My kitty was very well cared for during her stay there. Even though she is a spicy girl, they were good to her and gave her the space she needed. I received update calls everyday.everyone I interacted with was stellar!

They took such great care with Carl, and the daily calls about how he was doing stopped a lot of my worries

Radioactive Iodine Treatment
Absolutely a positive and reassuring experience with this place! Great communications and a lot of praise for the staff who are truly there for the right reasons! My 8 year old cat Saffie, was treated the 1st of May and has a clean bill of health! A huge thanks to all!

We are so thankful for North West and the radioactive iodine treatment. We have a 20 year old cat that was starting to go downhill with hyperthyroidism. It was becoming hard to give her the medicine twice a day so we decided to try this treatment. We were worried about leaving her there for so long after treatment, but overall she seemed to handle it well. The staff treated her very well and kept us constantly updated. It’s been over a month since treatment and she is doing great. She does not act or look 20 years old, she seems so much younger now. They also gave her this new drug for arthritis and she is moving around great I think it really helped. Thank you for helping our fur baby!

I am about to bring my Charlie boy to this facility from Alberta in March to have him cured. I am beyond grateful for how fantastic the techs have been. Charlie is beyond special to my partner and I. I am struggling big time with having to leave him and I am hoping to be able to check in with them daily. He is special needs for attention and I am hoping he is showered with love. Please do everything for him as he is the light of my life. I can't wait to get him back home and he hasn't even departed yet. Fingers and toes are crossed. A big risk that I hope will pay off for his sake and ours.

Amazing staff so professional, helpful, knowledgeable, reassuring and careing. I can not say enough good things, they got my baby back to his old self just when I was loosing all hope. They totally Rock!
