Raj, Sam, Korbean and Brandon all took part in completing our deck. From the duradek to the custom railing it is what we asked for. Excellent job!

Let me start by saying that Nu-Vue's work is top notch. They perfectly matched the backside of my house after a fire, and did an impeccable job with the install.

Where they lost stars from me is that they made a mistake and removed too much siding (as seen in the photo), then didn't want to fix it. I had to get their siding vendor and my insurance involved to get the work completed; at which point they did complete the work.

Overall really impressed with their work, but not impressed with the journey we had to take to get there.

Korben and Brandon removed the old duradek and rails on our two decks. The completely and masterfully replaced the decks with new product and rails and now the decks look brand new.

Dave, Allister and Lee did a great job resurfacing our deck. They were on time, hard-working and open to discussion regarding the best approach to take at each juncture. Very pleased with the end product.

John and Corey were very hard working and completed the project in one day everything neat and tidy.

Had an upper deck resurfaced in Oct/2022. Materials used were of a good quality and attractive appearance. The highlight was the excellence of the workmanship that was done. The installers paid close attention to details and made sure everything was "just right". There will be no water leakages here!

Nu-Vue recently installed a carport on my garage. Several years ago they also replaced the siding on our home. They have always done an excellent job with friendly staff, while also being one of the cheapest options. It's nice to get high quality work while staying in budget. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We have only had our patio cover up for a coupe days and am already so happy we got it.we buy new gazebos almost every year or two, no more! The team installed a 24ft x 16ft deck cover / carport. It is everything I imagined. The installers were efficient and timely. They cleaned up after thermselves.

Had NuVue install a sunroom on my existing patio.   Extremely pleased with the outcome.   The installers showed up daily on schedule and the finished product is excellent.   When the install was complete, everything was clean and tidy.   It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Everything from start to finish was handled in a friendly and very professional manner. One small detail will need to be repaired on my patio cover but Dave was out same day to start the process of having this repair done. Extremely satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone!

Adam and Devan did the installation and were industrious, careful and very skilled. They took extra pains to make sure the work was not disruptive and that mud from the spring thaw on the lawn did not get tracked to the new deck. I would not only highly recommend the company for deck work, I have retained them to replace fascia and gutters after having them complete deck renovations.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Had to call 4 times to get someone out to my house for a measure. One week promised for an estimate (I called after 8 days).

4-5 weeks promised for overpriced product ($120 lineal foot for two gates). Called several times after 4 weeks. Took almost 7 weeks.

Called several times to get an install date. Finally gave up for their delays and called to tell them I’d pick up the parts and install myself.

Promised they would have them ready. They weren’t. Finally got the screws together. Not colour matched to white. Waited some more to have them gather them.

Rebated some money for me having to install. Not enough. No proactive contact for delays or apologies for anything. If I could give 0 stars I would.
