For instance, they picked up the phone on the initial phone call, while others don't. They come and see your backyard and listen to your needs, while others don't. They care about the quality of their work, and your happiness with their installation, while other don't. Lastly, they guarantee the job, while others don't.

Installing turf is not an easy job, as there are various logistical problems, such as scheduling, the machines involved, the city and location constraints, and many others. The list of challenges seems endless. However, the NWSG crew was always calm, smiling, and doing the work with joy.

We moved into a new townhome last year with a couple of patios - that is, there's one located off the kitchen floor and our master bedroom - and we wanted to place artificial grass to give a better, natural look. After shopping around, including Costco, we found the best price and quality at North Western Synthetic Grass! I spoke to the owner, Allan, who not only helped procure us the thick, luscious turf but also gave us the best price compared to other competitors.

The transaction was very easy and straightforward, and within the same day, we ended up picking up grass from their Cloverdale office and had it on our patio the same day.

I used to work here and didn't have the best time. I wasn't even half way through my probation and he paid cut me from 20 to 17 a hour without me signing off on anything. I got fired for no reason (I wasn't given one.) I wasn't really trained by the managers that much. Not to say there wasn't any good. They can get sites done nicely and efficiently. Their communication skills are mint.

If you are looking for synthetic grass look no further. This company was recommended by friends and they already did all the homework. They were professional, timely and extremely hard working. The job was complete within two days. I would highly recommend this company.

We went through North Western Synthetic Grass for our artificial lawn. The quality of the product is significantly better than everything else we saw on the market (it’s looks real!). Synthetic Grass Installation and Landscape Upgrade - North Western Property Maintenance - Client Review

In May of 2021, I contracted North Western Property Maintenance to install synthetic grass, a stack wall and a sidewalk using pavers. I obtained more than one quote for this job. The price provided was fair and the company appeared to be eager to undertake the job.

The crew arrived when they were supposed to arrive, and did what they were asked to do. The crew size varied from about 5 workers at the beginning to three at the completion of the project, that took about a week. Everyone worked hard, were very professional and appeared to be having fun doing their jobs. It was a pleasure to see.

In my opinion, they did an outstanding job, and the project was installed on schedule and just as I had expected it to be done. I would not hesitate to give North Western Property Maintenance an opportunity to bid any other project involving their expertise.

North Western Synthetic Grass did an awesome job in my backyard. They installed artificial grass which turned out really well. They also took out unwanted bushes and plants - I highly recommend the river rock placements around my trees which made it look so much more clean and neat.

We hired Allen to "redo" our backyard. We added synthetic grass and build a 10' by 10' patio seating area. We also added pavers to our retaining wall.

During the process we bumped into technical issues with the structure of our existing retaining wall. After consulting with Allen we found a good solution and kept momentum going.

He is knowledgeable about his product and services, respect his clients schedule and is very reasonably priced. He is the only one who took under consideration that my old grass/dirt had already been removed and adjusted his quote accordingly without having to ask. They installed cement raisers for the storm drain and water access to maximize the levelling of the yard, and edged the synthetic grass and underlay very neatly to the fence and landscape wall in the yard.
