Super awkward experience with the receptionist here. Based on this alone I will be going elsewhere.

Overall, we had an excellent customer service experience. The staff were very friendly and professional. The waiting area was tidy and comfortable. We left completely happy, so we definitely recommend Northshore Implant Perio Centre:)!

I've been seeing Dr. Garcia and her incredible staff for almost a year. The office is bright, soothing and professional. I am always greeted by name, and am welcomed to make me feel valued as a person and client.
Dr. Garcia has been one of the most delightful and caring periodontist surgeon professionals I have ever met. Even after a small surgery, she checked in to make certain I was all right and answered my questions right away. Her kindness and expertise are amazing and even though I was nervous, she assured me that I would be comfortable throughout my procedure. She was right. What I had imagined before the surgery was nothing like what I experienced. There was absolutely no discomfort, no pain, no anything.not even after the freezing had disappeared.

Every time I visit, I am made to feel like the most important person in the world. WOW. You all are definitely doing something right. Thank you, thank you.
