I did not have a good experience. Ordered "thank you" flowers for delivery in Vancouver. At this time they jacked up the prices as Valentines day was the next week. (ok fine). I shared the delivery address & contact info in Vancouver. Was told the delivery charge was $12. Fine. Total was $62 for a basic small bouquet. I left to return to work. Got a call informing me that when taking my order it was in Vancouver. "You said it was North Van? "she blamed. After I explained I was absolutely clear it was Vancouver. They said I was charged incorrectly. They should have charged me $12 more dollars. Rather than say "Opps, our mistake. " They asked me to pay another $12 ($24 in total to cross a bridge). I explained it wasn't my error & rather than forgive the $12 (considering the Flowers near doubled) They suggested to cancel my order & give me store credit. WTH? Why would I continue to do business with that? I finally got a complete return & now I'm off to another shop to do it all over again. Waste of time for me. Mistakes happen but the customer shouldn't pay for it with more money & time. Customer Service is still important to some.

The Christmas floral selection is so pretty.
I have stopped in every year since 2000 to buy some arrangements because the shop gives out great calendars!

Always enjoy getting flowers from this shop! They do an amazing job putting unique bouquets together and their delivery service is amazing. I always buy my flowers from this shop as they also seem to last the longest compared to other flower stores.

This amazing local florist has great products and services. The folks that work there can create a customized arrangement, or you can select from the many pre-prepared options. And the flowers seem to last much longer too!

This is my second year in a row, where I have placed a delivery online. They always deliver! I placed my delivery just before 2 and they delivered the flowers same day! I get the flowers for a 92 year old family friend and she LOVED them! Thank you!

My friend gave me a bouquet exactly a week ago today. They were so beautiful and fresh and still are. Thanks for using quality products.

Friendly staff. The flower arrangements are not my taste (lilies, mums & gerberas; similar to the grocery store) but they have a good selection of annuals & house plants plants in spring and summer.

I had pre purchased a premium
bouquet for my girlfriend’s birthday. They had asked when I would need them by and they were ready for when I came to pick them up. They look beautiful and she was very very happy with them. Will be back again! Thank you very much

Came here on a recommendation from my boyfriend where he buys my exotic arrangements. This is my 2nd negative experience. The first was a 1 off and I thought it was just an error but after this I will not be returning or referring. I had called in the morning and the girl who answered let me know to come in and talk to the florist as I had a specific design in mind. What I wanted was a flower piece to cover the top of a champagne bottle, using Oasis as the sponge, and using specific flowers. I had made one the night before at home, but the only difference was mine was in plastic. I would happily have paid from $150 to 200 for something like this, as I can understand that it's not the easiest arrangement put to put together. I explained to the florist what I was looking for, showed pictures, and she didn't even let me finish before she shook her head and said no. When I asked her why, she didn't have a valid reason. I asked the girl at cash if I could purchase the Oasis from them, which they were kind enough to sell me. Off I went home with my flowers and Oasis and feeling quite upset of how I was brushed off, but eager to start my project with limited time. I was able to recreate what I wanted fairly easily, and with little mess at home. The success of your business lies in how you treat people. It's not what you say, but how you say it. I would recommend some customer training for the staff that were on site that day, I would rather pay 10x more and be treated like a human than a number in your door. (You're not the only florist around!) I completed what I was after, in 30 minutes.i would not recommend as a neighborhood florist, there's better help at safeway. I attached pictures for your reference on what you couldnt accomplish. If you want to remain an integral part of the community, do better North Van Florist.

After my previous negative experiences I swore I’d never come back here but they had yellow pansies as well as hydrangeas which which are my favourite and hard to find. I should have walked away. The plants had bugs (aphids) that killed those plants and continued to spread to my other plants. NEVER AGAIN!

Overpriced and poor customer service. They push more expensive stuff on you rather than asking about your preferences and get mad at you when you select a less expensive option.
