This is the best real estate company I have ever encountered. The staff are very patient in answering my questions and requests. They will also proactively provide different suggestions to meet my needs.

They are paying 20bucks each for good review online, never seen a company do that, its decieving and unethical.so the excellent reviews u see here are fake, they raise the price from 10 to 15 to 20 bucks each.

Indy Bansal has extensive knowledge of the Vancouver real estate market, which is truly impressive. He knows the latest trends and the most sought-after properties. Charged me hidden fees and showed me very bad manners. Their accountant Sam Wang seems not to receive good education and is very unprofessional. Stay away and do not waste your time.

Trash, absolutely unprofessional. Can't return a simple phone call nor can they reply to an email. Probably a money-laundering front for the CCP.

Hired one of their agents, Katy Lu. She literally had no sense of the market and continually changed her statements (lies) and we found her arrogant and manipulative. For someone who seemed to lack experience she should learn to listen to the client rather than the voices in her own head. Way better agencies and realtors out there that can make your purchasing experience enjoyable.

My partner and I had to deal with Fiona Sheng recently. We have the top two candidates for the place. She took weeks to get back to our email. After that another few weeks telling us that she will get back to us "as soon as possible", I tried contacting her cellphone, messaged her on what's app & still nothing.

We used John Li to sell our house. He was great to work with. One of the best realtors I have worked with. I highly recommend him.

Everything you should not do as realtor, this company/realtor does it all, watch out for poor service, interactions, and communications. B/s & lied many times, did not fulfill promises and company does not back up anything. Stay away, stay away, stay away from this company.
Since last review, (after a year) this company realtor didn't look after this properties, just look pictures of the mess and out grow grass, debris and garbages around. As this property next door neighbor it's disgusting to see it. As we all try to maintain our properties to do our parts.
Is this realtor company you want hire? No one show up since last spring.they are not on your side.
Get other real people who does work and does what they suppose to do.
After 5+ months or more no one show up and clean the property. Look all that over grow grass and garbages. Is this the company you want to hire or do business with.

Although our family has a lot of requirements for buying a house, the budget is limited. However, the agent of the new trend still showed his strong professionalism and helped us find our favorite house. The cost-effective shopping experience was really comfortable

Don’t buy any property from Katy LU. She is a dishonest and unprofessional realtor. She tricked me, a first time home buyer to sign bully offer without comparison and advise (only rush me to bid higher), hide serious problems of the property and negotiate with the listing agent in private (trick me to bid 20% more of the listing price). It is the most miserable and scary experience for me. I’m so misfortunate to meet with Katy LU. My advise for everyone is to stay away from Nu Stream Realty Inc.and Katy LU!

Really sketchy company, as you can see with all the fake 5 star reviews by fake accounts which only have 1 review. They even want to save money by using a cheap fake review service.

The latest weather is not good, it snows, the agent is still very enthusiastic, we communicated with me on WeChat, and found a lot of houses that meet my requirements within my budget, and the attitude is very good

The listings in this place are very complete and updated in a timely manner, so you can check it on your mobile phone. By the way, the agent can accompany you to see the house and give you a caring introduction at the same time. He has a very good attitude and a friendly attitude.

Had a terrible experience with realtor Grace Li - I am shocked by her unprofessional attitude. I would not use Grace Li because she does not seem to value honesty. She listed a home on REW.ca, did not advertise that it was tenanted for another year and ARGUED with us that we were wrong even though we showed her that her listing did not indicate it was tenanted. Even her feature sheet did not say it was tenanted but she kept arguing that we were wrong. Then she slammed the door on us. What an awful realtor. Worst experience with a realtor we have had.

Rented a condo with the agent. The lady was very friendly and helped me find a perfect suit while my budget was quite low! I have been living in my cozy home for few months and really love this place. Definitely will buy a house with them if possible!

Their buyer group is very professional and helped me purchased a wonderful apartment near Edmond skytrain station, great location and good price.

Nu Stream reality Realtor Jose Riveria is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. He is the listing realtor for the house I purchased and has been using stall tactics to avoid meeting the legal agreement. Don't waste your time and money dealing with this company, they are clearly not concerned about customers or business. 0 stars isn't available but it should be! Lawyers will now have to involved and the Real Estate board as well!

Despite all the previous reviews below. Tina Lieu was attentive and professional and her office staff was efficient and had documents prepared in a timely manner.

Dont buy any house from Bianca feng I have two kids with her she havent say or call about my kid I'm taking care of my kid single parent here she might make alot of money but if you understand where I'm coming from she is the worst retail you come with i stand for my kid up today. Please do yourself a favor find someone else.

Shady Tactics - Please don't waste people's time.

Regarding the property on 7491 Imperial St, I just wanted to let you know that it is ridiculous to list a property for $1,000,000 for the open house weekend, then change the price to $1,418,000 afterwards. This is a 40% increase, which implies there was not intention to sell it at the previously listed price.

Please be considerate of other people's time. It is a complete waste of time for the people who took the time to visit the open house.

Unprofessional and rude demeanor. Realtor hosting an open house didn't seem to know much about the house they were showing, and made some uncomfortable race-based remarks in Chinese.
