What a fantastic team at NorthStar. Ryan, Luc and the whole team were incredible support for my on line purchase of not one but two Trek Rail 9.7’s. They supported all my questions and made suggestions for accessories. The purchase was a process but all the hiccups aside they were great to deal with and I would definitely recommend purchasing from NorthStar Chilliwack for sure.

My order shipped really fast, but unfortunately came with the incorrect part. I reached out and within hours they had already shipped the correct chain, 10/10 customer service! And fast shipping!

I was looking for a very specific product (Zefal Z-box Small) that I couldn't find at local bike shops. The Northstar Bicycle online shop had the product in stock, and at a good price with reasonable shipping rates. Purchase and delivery was seamless.

Had to call and confirm a few things and they actually answered the phone. You can tell they actually care about their customers. Will definitely order again!

It's open on Sundays, but other then that it's more expensive then other stores in town & there service dept is not very good, I had to go to other store to get northstars mistake corrected

Great shop.had an issue with fedex regarding my order and the shop went above and beyond to resolve it. 10/10

Went in with a busted gear cable. Rebuked me for using the shop number 5 Allen key. As I was reattaching the cable they asked me to leave the store to fix my bike. Made me feel unwelcome and awkward for the help I needed. I won’t be bringing my bike here for any more help.

Great shop with good selection of bikes and parts. Friendly knowledgeable people who have a passion for cycling. I like the coffee bar. When I was in the shop I had an iced coffee because it was very hot outside. I ended up wandering around and picked up a few items then went and sat outside and enjoyed my coffee.the atmosphere is fantastic

Avoid this shop at all cost. Completely lackluster customer service and utter incompetence. Delayed on my online order for weeks, without any communication. Would not respond to emails or calls.

Can't say enough great things about this business, the staff is top notch. So patient and knowledgeable. Went in to rent a bike and ended up buying one. Luc and Scott made the experience fantastic.

Phoned a few times trying to get help with my decision on what to purchase, the staff were helpful and took the time to understand and answer my questions.

Good selection online and friendly/helpful staff. I recently ordered a part for a bike build in another city and called the shop the next day to double check they had the part and could send it out. It still took another day or two for the shipping order to get created, which held up the build, but that kind of wait is typical with most shops. Look forward to visiting Northstar in person the next time I’m in Cranbrook.
