Warning everyone not to cooperate with this company!
The monthly fee you originally signed will increase to nearly 3 times over the years. Signing the contract means there are no restrictions, and when your contract expires, they will charge you a large fee to remove the bin! I manage the cooperation with them. The restaurant’s biggest nightmare in 23 years, please be careful!

I have had a bad experience for not picking up as a regular schedule routine, but now the company is trying to do better services and care about their customers’ needs. Thanks for your service.

We have been with NSD for a few years now and recently our area got as new sales rep by the name of Jun. He came and introduced himself recently and honestly he was a breath of fresh air.lol.super friendly, and very informative. He didn't come into our business and trash talk any other company (as many others do) he just came with the right information that we needed to resign with NSD. He is a great representation for NSD, hopefully anyone reading this will be lucky enough to have him as their rep.

We've been with NSD for several years now, and I can't stress enough how much I appreciate their straight forward approach to business. As a 20 year decision maker for our business, the garbage collection contracts had become a seriously hated part of my job. If I didn't pay attention, the costs seemed to spiral out of control, but negotiating new contracts felt far worse than sales pitch of buying a new car.

I would recommend Kent Hamrin's service and care. In an industry that seems overrun with aggressively auto-renewing contracts, he was straightforward and honest in all of my dealings with him over the years. The garbage and recycling pick up works as smoothly as expected, but I'll keep on renewing my contract with NSD for the excellent people.

Been using NSD for almost 5 years for garbage & recycle bins. Easy to deal with, service is great and rates are competitive. Marty has looked after our occasional need for extra bins promptly.

We have been working with NSD for several years now and we have been very happy with their service. When issues come up Marty is very responsive and helps to get us looked after. Several times we have requested short notice to have our roll off bin dumped, and they have been very accommodating. We had a very bad experience with a different waste company, who to this day continues to solicit our business, but I am sorry to say this will not occur after the way we were treated.

Ruslan held my hand when my previous service provider decided to threaten me by prolonging my contract with them. Not only did he provide me with competitive pricing but he also looked over my previous contract and did all the dirty work for me, answered all my questions, and made my transition to NSD painless. Contacting Ruslan was never a problem - he always called me back whenever he was not able to answer on the spot. First time I feel cared about and not just another customer from who the company makes money.

I have never used this company for anything or had anything to do with them. Suddenly last year I start getting phone calls from them, they keep asking for some guy I've never heard of. I've told the person calling so many times that they have the wrong number. I've asked him to delete my number and he promised that he would. They've still been phoning me once a month despite that fact.

After getting at call at 7: 24 am this morning - while I was sleeping - I finally blocked their number and reported as spam.

Ruslan has been super helpful transitioning from my previous service provider. So far my experience with Ruslan and NSD has been great. Will update with more info in about half a year - about my experience with the NSD service then.

We've been using NSD Disposal for many years and are happy with their service. They're always efficient and on time with their pickups. We just renewed our contract and their salesperson Ruslan Borysenko was a pleasure to work with. He was accommodating to our requests.

Here is my updated summary about the service of NSD, Terrible. Terrible. I had emailed and called several times for construction bin pricing for future projects, As its always important for any business to check rates. NSD would not respond, So I wrote an honest review here and of course they come calling and emailing from every direction within minutes. With no care on providing pricing still, Just concerned about the review. Just kept calling to say take that review off to the point they were harassing, Name calling with profanity and threatening. Naming themselves the biggest haulers in the construction industry and who am I to write a review about them not answering there calls. Now it all makes sense how terrible this company really is. After my honest review they go over and write a review on my company saying they don't know our quality of work but we are unfair hard to deal with people! This guy is a complete joke! This company is the most pathetic group I've come across working in the construction industry for decades.

Impossible to reach by phone. Called Trisa many times, left MANY voice messages and not one response. Horrible customer service, will be changing providers. With this type of service -go out of business!

Garbage disposal is ok, but carboard is not good. Driver doesnt come on time or doesnt come at all. Was told it will come this monday or wed. It is now friday and my bin is already full. I wont recommend carboard disposal from NSD, maybe because the margin are lower for cardboard, that's why the service is pretty bad.

I have been with NSD for 4 months, everything works great now.they do not give you low price to win business, everything is clear. I have some discrepancies, but Ruslan is very professional and solve everything for me.he is always there to help.

I have and will be vouching for NSD to all my peers. Don't hesitate to ask for Ruslan. Ruslan has been there for my business since day 1, provided me with professional explanations about NSD's services, helped me cancel the contract with my current waste company, and is very open to dealing with any discrepancies if they do arise.

NSD was provided a great service for us from the very beginning and with a reasonable price. Moreover, They gave us a very clear and well-informed about the waste.

I am not a customer, but I have had to live next to one of their abandoned bins that is currently full of rotten garbage for 3 months. Not the greatest brand advertising. But after some recent online reviews this was addressed in a very timely manner. Thank you.

So far the service has been exceptional. Ruslan, the sales manager, is always available to discuss any issues or problems, and has been phenomenal to deal with. I will definitely recommend this company to my colleagues and fellow business owners.

After a couple of issues with some billing confusion. Marty my sales rep did an excellent job of explaining the charges and making sure going forward there would be no more issues. After 5 years of service with them and having used 3 of their competitors in the past I would definitely say give them a shot for your business.
