They charged me unfairly for $150. I called MSP and they acknowledged clinic charged you too much.

Dr. Mahshid Gharedaghi is a fantastic and knowledgable doctor. She truly cares and goes above and beyond. Her new front clinic staff are much more professional and nicer to deal with too. Thank you

Honestly not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My doctor (Dr Nouhi) is fantastic, and I've never had any issues with the receptionists - they're all lovely. Highly recommend this clinic.

I am immensely grateful for having Dr. Golbazi as our family physician. His kindness and thoughtfulness are exceptional, and he addresses all our concerns with remarkable patience and expertise. His professionalism is outstanding, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the thoroughness and clarity with which he explains everything.

Most rudest receptionist ever, the Dr is great but I haven't seen her in few years and I called 2 years ago and they were suppose to talk to the doctor and get back to me to see if she will take me back as a patient as I haven't seen her in over 2 year's, never heard back from them, today I called same thing we will get back to you only if she say yes like really.
The receptionist was really rude, I had to repeat myself and kept spelling my name over and over for her to get it.
I really like the doctor but I think it's time to find another doctor.

Dr. Mashid a very attentive and patient Doctor. It is such a gift to have her as my GP. Highly recommend her.

The clinic is actually working hard to address the huge loads of patients and patients requests. The staff are friendly but they need to be time oriented. Unfortunately some patients talk very long over the phones.

Dr Mahshid gharedaghi is by far one of the best doctors I have ever known. She is very helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. She is so beautiful inside and out and never seen anyone as humble and down to earth as her! She has an extensive knowledge on where to introduce you if you have a complicated situation. She does anything in her power to speed up the process if needed
. I owe this woman a world! A true doctor indeed who loves what she does and cares.

Front desk are very helpful and supper friendly. I have seen people nagging complaining a lot with their unrealistic expectations and please we need to understand that everyone can do only so much given what they are allowed to in different situations. If you have a doctor appointment please expect delays - same as many other doctor appointments we now go to. Our health care system is way too overwhelmed now and everyone is doing their best. I have seen some people are not understanding this issue and still think it’s all about them and their pain. It’s the system sometimes and not front desk or doctors.

Honestly, to anyone who complains so much about things, good luck finding a good GP and a place to take you now given that our city is lacking many doctors. So please be grateful for the amount of care you get.

Dr. Sanaz Gharedaghi is a fantastic family physician! I'm very impressed with her knowledge and expertise.

Poor client service. New hired receptionist is rude and aggressive. Booked an appointment a month before, and waited 30 minutes after the actual appointment time. I have been a cancer patient for almost 12 years and if it wasn’t for my family physician, I would have definitely switch to a new doctor.

I had a terrible experience at North Shore Medical Clinic. The reception was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making it difficult to even check in for my appointment. Furthermore, the staff was racist towards me as an African Canadian, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The only redeeming factor was Dr. Arash, who was kind and professional. However, this one positive experience was not enough to make up for the terrible customer service at the front desk and the racist behavior of the staff. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, especially not to people of color.

The worst booking appointment and family physician service I have ever seen. The office secretary never reply to your call ontime and the doctor never follow the test to order the medicine. The patient should call and call to take the doctor opinion for the test result and never answer. They don’t care about patients. Really disappointed.

It’s is the worst medical clinic I have ever been.
The give appointment after 2 months and after two when I come to visit the doctor according to my appointment time I have wait in waiting room for 49 minutes and then they asked me to go to one of the rooms to see the doctor and I have wait for 55 minutes for doctor. I don’t know what is the point take an appointment and waiting for two months.

The doctors are great, but the receptionist is not helful at all and can be very rude. She hung up on me when I was concerned about the time of my phone call with the doctor.

I’m actually appalled and shocked by the reception staff. Not once have I had a good experience with them they’re always so rude, so unaccommodating, it’s actually unbelievable. They always have an attitude and act like it’s not their JOB to be helping patients.

I made an appointment with Dr. Mahshid Gharedaghi (my family doctor) a week ago because I had actual real serious health concerns and just less than a day before my appointment I receive an email that my appointment has been canceled because the doctor is no longer available anymore. Dr. Gharedaghi doesn’t bother to show equal care for all her patients as a doctor should. I find it extremely unprofessional of her and the medical staff at this clinic to cancel patients appointments without giving them a call to reschedule asap. Some people have actual health concerns and these appointments matter to them. You people simply don’t care. Dr. Gharedaghi simply can’t be bothered by her patients health issues. Really unprofessional and unethical and simply appalling.

Extremely horrible customer service and telephone etiquette. Strongly recommend seeking out any other Vancouver clinic instead.

Dr. Mohajerani is the best. She takes care of her patients eagerly and with the best advices depends on the circumstances. Asal is a great receptionist too. Being their patient for almost 8 years, I have nothing to say rather than 5 star feedback.

We really experienced a great level of service and support from their professional team in NorthShore Medical Clinic, the staff are really kind and they take care of their patients with integrity and sympathy.

Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. I’m shocked she still has her job! She is very unhelpful and treats you with least care.

A Receptionist here is a joke. She gave us false information and hang up in the middle of the conversation. Don’t bother to talk to her. It is total waste of time.

Like other people's experiences, I had a poor encounter with some of the employees, who were not friendly to sick individuals at all. The doctors, on the other hand, are always pleasant and welcoming. The problem with this clinic is that the doctors accepted more patients than they could see in a month, therefore making an appointment is hard in less than a month.

I've seen the doctor before and he was great but the receptionist was very rude she hung up once on me in the middle of a sentence, then I had to wait on hold again and she told me it would take three weeks to have a disability form filled out, when I asked why it would take so long she gave no reason and then hung up again.not impressed with the reception at all

The receptionist hung up on me twice in a row. The first time I waited on hold and she picked up and hung up immediately, the second time she hung up while i was in the middle of a sentence! I understand it may be busy but hanging up on people is such strange behaviour!

The receptionists are so rude! They do not respect you and your time and speak very rudely and arrogantly with patients. Very disappointed!

Dr. Mahal called and he was nice to talk to and he says he will book me for an ECG and explicitly says that I don't need a stress test. His receptionist sets me up for a stress test and when I try to tell her about the mistake she very rudely responds and says she will just cancel the appointment. The rudest, most uncaring and 'entitled' receptionist I have come across in Vancouver. Ironically they are supposed to be treating heart patients. God bless the patients. Worst of all, they have quite a few fake reviews raving about 'friendly front desk staff'.

Dr. Gharedaghi is AMAZING. She is knowledgeable, kind and caring…one of those physicians that you already feel better as soon as you talk to her. Office staff are also very supportive. Even with their very busy schedule, they always helped me with emergencies, specially during my pregnancy.

This office has a most rude and impolite receptionist I've ever seen in my entire life. She is so unprofessional and patientless.

My girlfriend booked an appointment for me during my lunch time and I got a call 2 hours earlier than scheduled and I was in a meeting with my boss so I couldnt pick up and then later on they said someone will call me back but no one ever called me back and I wasted 1.5 hrs waiting for Dr. Mahshid Gharedaghi, its very unfortunate as she is a fantastic doctor and person but very unreliable scheduling and impossible to meet her as theres a 1 month wait time.

Called in for appointment with my wife, administrators were very rude and had long hold times. Felt like I was calling a big company during a massive outage. Unacceptable.

Truly amazing! Throughout my many dental appointments, I have felt so welcomed from the front desk staff, they are awesome specially Azita. Dr Hessein Sarafan kept me informed about everything throughout my entire process of extensive dental work that it put me at such ease, that I don’t mind going to the dentist!
His dental assistant (Parvin) is awesome. Highly recommend!

I booked a phone appointment during my lunch hour (for 1 PM) and then when the time came for my appointment there was an estimate 90-180 minute waiting time. Dr. Mohajerani eventually called me at 3: 42 PM and by then I was in a meeting and couldn't pick up.
I called them back and the receptionist was not at all sorry and blamed me for not picking up her call. She asked me why I wasn't by my phone and said she'll leave a note by my name but she's not sure if the doctor will have time to call me back.

With my experience with doctors l am sure they don’t know anything about that problem so I want to let them know

The wait times used to be like an hour or two even with a scheduled appointment. But today, I ended up in a patient room as scheduled without having to wait at all. Maybe because of covid they don't want to have a waiting room full of patients but the scheduling is much better now!

Doctors are great, some of the staff are super rude. They do not seem to understand this is a health care provision facility and people coming or calling need to be treated with consideration.

Dr Mohajerani, is a very caring doctor who has followed up my case even more than my specialist. We are very glad to have her as our family doctor.

I’m super happy with all of them. The team is great; Clinic is organized, clean with a great atmosphere. Receptionists are super positive and supportive. They are in good hands of handling difficult situations. Scheduling and prioritizing patients according to their case and urgency is remarkable. The physicians are not just knowledgeable; they are honest, trustworthy, and patient. The degree of their empathy with patients and their commitments to the profession is impressive and unique. Highly recommend them:)

Dr. Gharehdaghi is one of the most knowledgable and caring physicians that are currently practicing in BC. She listens to your needs and offers different methodologies for treatment. I have never left her office wondering what to do next.
