Northern Element Photography

My daughter was in a U13 tournament this past weekend and Northern Element Photography was there taking pictures of each of the teams. They did an amazing job at capturing so many special moments on the ice that we don’t get to see from the stands, whether it was an action shot, a players head shot, or the team celebrations. He really captured my daughter’s love for the game in some of her pictures and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Appreciate how easy it was to arrange with Tyler at Northern Element Photography, to attend BC hockey provincials in Kamloops. Photographer Evan, was efficient and the photos show how involved he was in the Championship. The photos of the teams are an amazing take away for the families.

My daughter's hockey team played at a tournament where Northern Element Photography was there to capture each and every game for every team that played. They allow you to preview every single photo which is really nice to do when deciding what package to buy. The photos were really high resolution and managed to capture so many great moments of each player and every part of the game from the play, goals, team hugs and high fives, the bench, coaches, and more. Opting for the team package was a screaming deal especially when teammates see the great photos and offer to chip in. This season was a really special season for my daughter's team and this was the last timed they played together so I'm SO thankful these memories were captured so beautifully. These are SO much better than the somewhat cheesy team photos offered at other tournaments.

Tyler is an amazing photographer and super easy going and comfortable to be around. He was our team photographer for our baseball playoffs and we were all super impressed with the action shots he captured!

knew exactly where and when to capture the
perfect moment! We had our dog with us as well
and he also got some great shots of her waiting

Tyler did my graduation photos and they were absolutely amazing. He used his drone as well to get really cool shots of above too. Tyler was really great about trying anything and everything I wanted while also suggesting new things that looked amazing. I would definitely get Tyler to take photos for me again.

Tyler went above and beyond as my wedding photographer! I wasn’t really sure what I wanted going into the process of finding someone, but he was responsive, listened to my needs, and was vey professional. He arrived early to walk the trail where we were getting married to try to find the best shots and angles for us, he really went out of the way to make sure we had the best photos. The day of my wedding we had some guests running late so everyone was a bit flustered, however Tyler didn’t make us feel pressured to start without them. He got so many great shot of us and didn’t leave until we were all happy with how things turned out. Afterwards he sent me a sneak peak and while he doesn’t go over the top with photoshop, he adds a wonderful and magical quality to them. I did end up forgetting to save some of my wedding photos unfortunately and thought I had lost them, months later I let him know what had happened and he sent me the entire collection the next day! He really cared about what he does and it shows in his work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that asked, and will be reaching out to him in the future for all of my photography needs.
