I had come in during the summer of 2023 to search for a backsplash tile. I was greeted by an associate who appeared to be very interested in dealing with me. I had searched for the right backsplash for my kitchen, for many months.and I was tired. The associate came to look at my kitchen but did not offer any concerns. The material was ordered and installed. From the start, I was not happy with the finished look but did not want to express my displeasure at the time. When the kitchen was done, I absolutely disliked the look. The associate offered to ask management if it can be redone. 'don't worry, you have not seen the last of me' She repeated several times, even suggesting I don't pay the balance until we could find a resolution and that she would be in touch with me within the next week. I did not feel right about that, so paid the balance that day. However she did not reach out to me. I sent several emails and came into the store several times, but she never responded back.except that she was 'gone' and 'very busy' as well. Finally after several months, I was able to confront her in the store because I called to ensure that she was in. It was evident that she never approached the owner and at that time said he would be out of town for the next week. I would have never considered a 'redo' and thought I would have to live with this look if she had not given me any hope. I have since dealt with another company who have gone above and beyond to help me out. I live in a strata and word of mouth is very powerful.needless to say, none of my neighbors will ever be dealing with her or Nufloors. Employees represent the company.

We had an incredible experience with Nufloors Kelowna from start to finish. We had a flood in our home and were connected with Nufloors. They were very knowledgeable in navigating the process with insurance. Their showroom is beautiful and has so many options to choose from. They also have a kid's play area in the showroom which was so helpful when we had to bring our little one while we picked out flooring options. The staff in the showroom was very knowledgeable and had great enthusiasm. The crew that completed the flooring installation did a fantastic job. They were quick and efficient. The floors look fabulous!

Exceptional customer service is what I experienced! The true nature of a company and its staff shines when products arrive not as expected which in our case was an area rug. In working with Holly, all was addressed fairly, professionally, quickly, and with such kindness. Holly worked with the area rug manufacturer and the area rug was replaced. Holly offered the replacement area rug at a reduced cost to compensate us for the inconvenience which was completely unexpected. Holly was wonderful! Her actions and communications reflected her honesty and commitment to addressing the situation. She is a gem! I've already spoken about what a great experience I had with 'Holly at Nufloors' and will continue to do so. Thank-you, Holly!

Installation was fast, professional and clean. We didn't even have to touch up paint due to nicks. Greatly appreciated! Will 100% use again and recommend to anyone.

Christina was able to help not just me but my whole family to pick what’s best for our new build, kind and patiently, really making your house is her house kinda deal! Very professional, and welcoming every-time we meet! We appreciated her service a lot!

We have recently completed another Reno project and Nufloors Kelowna was a big part of that.
The selection of tile/stone and flooring is endless. The interior design consultant we used was Christina Smith. We gave her a rough idea of the look we were hoping to achieve and she was able to pull everything together from paint colours, to backsplash tile, to the colour of the floors.

We were dealing with a flood at my moms and half way through the Insurance process we switched to Nufloors from a different flooring company due to a delay in receiving our ordered flooring. We were put in touch with Deborah McNaughton who met with me late on a Friday afternoon and was able to jump in where the other flooring company had left off. Deborah had our flooring ordered by the following Monday and ensured the correct delivery date. She also was able to bump up the flooring install by a week and the installers worked throughout the weekend to get the job completed on time. The floors look fantastic but most importantly, the entire process with Nufloors Kelowna was smooth and seamless. Excellent service from the initial options provided for flooring (linoleum) to the estimate and then the completion of the work - Nufloors allowed for baseboards not to be removed (rounded corners) but the installer still layed the linoleum right up to the edge with no seam showing - finally the plumbing contractor Nufloors arranged to put the toilets back was excellent. Good product, good price and and excellent finish. We are very pleased.

Worked with Russ Friessen for some new carpet and we were very impressed with his service. He went the extra mile. Then a week later my ^&*$# dog rubbed his face on the new carpet and stained it with blood. The Nufloors staff gave me some advice on how to clean the carpet and it worked like a charm. Would recommend.

My experience was great! The installers name was Abe. My floor wasn’t really level and he said no problem I will do that for you. Which he did perfectly! I am so happy with all the staff of Nu Floors from the salesman Mike Brown all the way to the cheerful people in the store. It really was a pleasure dealing with them.

Came to the store about 3 weekends ago on a saturday as we're in the process of doing some upgrades so came in to see the different styles of flooring and carpeting so this was the beginging of brainstorming for colours and different ideas that may emerge by walking around and checking out the various selections, but we found it rather unpleasant that the salesman throughout our visit kept trying to re-direct us from models of our choice that were on a higher end to a lower end materials. Whatever his assumption was at the time it actuallly turned our visit to the sour side, and we ended up walking out and consequently decided to not buy from this store.materials might be good but sale technics come handy to earn confidence in a client so one is comfortable to make purchases, this was my second visit to the store, (i must say first time i visited a lady made the greeting and it was pleasant but the second time it was a man that perhaps is too comfortable in his position at this particular store)

We had new "made in Canada" engineered hardwood floors installed in our living and dining rooms to replace old carpets. Thanks to our Nufloors contact Russ Friesen for coordinating this job and for arranging the installation to be done by "Ron", whose workmanship was excellent!

Nufloors in West Kelowna recently installed a whole floor of carpeting, including 3 large rooms, a hallway and stairway. All was done according to the promised time schedule. The two installers did an amazing job - we have found no marks on walls, they worked efficiently to finish the job in just over one day, moved all the large furniture, and seemed completely trust worthy. A very satisfactory experience all around with great service and communication from Len, the local salesman.

The start was a little rocky but Russell pulled through making sure the installation of carpet in our master bedroom went perfectly. I even had to call on the West Kelowna location to help me out so I could select the right paint color prior to carpet install - they made sure I could get a hold of the color sample ahead so I could match up the right color. Would definitely do business with them again. It all looks great -thanks!

Nufloors has great customer service! After meeting Christina on my initial visit to get a rough idea for our flooring and tile choices, I brought my wife and our two year old son to help finalize the decision.

Christina is great! She's very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us to create a cohesive and practical palette for our new place.

Christina even got down on the floor to play with some toys with our son.

We really look forward to purchasing our materials from Nufloors.

Having just purchased a 23 year old strata unit in Summerland, an hour's drive from Nufloors in Kelowna, my wife and I were unsure if they would even spend the time to come that distance to measure up, then to quote on the type of vinyl flooring we thought we'd like, as replacement for a mixture of broadloom carpet, and linoleum.

We were just amazed at the considerable time and the advice given to us when we met the sales representative, Russ Friessen, who spent a lot of time showing us different samples, till we found just what we thought we'd like. A few days later, Russ came to the property and measured up the areas where we wanted the new flooring installed - some of which had crazy angles, making his area calculations quite difficult. We were very pleased with his estimate as it was well within our overall budget for renovations and upgrades, so placed the order.

As soon as the necessary amount of product was received from the distributor, and Russ egged them on to speed up delivery to Kelowna, he contacted us and again came to the property just to confirm exactly what we wished to have done. A couple of days later, Dave and Nathan arrived exactly on their planned time, and started ripping out the old carpet, taking off baseboard etc, and preparing the floors for installation.

Due to a very difficult problem that arose as a result of a mistake by our plumbers, their installation work was not quite finished by the end of the day within the three days they'd anticipated, so, even though they had another job to start after the weekend, they came back mid-day on the Monday to finish the job. Their work is absolutely the best, they are a great team, were friendly and so co-operative with us, as we were moving belongings into the property as they worked, and they did a great job cleaning up when they'd finished, and removing all the old materials and packaging.

Nufloors, and particularly the staff whom we dealt with - Russ, Dave and Nathan - are a great company and we unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone for buying floor products and having them installed.

We just renovated our shower and has a great experience with Nufloors. Every part of the process was smooth and professional and the job was done in a very timely manner. We love our beautiful, new shower! Thanks to everyone at Nufloors.

Nufloors Kelowna is a fantastic store with a wide variety of flooring. Their staff, in particular Christina, were professional, helpful and did not try to up-sell us. During a recent renovation we purchased hardwood, carpet, and tile flooring as well as tile for our kitchen backsplash and bathroom tile from Nufloors. Christina helped us pick out coordinated colors and textures and even made paint recommendations which really polished off entire look of our reno. I would definitely buy from Nufloors again!

On a Friday afternoon, I walked into Nufloors & was greeted by Ernie Newans, an exceptional Flooring Consultant who took the time to listen & assist me. My condo needed new laminate flooring & I knew what I was looking for, but wanted the best quality for the right price. As always, the Kelowna Costco of Flooring & Tile stores came through for me with exceptional quality service & product for the right price. I highly recommend Ernie & Nufloors Kelowna for all your Flooring & Tile needs. As a highly discerning customer, they deserve a High 5 in my book.

Very poor customer service by the salesman! This was an altogether unpleasant experience and I will never go there again.
I went into Nufloors in mid Dec to try to find flooring for a small office, not knowing what I needed. The salesman was not knowledgeable and seemed reluctant to show me products so I had to insist to see a range of products. I took samples home, and realized I needed engineered wood. When I called, he was away and the female receptionist was helpful, told me the product was discontinued, but there was enough left for me and she put some on hold.
When the salesman came to measure he did not offer any advice and was at my home less than 5 mins. He said he would send the quote later that day. 4 days later I called to ask for the quote - he had sent it to the wrong email - and he sent it. The product was on hold just to that day and when I called, the salesman told me I had to decide that day. He did not offer to call the suppliers to extend the hold. When I called 2 days later, the product was gone! So, I had to start again with other more helpful companies.

We had a great experience dealing with Nufloors. Deb our sales person gave my husband and me personalized service and the installers were fantastic. Definitely would recommend Nufloors for flooring.

Loved our dealings with NuFloors. Ken was great. He walked us through all the details about the beautiful corkwood product, which we decided to purchase. Next am he came to our home right on time to measure everything, explain the installation process and book the date.

Early the next week Terry, the senior installer, and his partner, Barry arrived. They were both very friendly, and they worked really diligently to complete the project in a timely manner despite an unforeseen complication. Terry's many years of experience really showed in the end result.

There was great communication from all parties at Nufloors. We are happy to say this was one of the very best projects that has ever been done for us in our 40 years of home ownership.
