Excellent service here from everyone! From the checkin to the triage, to the doctor. Nice and clean too. I needed a referral and I received a call for the referral the next day. They also had an option to sign up for a call back when your spot is ready so that you dont have to wait around. The time they gave you to come back once you receive the text is 10 minutes

I went there at around 2pm on Saturday, they were full so i revisited on Sunday. I recommend to go there in early morning. I got there at 8: 30am and there was line up (I was 7th person in the line). Seems like those line up is almost all of the ppl this place can handle on Sunday. (I heard they said they were full at 9: 30am).
There is a long waiting, so bring a book or something to do. I walked out at around 12: 45pm.
They are really kind. I satisfied overall. Just go there as early as possible and prepare to wait

Had to take my elderly parent to be seen and the staff (reception, triage, nurses in the back) and Dr. Mohammadi, Seyedmahyar provided excellent care. Everyone introduced themselves (which is a rarity these days) and were so kind and helpful. The clinic was very clean.

This is an excellent clinic. Doctors and nurses are very considerate and truly provide best care. I went with my toddler who had an ear infection and high fever. We were seen in 10 minutes - the nurses and doctor were kind, I even got a follow up call from the doctor couple of days later. This is truly great service - I thank the staff and doctor for all their care and support.

Update your status symbol under the wait time webpage to at capacity” or “overcrowded” exclamation mark if you are not accepting more patients. There’s a status section there for a reason.

This is one of best experience I had in this clinic yesterday. The stuff are above and beyond and very outstanding customer service.
NP, Daniel Joshua is very very professional smiley and very friendly. I was there to remove cast and he’s very professional listener to all concerns. Not just listening, but also helps yo write doctor note without even asking for it. That’s so much appreciation

Accepts all patients.
They take their time to fully assess what is going on and you could tell that they care.
She spent a lot of time with me to explain what is wrong and how to move forward. Every experience I had there was good.

Had an amazing experience here today. Staff are all so kind and very attentive. My nurse, Josh was so thorough and so nice! It was such a nice change since some medical centres are a nightmare on top of the health problems you’re dealing with. Thank you to the lovely staff of northeast!

Dismissive Doctors, lacking Knowledge, And apparently don’t know how people scratch themselves. They said the long marks on my skin was because I scratched myself while sleeping. I don’t have finger nails that can scratch my skin like that, and it would only have been done with one finger in three different parts of my body, who scatches themselves like that? Gave them a one star rating because they don’t have negative stars.

Went there this morning my first time at a doctor in Van so I was a bit nervous to see what the service would be like. I was very impressed by all of the nurses and the doctor. He even gave me a prescription just in case after I told him my medical history to reassure me that if my symptoms develop I’d have the medication on hand instead of having to go back. Thank you so much!

I recently moved to Vancouver and had no prior experience with Canadian healthcare. Everyone at this clinic was so kind and patient with me, despite my confusion and awkwardness.

Dr. V was particularly outstanding in his kindness, knowledge, and patience with my additional questions. Overall, this is probably the best experience I've had with staff during medical treatment.

This is one of the best walk ins I’ve ever been to. The wait times are up online if you wanna know. And everything was very clean and all the nurses, receptionist, and the doctor I saw (Kristin) were all so kind and lovely.

I was maybe there 1.5 hours but it was a nice experience. Clean and kind.

Went in with chest pain at 7pm. The nurse looked at me up and down in disbelief and her exact words were, "you take yourself to an emergency. " If the clinic is at full capacity, then make it so. Don't be dismissive based on age and looks. The attitude is unnecessary.

You don't need to be a nurse to be educated to know that illnesses can occur at any age.

I normally don’t write reviews but this clinic gave me the best experience I’ve had with urgent care in Canada. Doctor Melissa took me in and she was so kind and caring and helpful.

Have been here a few times in the past year, once for a broken wrist. They have always shown me good care and compassion, but the clinic is quite busy. Expect a wait of up to 1.5 hours, especially in cold/flu season.

Dr. Vaghadia (I hope I spelled his name right) is a great doctor. He is respectful, polite and very thorough. I appreciated his advice and was very satisfied by the visit.

Visited NE UPCC this morning and had another excellent experience at this clinic. Thank you, nurse Dejan & NP Cowina, for being so thorough, professional & friendly! This was my 4th time here and the staff have been so friendly and professional every time I have been. I was in and out in 1 1/2 hrs for a non urgent issue this morning but I always bring a book because it's a UPCC and patients are seen in order of medical urgency, not order of arrival. So if you're coming in for something medically non urgent, please expect to wait - and be kind to these awesome health care professionals who serve this community so well - thank you for being here!:)

We're here at the moment and must say the nurses are just great. The place is very clean and the wait time doesn't seem to be bad. Very great atmosphere and helpful people.

Went today to do urgent checkup for fever. Staff was very nice, service were amazing and waiting time was quite less. It was very clean and hygiene also. Definitely would recommend to anyone planning to visit during these kind of unforeseen situations.

They made me wait for 3 hrs with a sick 2 year old only to be seen for 5 minutes. We were number 4 when we arrived and we were not seen until they were taking number 21. It’s a disgrace. I know there’s a triage but there should be some compassion for babies and toddlers. They can’t wait so long like adults can. I’m also not even sure if the care I received was very good. I have to try to take her to my family Dr as soon as I can get in.
It’s a shame that in Canada we can’t get better health care. I’m just really disappointed and expected better.

Great experience at this urgent care location. All staff were very patient and kind. Thank you to nurse Christine for making me feel at ease with her friendliness during the assessment!

The worst urgent care, been there twice and same reason “sorry we reached the capacity for the day” Get your name on the call list but never call.

This is walk in UPCC and closes at 10pm.
But they refuse to accept patient who arrives at 6pm. Only few patients are sitting at lobby area but they still refuse to accept new patients.

How ridiculous.

Please don’t say that you are walk in clinic

I don’t hav a family doctor since I got to Vancouver. I suddenly became very worried today about certain physical symptoms I had. I called multiple walk-in clinics that were either unreachable or booked up. I was so relieved to finally find this clinic, a real walk-in clinic, no appointment needed, open till late.

I didn't have to wait much at all (would have been fine if I had needed to). Nice receptionist, nice open waiting room with big comfy chairs, triage nurse was super kind and friendly and immediately put me at ease (she could see I was nervous), Dr. Janzen was also very nice and immediately reassuring, took his time looking me over, answered my questions patiently, gave me a prescription quickly and told me to come back if things didn’t clear up.

Very happy I found this clinic today. Will definitely know right where to go if I have medical troubles in the future. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing! I've been having severe back pain and many more symptoms and been going to different clinics and hospitals since last 4-5 days but got no good answer or treatment options!
Visited this clinic and had a wonderful experience!
Dr. John is the best doctor I had met in Canada till now! Really friendly and mainly he listened to all my concers, my symptoms calmly and helped me figure out my next steps and also diagnosed me properly
He even helped me know about my university's medical program and stuff which even I didn't know about!
Also took x-rays just to clear my concerns.
I've been having really hard time figuring out about my health and problems but this experience was really helpful!

Great people and environment.wait time was long but the staffs here were caring and attentive.

Been here a couple of times and each time have been a great experience. The staff are so kind, friendly, and genuinely care about you. Highly recommend this place. Big shout out to Dr. Jen Young for helping me resolve an ear infection. I've never experience that kind of pain. She was definitely concerned of my well being and helped resolve it. I am very appreciative of that.

The care I received this evening from Dr. V and the team was first-class! A very well-organized clinic and wait time was way less than expected - I was in and out the door in about 1h30 and this included intake, triage, diagnosis from the doctor and treatment from a duo of nurses. Loved my experience here and wouldn't hesitate to go back (if I needed to, but let's hope not any time soon!). Thank you NEUPCC! <3
