Beautiful store with lots of dress options! Jade helped me and she was amazing! She pulled some dresses I would have never picked off the hanger, they were dresses I didn’t know I wanted but ended up loving.

I had a such a lovely time at Novelle Bridal that even though I didn't get my dress here I felt like I needed to leave a review! Jade is simply wonderful-chill, kind, approachable, very knowledgeable about the inventory in the store, and zero pressure. I felt very comfortable throughout the appointment and got to try on so many different styles, which made it easier for me to pinpoint what I loved and what I didn't. Ultimately, I went with a dress from a designer Novelle doesn't carry, but out of the five boutiques I went to, I had the best time here thanks to Jade. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Jessica was absolutely phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable. It was my first wedding dress shopping experience and it couldn't have gone any better. Jessica was warm, welcoming, respectful and really listened to what I said I was interested in and then picked gorgeous dresses for me. There was absolutely no pressure for me to purchase. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The studio is absolutely breathtaking. Jessica greeted us at the door and from the moment we met her the whole experience was extremely impressive. The studio feels like an oasis and you feel like you’re in a whole new city. You’re not confined to one space and you have the ability to walk freely and look amongst other dresses as well. One of the biggest things for me was bringing in all my bridesmaids to the trial, all 5 of them came! Most of the other bridal studios allow only 2-3 individuals. Jessica and Novelle were so accommodating and very well educated. A lot of there dresses are only sold in their store too, so you know that next season you won’t see any other brides where your gown. I highly recommend this place. It was one of my favourite experiences.

Jessica was amazing! So helpful and lovely. Gave great advice and was very patient and wasn't pushing a purchase. After visiting several bridal stores this was by far the best experience. I don't normally leave reviews but she was so excellent I had to give 5 stars!

I went here when they were just opening, and it was a lovely experience - I had an incredibly short amount of time to find a dress and everyone was very open and honest about timelines and availability, finding ways to work within my needs, and providing info on designer options wrt rush orders/sample purchases. The try on space is also beautiful and they have a good range of sizes, definitely worthwhile if you're in the area!
