Always new and exciting products, fair pricing, long open hours and great staff. I would nor shop any where else.

Good choice in store, however they have recently added to request a TIP at the checkout like some restaurant service!? What next, we will be asked to TIP at the supermarket? This tipping for everything we buy bearing in mind all the BC taxes is out of control. This request for TIP for merely cashing my purchase of alcohol makes me think twice before choosing this store.

I purchase all my Alcohol needs at this location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. As well the store is open from 9: 00 am-11: 00 pm.

Seems to have a fairly good selection though I was only buying wine. Two very helpful sales associates helped me with my selections as I don't normally drink red wine. They gave me some great information and assisted with my choices.

Liked this place as had lots of choices and lots of wine and beer on special. Has convenient parking and easy access

Best prices in town that I've found. Decent selection of wine and craft beer, which is why only 4 stars, but I always seem to find something enjoyable. I like the points program and chances at prizes.

Hard to navigate with their covid precautions and layout could be planned better but prices are fair, staff are friendly.

This used to be my usual after work store, staff is typically really friends but I stopped going when an older blonde lady employee insinuated that I was an alcoholic when I was checking out. I turned 19 in June this year and have been trying a new drink every weekend, I told this to the cashier and she gave me a disgusted look then told me I don’t have to drink if I don’t want to (which I want too, thanks) and basically accused me of being an alcoholic for trying new things. I’ve warned all my newly adult friends to avoid this store now due to the incident as I don’t want anyone else feeling uncomfortable

Awesome prices. I don't drink but Moods cannabis store is next door and they are 5-stars as well.

Excellent store with a great selection. There is an Australian guy there who was really helpful. Nice to get some high quality service while grabbing
a drink or ten. Good prices and delicious beer. What's not to love?

Was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the girl there appreciated my showing my ID right when I went in. For being New Year's Eve, they are even open their regular hours! I commend them for working. They had what wanted at a reasonable price (considering liquor is mostly government regulated). Plus they have a points program. Be kind to anyone working retail, especially around the holidays. Including your local liquor store peeps!

Staff are very friendly. Only thing not getting a 5star for is cause they don't carry my favourite product - Syd's
They have a huge selection of other alcohols though and alot of items that were made in B. C.

Great selection of wines and spirits, and a good beer fridge - especially for the size of the place.

Marilyn, the cashier with grey hair was absolutely awful. Terrible customer service skills, she could not manage a smile whatsoever and she treated my friend and I like criminals. I've never had any trouble with the other staff, they're lovely, but she is a problem every time I come into the store and it makes me want to avoid this place all together. I never write bad reviews, but she made me so upset that I just had to write this. Hopefully her employer sees this and offers her some customer service training. Other people have complained about her in similar circumstances.

Their prices are higher than other liquor stores. They have a points program which you can redeem towards liquor, but its not worth it.

Once my husband and I were at the register, we were met with an older lady with grey hair who was very snarky and rude once my husband didn't have 2 pieces of ID with a signature, (although he had 4 pieces of ID in total to prove who he was). She asked him to leave (understandable, it is the law) but she was extremeley argumentative and continued to argue with me even after my husband and left the store.
Two years ago, the same lady rejected my ID because my "signatures didn't exactly match". EVEN THOUGH both pieces were legitimate. We will not be back. There is a way to deal with customers and that is NOT it. I have told my friends and family all not to go there and will no longer be supporting this business.
