For the past ten years, Dr. Haghi and his team treat my both kids.
Today, finally my son got his shiny new teeth with a retainer back.
I just wanted to thank and praise Dr, Haghi and his professional team for their great job.

Dr. Haghi is nice, but I had a really bad experience with one of the assistants, and I complained about it. However, they didn't reply to me, so I called them to follow up in July 2023. I think this kind of matter should be addressed quickly instead of me having to contact them. When I was there, it was almost like they were discreet and apologized, which is okay, but they blamed me for brushing my teeth too hard. I was still upset because I stopped brushing too hard after receiving a lot of advice from my dentist, so it wasn't true. I felt that they are protecting their team but don't care about the client.
