Nu West Laundry & Dry Clean

If you see 1/3 of the glass window of front load machine is not water, they fool you!
They try to save water! Manipulating the machines!
There was not even a drop splash of water "anytime" when the machines were operating! When i asked, the young lady said because these are laundermat machines! She thinks no one knows what a laundry machine is? Or its my first time? ! Now i have to take my stinking half washed cloths somewhere else to wash. Or just throwing them out! Very disappointed and angry dealing with that stupid young lady!

This new owner is welcoming and has worked VERY hard to clean this up place.
She has an EXCEPTIONAL work ethic and helps people in need without judgement even though she has been verbally abused.
She is a GREAT business owner and people should realize that a work in progress is NOT to disrespected.

My mother recommended me this laundromat and was told the owner is woman. So, you know I have to support another woman owned business. Today was my 1st day doing my laundry there. Machines wash and dry clothes well. The owner is friendly. Yes, the laundromat may look old but the machines works really well which is all that matters!

We went there with my husband to wash and dry, the place was amazing clean as before it wasn't. We have met the new owner and she has excellent customer service. Dont judge a book by its cover.this place might be a bit disheveled, but the end product is well washed clothes for a decent price. The plus's are, very helpful, cheerful lady Karen who owns the place, who is always got a smile, and lends a hand if needed. (for a 1.00 charge will switch over your loads from washer to dryer!). Big dryers that only will cost you 1.50 to dry a double load, and the do great drop off service that includes folding etc. Been going here for years, and i think we all should try to support small local, family owned businesses like this one. So drop off a load.you wont be disapointed.

Went here today as my washer broke, a little untidy and a lot of the machines were out of order, staff are great, very helpful as it was my first time using a laundromat, would definitely use it again.
