The installers, Thomas & Jonny were also great and so clean making sure no mess was left in our condo or on the carpet in hallways. Other residents also told us how clean they were when removing the carpet from the building.

We recently carried out a very significant renovation of our home. Many decisions needed to be made and everything had to be based off of our choice in flooring. However, with so many different types, colours and patterns of flooring, choosing the right ones was a daunting task.

When we met Nick, Jonathan and the Nufloors Langley team, that daunting task became much simpler. Nufloors Langley has years and years of experience and were able to guide us through the process of selecting the best type of flooring for our family as well as the right colours.

The installation took place precisely when we were told it woudl and the job was completed in a fast and professional manner.

Nufloors was an excellent choice for installing new luxury vinyl flooring throughout our concrete slab rancher.

Sherry was extremely helpful with advice on flooring choices to modernize our home. She kept us updated on schedules, and gave us a concise, realistic estimate of costs.

Our installer Curtis was an expert on all aspects of flooring and baseboards. He was very professional and kept us well informed as the project progressed. We definitely appreciated all the unexpected extra little details in his finishing work.

This has been the most horrible company I’ve ever dealt with. They underestimated the amount of hardwood they were required to complete the job. They tried to have us step up to make up the difference to accommodate their mistake.

The package from Montreal was damaged and we had to accept that after 8 weeks of waiting for the product with zippo communication. It was just the click portion that thankfully they have an installer that can figure it out. They couldn’t.

Manager is incompetent. It’s always the customer’s fault. When you spend extensive funds to change your home you’d expect a company to work with you than try to eek out a way to screw them.

We had to buy 33 square feet for a larger value than we paid per sq ft for the whole deal. Management was non responsive and every excuse you can imagine for their mistakes. Installer was awesome but the company sucks. Don’t buy from them.

We found ourselves in a time crunch wishing to put our house on the market but feeling we still needed some nice carpeting on the stairs and a spare room to complete the job. Looking for quality within our price range we dropped into Nufloors and found something almost immediately thanks to their helpful and knowledgeable sales staff.
Knowing time was an important factor for us they couldn't have been more helpful working in an installation date. Then Gerry spent some personal time I'm sure fixing nosing for the top stair and it looked beautiful!

We recently did some significant renovations to our house and the flooring was a big part of it. NuFloors replaced the flooring on both our main floor and the upstairs and they did a fantastic job. This was not a small project. NuFloors managed the removal and the replacement. They also replaced the trim and baseboards. Sherry was so helpful and made the selection process easy. Their crews were well-organized, professional and easy to work with. When one of the other trades involved with our renovations had a supply issue that caused delays to the flooring schedule, NuFloors did a great job of changing up their teams to accommodate and ensure that the project could continue to move forward. Big thank you to the NuFloor team! We would definitely recommend NuFloors to anyone looking to do floor renovations.

As with any home renovation work done, there is always a little bit of anxiety. The staff at the Langley store were very helpful in making our experience a pleasant one. They answered all of our questions, and helped us pick out a quality product within our budget. The installer was Brad, a very nice young gentleman who walked us through the whole process. He did such an excellent job. His attention to detail made us feel that he was working on his own home. We are so happy with the final product, and the way we were treated by all. We would definitely recommend them to our friends.

Highly recommend this company if you are looking for poor quality and no craftsmanship. Bought into brand new unit where this company was flooring contractor - floors are unlevelled, curling edges on some of the floor planks. Some spots on the floor feel like I'm jumping on a bouncy playground. The other thing that blew my mind is this gap between floors and baseboard that is soooo visible and reply was - it is up to the standard). Great Job guys!

Highly recommend the team at Nufloors Langley. Gerry, Paul and Wes from start to finish were great to work with. They listened, problem solved and actually made the experience dare I say enjoyable. The follow up was even better. Just don't see that kind of service anymore. The installers were very neat, tidy and conscientious. Very satisfied client.
