken.

I was frustrated and messaged the person, the person told that the manager is looking into this and now its been 2 weeks and still I don’t have the other key and my vehicle doesn’t have keyless entry activated. Such a shame on the dealership.

My experience was very favourable! I found Samuel’s help and knowledge made it very easy to select and purchase the car I was looking for. Fahim, the sales manager was also excellent and easy to work with. I would highly recommend North Shore Acura to anybody looking for a new or used car!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from North Shore Acura, and unfortunately, my experience has not been positive. This has been a very expensive life lesson for me, so treat my review as a caution to always do your research and get a second opinion when purchasing a used vehicle.

Within a couple of days after my purchase, I started experiencing issues with the struts and suspension. They were making a loud clunking noise and were found to be leaking. North Shore Acura insisted this wasn't a safety issue, but a basic search on the internet says otherwise. After much back and forth, they agreed to fix the struts. Unfortunately, my car has continued to make a bit of noise and North Shore Acura has not offered any further assistance on the matter.

So, without any support from North Shore Acura, I decided to bring my car to my mechanic, Kevin Tieu, at Applewood Nissan Richmond. He conducted another inspection on the vehicle and additionally found that North Shore Acura did very minimal work in their inspection and turnaround to get the vehicle sold. They replaced the battery and did an oil change, but that was it. Here are some of the other issues my mechanic noticed:

- The coolant was only filled up with water, suggesting that a flush and replacement was not done.
- The transmission fluid also looked dirty and my mechanic thinks that the rear differential fluid is likely in the same condition.
- The brake fluid was also very dirty.
- The drive belt was worn.
- The tires were rotated incorrectly and the PSI in the tires was not corrected and too low, which explained why the car was always swaying.

The above issues were surprising to me, since all of those items were noted by North Shore Acura as passing inspection, so I thought they did some work in those areas in their preparation of the car for sale. It turns out they did not do anything to the above items and I have already had to pay more money to get these items resolved.

Beyond their minimal effort in turning around used vehicles, it is unacceptable to sell a car that has known issues and to not disclose this information to the buyer. I have owned my car for less than two months and I am honestly exhausted with all of these surprise issues. I did not expect to have to pay more so soon to get my car in good working condition.

Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience at North Shore Acura. Their lack of honesty and disappointing customer service is concerning, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had an amazing experience with Hafez and North shore Acura as a whole. The customer service was amazing and they went out of their way to find me exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Hafez and his team. Working 6 days a week it was hard to find time to go in but Hafez and North Shore Acura went above and beyond to let me view and pick up the car within a small time frame. I purchased a 2022 Acura Tlx A Spec, and wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else.
