Dr. Ahmed is extremely professional and ethical. He was very up front about the pros and cons of my treatment plan. I felt very confident under his care! Highly recommend

Been with Novo Dental for about two years now. Admin staff are so kind and helpful, they make submitting to benefit plans etc.so much easier! Dr. Duggal is amazing! She does excellent quality work, she is kind and personable with patients, respectful towards the dental assistants she works with, and she does her best to make you as comfortable as possible during the appointments. I’ve had fillings done and just did my first crown with her, and I have only good things to say. Thank you Novo team!

I was nervous to remove my wisdom tooth, I think everyone think same way! I have been waiting too long to visit dentist, Novo dental for treatment it was my first visit, waiting room was nice, Dr Abrar was very kind and did a great job! I also appreciate his assistance, she was giving me comfort! I didn’t have any problems during extraction and no complications after removing my tooth! Amazing! The staff is so comforting and welcoming. They're very accepting and always happy to see you when you come in! I had a tooth removal and was in a lot of pain and every time I called the office with a question, the ladies were more than happy to help with anything I needed, no matter how many times I called! I have had really messed up front teeth for years and Dr. Ahmed did fillings in both front teeth and shaped them and they look so much better, I'm very happy I chose this dentist!

I recently had some cavity work done by Dr. Abrar Ahmed and he is amazing. He is efficient and fast, but at the same time still cares about how you are doing during the whole procedure. My teeth are feeling great and I'm very happy with the results.

What an exceptional experience! I was incredibly impressed by the staff’s patience, gentleness, kindness, and overall demeanour. They were absolutely lovely from the moment I checked in until the moment I left.
Robbie is a complete delight with a warm, inviting smile. The assistant was gentle, polite, and took care and attention to my treatment, and as well, Dr. Provo was amazing! I have had many tremendously difficult and even traumatic experiences BEFORE SWITCHING to NOVO dental. Gone are the days where I lose sleep before appointments and feel fear and stress for days before upcoming appointments.
NOVO dental has COMPLETELY changed my opinion of dentists. I am over the moon with how awesome they are. I never knew going to the dentist could be so pleasant!

Update: I broke my temporary crown the day before a long weekend. NOVO dental found time for me (thanks Robbie!) and were gracious and quick - they didn’t have to fit me in, but clearly service with a smile really is their motto! Well, if one has to visit a dentist this is a top notch choice. Friendly and competent staff make the visit more enjoyable and even though I tried to bite my hygienist
she hung in there and did an absolutely super job.
The calming atmosphere helps as does access to the TV and remote control which I have to fight for at home

Nice, friendly place in a good location. Easy ground floor access. I've been going here for cleanings for a few years and always feel they do a good job.

I needed a filling once and Dr. Novo did such a good job that within a few hours I couldn't tell what tooth was worked on.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Provo for 16 years. Her and her staff make coming to the dentist a breeze.

A few years ago my wife and son had a horrible experience at her former dentist who was still operating in the dark ages. I suggested she switch to Dr. Provo at Novo Dental Centre. What a difference! They listen to concerns and questions my family has and present different options for treatments that are available. They work closely with our orthodontist to ensure our family is getting the best possible care. We are so thankful for the entire team at Novo Dental and the first class atmosphere and treatment we get. Keep up the amazing work!

NOVO Dental Center is the best dental center I've been to. The moment you walk through the front door you are greeted by the most wonderful ladies at the front desk. They make you feel so comfortable and inform you with anything that relates to your visit. Dr. Nada is one of the best Dentists I've been to. He is super knowledgeable and caring. He is very talented at what he does. His support crew, the dental assistants are very friendly and try their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

The facility is very clean and state of the art. Plus, their chairs are super comfy!

Once your appointment is done NOVO Dental Centre goes beyond and makes sure your visit was successful. Either by text, email or a phone call they do a follow up. I believe Dr. Nada even called me to see if I was feeling okay after my procedure. I missed the call, but he left a voice mail and mentioned to call them if I had any issues.
