I recently have required legal services and contacted North Valley Law on a recommendation that was given to me. I have to say that they have been very, very helpful. Katy from the Armstrong office has been a breath of fresh air, her professionalism and hard work has made it easier for me during a difficult time. Everyone that I have dealt with in the Vernon Location as well have all been super helpful, Thank you all for your hard work!

Wow I have never had a law firm lie to me before but if you want proof contact me. They sold my house over a year ago and I have not been provided with a statement of adjustments YET! They paid a bill that wasn't even owing after i already told them it wasn't owed. They have ignored all requests to account for missing money. Totally disrespectful in many ways

After inquiring about services and price I turned down his service due to unavailability to pay the fee I cancelled the appointment for the services. 6months later I receive an email with said service that was not approved nor required I receive an email with the papers I inquired about and a few total at the end of documents, for services not rendered nor required. Nothing has been mention in the last 6 months until today. Extremely unprofessional on this law firms behalf. 0 stars!

Absolutely no help. Not very polite about it either and basically hung up on me.
