Northshore Tire

They completely forgot to fill up one tire after changing to my winter tires. Drove for a while on the flat tire before I noticed steering was off. Had to fill it up in the pouring rain. Hopefully no permanent damage from driving on the flat

Dishonest people. Told me one price over the phone based on my tire size etc, all in with taxes out the door. I turn up and am told it’s a higher price AND a 3hr wait.

Edit to reply: Wait time was only part of the issue. You said if I showed up at 8: 30am before you open, I’d be in and out. You also
quoted me $161 after taxes on the phone (I wrote it down) then bait and switched me and demanded a higher total in person. Same info provided on the phone as in person. No excuse for dishonest behaviour and poor business practices.

You didn’t care at all in person, now you pretend to care because it’s a public forum.

This is my favorite go to tire place. They can repair your tire even if other shops say they can't. JB is always awesome.

Terrible place for tires. I had new tires installed and they charged me three times the money and when I complained about it I think that they placed a nail in my new front tire because I got a flat by the time I got home.they are crooks and should be avoided

First time going to Northshore Tire. Customer service was excellent. Joe was a pleasure to deal with. Tires were brought in the next day and mounted the day after that. I will definitely be coming back to these guys for my tire needs. Thanks to Joe and the team!

Thank you, Joebert for your help to fix the nailed tire so quickly in about 15 min without any appointment. It was great to see the guys using the patch instead of plug to fix it. They explained me that it takes longer to fix but it’s a better way. I didn’t know about it!

These guys are great. I noticed a leak in my tire and they fixed it in only about 90 minutes on a busy Saturday, while we shopped and enjoyed a coffee at the Quay.

Very disappointed. I dropped my car off for a tire change. When I picked it up, the driver door window was completely open, allowing anyone to get into my car. Two of my tires were placed on my back leather seats, without bags, causing them to roll around when I drove home, scratching up the leather and making a mess. For $78 I was hoping they would provide plastic bags to protect my tires.

Bought 4 Kumo all weather tires with some after market rims for my car. They explained rim sizes and what wheel offset I should get. The rims and tires where delivered within 3 days of ordering and the boys were able to mount, balance and put ‘‘em on my car within an hour. Great workers and customer service here. Will certainly be coming back for anything tire related.

Until last fall, I would have given a 4 star review (but not 5 because of a rim scratch) after a few years of having my summer/winter wheels regularly swapped here by drop-in. This time though, after FIVE attempts over a month to drop in to get my winters on, I gave up. They were always too busy, so even the prior day’s cars were parked, still waiting for the same service. Their only poor solution was to park your car on the street overnight, and would not try a hybrid improvement to their strict policy of no appointments. I would have waited and wasted far less time just booking an appointment elsewhere. Unfortunately too much success breeds hubris and inflexibility, so this spring I went elsewhere again.

Phenomenal service! I had sent an email the night before did not hear back, so my husband and I drove down there right as they opened and we were greeted instantly by a mechanic not even 5mins after we agreed on the tires, he said just leave the car here and we will have it done in a couple of hours. They definitely delivered on their promise and we will definitely be coming back for our tire needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic experience on March 21 for an emergency tire repair. I didn’t catch everyone’s names but the staff were friendly, efficient and did a great job repairing my tire. The tire was fixed up within half an hour and I was on my way. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you!

This place is AWESOME! I've been here three times in the past five years, and I'm very sorry I didn't write a review earlier. Each time I showed up, everyone was very friendly, the service was of top quality (and quick), and the price is excellent! I recommend this place HIGHLY.

Really good to deal with these guys asthey're honest, efficient and dont try to sell me more than I need. I had spoken to another tire shop in North Van before I found them, and this other shop just tried to sell me two tires when I only needed one (I know sometimes it makes sense to replace two at once, but not this time). So glad I found the guys at North Shore Tire instead. I definitely recommend them.

I can't imagine going anywhere else now. The level of service I received was so above and beyond and completely exceptional. I was blown away! Shouting from the rooftops is the least I can do. I won't be able to forget their kindness and truly amazing accommodations.

Pretty disappointing. Was dropping off for a winter tire change. What they didn't mention on phone was that I would have to pay for effectively a full day of parking in the lot next door, as they didn't have space in their bay. Not a huge issue, but definitely something to mention on the phone, as I was dropping off and running home, didn't have my wallet, so I couldn't actually pay for parking. The guy just shrugged and walked off, even though I had just literally just parked in their bay and there was in fact space. I generally prefer to support small businesses, but no longer this one. You have converted me.
