Used Nu Brite several times for my wheel/tire needs. Excellent service each time with like new results for wheel repair.

They did an amazing job on my wheels, and even went above and beyond to fix them when they were damaged at another shop. Will definitely go to Nu-brite again in the future!

I honestly don’t know what sorcery or magic they know but they were able to repair my $1,500 Ùbertùrbine wheel with not a single issue. The service was done very professionally and i was updated along the way, I was well informed about best case and worst case scenarios and in the end me and my wife left with glowing eyes and happiness knowing our wheel was left to the right person.
I couldn’t recommend a better wheel and tire shop, astounding work you guys I can’t thank you enough.

I had a very nasty bead leak due to some rust on a steel rim. I had taken it in to tire places for bead sealer but it would only help for a short while and just slowed the leak. Nu-Brite turned the rim for a new bead seal surface and the tire is fitting like new. They were friendly and accommodating, I will definitely be going back if I need anything like this done again.

Simon was very friendly and professional! He kept great communication with me updating me throughout the process of getting my wheels repaired. The whole process of me dropping off my wheel and picking it up was very seamless. The results of the repair speaks for its self. My wheel looks like new. Simon and Richard and their front staff are great to deal with. I came in two years ago to have a wheel straightened and they did an amazing job. I run a tire with some slight stretch with the rim exposed and had the tire replaced once and had a worsening issue with the paint chipping. I spoke to Richard about the issue and told them to take their time with it as the wheels are my summer / show wheels and they are a very busy shop but to my surprise they turned around my wheel in 1 weeks time and did an amazing job. I came to pick it up and Simon was very generous with their pricing. These two have a customer for life and I will continue to recommend this company.

They did a really nice job refinishing my Alfa Romeo wheels. When I went to pick them up, there was a minor issue on 1 wheel which they happily fixed quickly with no problem. Friendly service and good work.

Thanks to the Forster bros. & staff @ Nu Brite, great turn around time on the repair, my little took a left turn in a round about in Vancouver area a bit too early and bent the rim, chew up the side wall on the tire. Email ahead of time Dec 29,2019 and drop it off at the shop day Dec 30,2019. Got my rim back on Dec 31,2019 before noon. The rim back to factory finish. I’ve done many business with Nu Brite, 15+ years, very appreciate with their services.

I was referred there by a good friend and reputable shop manager who sends much business there. First off, I was promised the one wheel that needed a minor crack repaired, refinishing and new tire mounted in 3-4 business days at the latest. Secondly, I was given a quote of $250-$270 depending on the amount of time needed to do the work. The wheel took well over a week longer than promised due to excuses about picking up extra work from ICBC and an admittance by them of losing track of the status of my wheel. Expect to be treated not by a first come, first serve basis but, to take a back seat to other jobs that they feel are more profitable. Upon picking up my wheel, I was asked how much that I was quoted by the person who initially gave me the quote. That in itself was very questionable! I provided the quote and then was told the amount was $30 over the quote that I was given. They now decide to charge me for mounting the new tire when it was included in the initial quote. Their competitor always includes tire removal and installation but for some reason they decided to charge extra at the very last minute. As a paying customer, I was inconvenienced due to their incompetence and asked to pay more than I was quoted. You'd think that perhaps a minor discount would've been offered to the customer due to their broken promise to deliver the final product by the date it was promised but, apparently customer satisfaction is not first and foremost. This was the first and last time that I use Nu-Brite for any wheel refinishing and I'll be letting my good friend and shop manager know of my bad experience. They could've landed many more jobs but I advised my co-workers to head over to their competitor in Surrey and avoid a headache.

I contacted Simon to see if he could repair a ”curbed”rim on a brand new Honda. Within minutes he replied to my email quoting a reasonable price and quick turnaround. The rim went in on a Monday morning and I had it back early Tuesday afternoon. The repair was flawless and looks brand new.
For anyone needing rim repairs I would highly recommend Simon and the staff at Nu-Bright. Their customer service from start to finish is both courteous and professional.

Dropped off a set of 2 piece rims 6 months ago. Still haven't received them back and told it would be another month atleast. Just picking them up at this point. Complete joke
