Brutal service. Took my Nissan in for a service and they removed and lost one of my floor mats. No responsibility or accountability. I was invited to drive back sift through a pile of other mats left behind. Would be nice if they actually had an email address you contact too, and not just a form that gets sent to who-knows-where?

My worst experience with a dealership.the most stupid I knowledgeable team from manager Donald Li to staff Amin. Highly don’t recommend them. Amin who has no knowledge about anything, instead of focusing on his job and customer satisfaction, just trying to chat and call single ladies to have fun with them! On the other side, stupid manager Donald li, caused taming more than 2 weeks for a simple stuff that just takes 5 minutes

I took my 350Z to this dealership and I was surprised how excellent the service was. My service advisor was Louis and he was very polite and professional, he made sure everything I needed was taken care, he kept me updated on the service and gave me suggestions, and went over and beyond to ensure my vehicle was serviced properly, and finally they did an awsome with the service itself. It is awesome to have a Nissan dealership nearby with such professional staff.

I visited the dealership a few weeks ago for service. I needed to replace my front lights and for an inspection/diagnosis due to squeaky sounds coming from underneath my car when driving over speed bumps or rough roads. My car terminology is not great, but I had to get a certain tray replaced, but it did not solve the problem. While there is a warranty on the parts, it is frustrating to have to pay a fee for an inspection and not have the repairs done properly. I called and completed one of the surveys but did not receive any follow-up. Overall, it was not a great experience, but at least the dealership has fair pricing for car light replacements.

I got my 2017 Rogue serviced at the North Vancouver Nissan dealership. Louis was the person helping me. He was absolutely phenomenal. I needed some regular maintenance on the vehicle. I also had a couple of minor bumps and scratches on the vehicle. (I have two teenagers drivers at home.)

I had been to a local autobody shop and they had quoted $3200 plus tax to fix the two bumpers, and said they could not do it any cheaper.

Louis fixed the front and rear bumper FREE OF CHARGE as the plastic clips had not been broken so could be used again. He also fixed some plastic stripping on the side of the vehicle. He then took the time to explain the right product I needed to remove contact paint scuffs from the vehicle simply and easily at home. Louis was not only courteous and professional, he saved me thousands of dollars. I am so very grateful.

I also had a really punctual and friendly courtesy car driver, and my car was gleaming inside and out when it was returned to me. Needless to say, I will be back, and highly recommend their maintenance service.

I am so disappointed with Nissan service in North Shore. I purchased a 2021 Nissan Sentra pre-owned vehicle a month ago. I started driving my new car and noticed / heard a loud noise when I started braking my car when it was in a high speed. I took my car to Nissan North shore where I purchased it to check it out. The car stayed there for the full day and in the end of the day the Nissan attendant called saying that there was nothing. Then I asked if I could do a road test with a technician and they said yes but that day wasn’t possible. Then I took my car the second time and did a road test and the technician heard the noise and said there was something wrong. So we came back to the dealership and they scheduled a third time to bring the car to do the service. Then I did so, expecting to have the car noise resolved. I left the car at Nissan north shore for the full day and in the end of the day that said the problem was resolved. However, driving my car I still can hear the same noise. I really don’t know what to do. My car still has warranty and nobody is able to fix the problem. I really do not recommend this dealership to buy a new car or pre owned one. I really hope with this review I can have someone from that dealership to contact me to resolve the issue and change the bad impression Nissan passed to me. Hopefully, someone is willing to help me with.

Fantastic place, very informative sales team and professional finance service. We just bought a 2022 frontier. It only took 3 months to deliver. No extra package required and no additional fee. Just pay the MSRP in 2022 for a new car. That is unbelievable.
Ron from the financial department is very knowledgeable and professional. He didn't up sell any unnecessary warranty or insurance. I can choose whatever the financial package I want effortlessly. That is the first financial manager I have ever met in decades who doesn't want to rip me off.
The vehicle was delivered cleaning, shinning and got all the accessories I asked for. The most important thing is that it came with a FULL TANK OF GAS. It is an 80L gas tank. Man, that was impressive. Thank you Hamid!
We are living in the lower mainland and it was a long way to travel. It is worth every second of my time. Great job North Vancouver Nissan.

I left the car for the oil service, regular tire rotation and inside cleanup at Norh Vancouver Nissan today. They send me a cab and told me that the car is ready to go, but when I went to pickup my car, I had to wait another one hour and half at their place because the car was not vacuumed and they never rotated the tires even though both of theses services are under their responsiblity as the regular service. Besides, the way the guy at the front desk treated me was not professional and respectful. I asked I was very busy at home, why did you send a shuttle to my house when the car was not ready to pickup, yet. He didn't apologize for wasting my time and said you can take the car as it is or because we are short in staff you have to wait for cleanup.

I have taken my Nissan Leaf S for service at this dealership several times, most of the time they have been great. However, I have had a reoccurring issue with my Bluetooth not connecting. It's been frustrating because my car is only a few years old (2019). I've had the service department look at it several times, but each time they said it worked fine. Literally 10 days after my warranty expired it stopped working completely. When I brought it in, I was told that "we have to draw a line in the sand" and "it's not our fault, it's the manufacturers fault" so I would be charged $150 just for a diagnosis fee, even though I've had this issue for months before my warranty expired. I expected better service from them, foolishly I guess. I won't be back.

Update:
after just a month having that Leaf I got an EV system error and towed the Vehicle and it is in the shop with no sign of repair from three weeks ago, I escalated the call to Nissan and no one assisting me. With this customer service I am not taking that car and will return it back, and not buying Nissan again after 14 years be loyal with them.it needs a major work done and still they don’t have any resolution for it.it seems to me it is a defective and unreliable car and Nissan and dealership need to step up and get the return. It is not the cosmetic issue if that happens the vehicle won’t move and need to be towed. Had some issue with fast charge too.

PS: Still the sales man gets 5 star although he hasn’t called me

I made an appointment to view a car and on the day of the appointment when I arrived at the dealership, they told me it was sold out. I did not receive any notice/calls/texts beforehand that it was sold out and made the trip all the way here. Bad service and customer treatment from the dealer. The people who failed to contact me were Sherko and Hamid. Will never do business here again.

Extremely satisfied and contented! The very first and most expectation everyone has in making such a deal is honesty and clarity. The gentleman whom I dealt with as a salesperson, Amir, highly fulfilled my expectations. Super fluent in English with sufficient technical knowledge about the car and their inventory. Amir was warmly responsive even after the purchase. Besides, the sales manager, Donald, provided a reasonable price and very friendly in making an agreement. Last but not least, it gets to financial approval and corresponding documentation, Ron who works as the financial manager is a true expert in his work. Straightforward with perceivable explanations and friendly. I received my finance approval in 30 minutes. The procedure in its entirety took 3 hours.

I own a 2012 qx56 and had a clunking problem with the drivetrain. I took it to two other dealerships in Richmond and Burnaby. I was misdiagnosed and given the run around at these other dealerships without my problem being solved. I took a chance in North Vancouver Infiniti where service advisor Sarkis Vides was so professional and courteous it gave me some comfort. Within two hours Sarkis called me and told me they found the issue and ordered the parts right away. When I picked up my truck I was a little hesitant about it but sure enough what two other dealerships failed to fix North Vancouver Infiniti fixed the first shot. I am so satisfied with the service and is why I’m a customer for life here now. Thanks to the entire team at North Vancouver Infiniti. Great job

I just purchased one of their used vehicles and had a great experience. Amir was great to work with and provided excellent customer service. He answered my questions about the vehicle well and explained my financing options throughly.

I also had great experience on the financing side of things with Jody. She broke everything down for me, explained what the costs were, and was genuinely interested in providing me with the best rate.

It was overall a easygoing experience, and that’s what I want when purchasing a vehicle.

I like the transparency of their offer, how they understood my needs and how they saved my time not insisting in what I wasn't interested of.

Nat from sales went above and beyond my expectations, he earned my trust by helping me any time I needed, going over the pure sale by finding solutions for me with other North Vancouver Nissan departments.

My interaction with other staff members is positive too, worth mentioning Nick from service who was always professional and available to help and Ron from finance services.

I am a very careful and meticulous person in everything. Hosein Vakili handled my needs very quickly and professionally. In addition, the service was provided according to my preference. Also, what impressed me the most was Hosein opening the shop door for a fellow mechanic. I visited more than 5 dealerships in 2 weeks in order to find a right car for me. Out of all the dealers I met, Hosein was the only dealer who showed kindness, respect, and honesty.

Frankly speaking, my husband and I were very picky in choosing a car. Even after we put down the deposit, we asked for a lot of things until all of our worries are solved.

Without Hosein’s help and patience, we would not have bought the car.

I was called for a recall on my vehicle.when I was booking my appointment was told there was a shuttle service.when I got there and dropped my vehicle off I was first made to have a oil/vehicle check which wasnt necessary as my vehicle had just been in.then once ready to leave I asked about the shuttle and they said that wasn't avaiable on a saturday.good think I had a friend in the area to pick me up.then when the vehicle was done, I was called at 415 and told I had til 5 to pick it up. I said I'll be right over.arrived at 430 to the service area dark.i had to search for another worker to help me. 3 strikes not impressed.will not be back, and I will not be recommending to my friends or family.

I recently purchased a 2020 Nissan Kicks from North Vancouver Nissan and I was very happy with everything. I had made a service appointment for my Juke and had indicated I was interested in talking to sales while I was there so when I showed up they very quickly found Mohammad for me.

I have already had 4 previous Nissan, a Sentra, a Versa and 2 Jukes, so I have always been happy with the Nissan products in general. I went to Toyota in Squamish which is local for me hoping I could get something but couldn't find something I liked in my price range.

Mohammad talked to me about which vehicle I was interested in, which was the Kicks as it was a similar style and size to what I was driving and brought one up for a test drive. Although I could have gone for a test drive by myself, I was unfamiliar with the area so he came with me and explained the car as we went along. There were so many extra safety features on the car that I was happy to hear about. I ended up purchasing the Kicks SR which was a step up from what I wanted to get iniatilly but they had the colour combo I was interested in and difference in price made it worthwhile for all the extras! The terms were very favourable, 0% financing, a winter package of tires and mats, and my service was paid for as well.

My experience with Jodie in financing went very well. She was not pushy in selling me extras which I was happy about.

All in all my experience was very enjoyable. Mohammad is an excellent salesman and very friendly as well as knowledgeable about the Nissan products. I would and will recommend him in future as well as North Vancouver Nissan.

We came in to buy a car for my Mum’s birthday. It was such a pleasure to deal with the GM James Graff and Adam the Sales Manager. They were both fantastic. We were originally looking at the Qashqai and dealing with Hamid who in our opinion didn’t clearly communicate the features of the Qashqai. Adam and James stepped in after giving us a very fair trade-in value for our vehicles and after ascertaining the features we were looking for in a car James personally went over the features of the Rogue with us and even got us the colour we were looking for and worked it in our budget. James and Adam even made sure to be there when we picked up the vehicle -Wow! We were extremely impressed with the friendliness of all the Staff and Jody in finance was really great and equally friendly and worked out a great warranty package for us. All in all a great experience in a dealership under the truly Amazing GM James Graff.

I was there yesterday to trade my car. I had an appointment they didn't say hi and welcome. They just watched me until I ask about the guy's name was Nat; he was with other customers at the same time as my appointment, and he doesn't know anything about my position, and he was so rude to me and wasted my time. Also, they gave me the wrong number and price of my car. I'm so shocked no customer support, And no respect and so rude they skipped my appointment.

Hamid was fantastic! I had talked to other dealerships before talking to Hamid at Nissan and I was treated fair enough but I believe my experience at Nissan was much better enhanced through Hamid's caring attitude and his knowledge of not only what is sold at Nissan but other major competitors. He arranged for as many test drives as I needed and was honest in his assessments of each option. I truly appreciate his help and advice along with his colleagues in financing, Jody and Ron, who made sure that the deal goes through and did not stop their negotiations until they got the desired result. I would definitely recommend them.

The dealer say to me if decides to buy a car then can give me final price he just show me internet price, so I went Burnaby Nissan.when I went to Burnaby Nissan, I asked for a 60-month installment with the same model and option.
The price was $55 cheaper a month then north vancover Nissan, so I bought a car there, and the North van dealer called me and got angry and asked why I didn't call him, so it was a difference of $55 a month. It mean $55 per month is total $3300 differnce, so of course it's not right to buy it at the cheaper Burnaby Nissan? The North van dealer told me that he would deal with the price if he decided to buy the car at that time, but Burnaby did it on the spot.
To Buy a car is not to buy a coffee.
It's a really bad experience.

I went in to look at a used Kia Optima for my daughter over the weekend. Patrick Hauer answered my email inquiry within 10 minutes and called me back to confirm the vehicle was clean and didn't have any "stories". When I arrived at the dealership he had the car ready for us to view and test drive. Patrick was helpful, professional, and not at all pushy. I made an offer the same day and their Sales Manager, Adam Niblock was also good to deal with. They also timed the insurance agent (who was also great) well so we were done with minimal hassle. All in all.this was the best car buying experience I've had. Great job guys and thanks.

I had my first experience with their service department today and I was completely let down. Terrible service. I've been an owner in an independent vehicle inspection company in Alberta for the past five years. So, this opinion is coming from someone within the automotive service industry. Upon arrival, I stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes while three service people and one parts person saw me standing there. Not a single one of them acknowledged me for several minutes until I asked, "do I need to ring a bell for service? " My truck was being brought in for a factory recall concerning a wiring harness. I told the service person who was assisting me that my truck has been having the symptoms described in the letter from Nissan regarding the recall. Apparently, the mechanic looking at my truck didn't read this in the notes because when I saw him outside looking at my truck as I was leaving he said, "so you aren't have any issues, eh? " I corrected him. Told him I am having electrical issues which I believe are related to the harness in question. According to him, every truck they inspected for the recall was fine. I find this odd considering the size of the recall and other dealerships finding issues on other trucks like mine. In any event, when I booked the appointment they told me they could drive me home and pick me up. When I asked for a ride home today they said "no problem". At least it wasn't a problem until I told them I live in Coal Harbour just across the bridge. Then it was "Sorry. We don't cross the bridge. " Unbelievable! I asked the kid driving the shuttle how many rides he does a day. He said they used to be nonstop before the pandemic. Now they have only one driver because it is so slow. He's said he's average 3-4 rides per day. Yet no time to cross the bridge for me. Instead I had to take the Seabus home in the middle of a pandemic! Such amazing service. Later I had to get a ride back to pick up my truck. The mechanic told me he needed an hour with it and the detailers would need time with it after. He said it will be at least a couple of hours. Funny how it was ready for pickup just minutes after I got home around an hour later! I wasted an entire hour taking the Seabus to go home. If that weren't enough, they didn't find anything. My sense is they weren't trying that hard to find the issue. Don't worry. I'm going to get the truck checked again to see if they are being honest. To top it off, they said when I booked the appointment were going to "detail" my truck for me, including the inside. My truck was clean when I dropped it off as I just washed it a few days ago. When I arrived it wasn't detailed. The inside hadn't been touched and the outside looked the same as I left it. This is why I hate taking my cars for service to dealerships. They charge a premium for subpar service. My recommendation to customers. YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER THAN North Vancouver Nissan.

I was helped by Jody from their finacial department with my lease buyout. She was great, so was the service department! My email conversations with Ron was also great and he was really helpful. He helped me understand the process better and was more than happy to clear my queries. I would have given a five star, but my experience over the phone, I think with a guy called Nat, at the earlier stages of the buyout, while I was trying to transfer my Nissan finance car file from Nissan Vancouver to Nissan North Vancouver was unpleasant, as he seemed agitated at my questions and was in rush to cut the call.

I want to thank James and Nat for helping me get my first card. Most importantly i really want to shout out Patrick. I find it hard to be taken seriously because I am young and a recent graduate. I really felt like Patrick sincerely valued me as a customer. He gave me space, he was genuinely ethusiastic about the vehicle i was buying, came in on his day off to do my delivery (and stayed long after closing), and even hand delivered an accessory to my work place. Bought a Tundra online from Sam and he was awesome. Would definitely buy from him again. The staff were all extremely friendly and good laughs. Enjoyed the experience.

I recently bought my first car in this place, and Sam was the one that helped me. This is a great fellow, he made the whole procedure smooth and practical, he even gave me a ride to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. I definitely recommend this place, as they make the whole procedure easy and fast.

I had to make a new key for my car and drove from 1.5 hrs specifically for it. When I received the text to pick up the key and the car, after two hours (it's the time they advised it would take), I still had to wait for almost another 30 minutes to get the car and the key.
My surprise was when I got back home and tried the new key, as it doesn't open the door of the car.
I called to check what was the next step, which is basically going back there. Got explained that as the key is new and the lock is old, this would get fixed overtime. I wonder how, if I can't even open the door!
Not an apology, not a single part of the conversation taking responsibility.

I wonder how in the 2.5 hours that took to make a copy of the key, nobody even checked if it actually opened the door! If they had, they would've realized it didn't open and I wouldn't have to waste one more day (and money) just to drive there to re-do a job they didn't do properly.

If you have the chance to choose, check other Nissan's (and make sure the key works before leaving the place, even if they said they checked)

Staff is always friendly and trying to be helpful. Loaner car was made available which was very helpful as they ended up needing to keep the vehicle over the weekend.
