Number 1 Nail Spa

Having been to many nail salons were there a rough pull at your hands and feet when they want you to put them elsewhere, this place does none of that.

This nail salon is frightful. My partner bought me a gift certificate here for mother's day and I ended up taking my mum. I would never return. I booked with a tech based on the good reviews associated with her name but when we got there, we had two technicians who seemed new and inexperienced. They did a horrible job and CUT my mum's big toe deeply as well as pulling off a quarter of her nail. They also BURNED my feet with paraffin and told me it's supposed to be hot. I regularly get therapeutic paraffin - I know the difference. Would absolutely not go back nor recommend it to anyone.

I have been visiting here from a long time and this time I went for waxing and pedicure. Kelly did a great job! Loved her service.

Lisa did such a great job of my nails and lashes. Awesome experience! All the staff are friendly as well.

Didn't like the work tried first time. Lady made my nails uneven and unfinished. I ask many time to fix them by still was not satisfied.

I’ve been going here for about 5 years now and specifically to Lisa for my lashes, manicures & pedicures! She is amazing & i always leave super happy with her work. She’s a total perfectionist & overall super professional!

It was ok. The service was a little slow, and they all talked in their own language and seemed like they were talking about the clients just noticed body language and the looks they were giving everyone.

Ive been going to this business for over 10 years for pedicures and Ive been a nail tech for 12 years. Their service and quality of work is great. The staff are friendly.

They were closing as I walked in and they did a pedicure for me anyway.

Never had a mani and pedi done b4 and my girlfriend literally said I need to get it done and ever since been going once a month love it feel great Kelly was fast and very professional price of getting it done was really good definitely be going back I found my new calling

They do a really great job with their shellac nails. Clean manicures and pedicures. Lisa (I think) did my nails today and she did an excellent job at shaping and doing a precise job:)

Not the greatest, no stones used for pedicure and other salons close by go the extra bit for a better experience, really didn’t wanna massage properly, it was more like a routine

The nail techs here are awesome. I’ve come three times with my >3m old baby and they’ve accommodated his needs, even helped hold his bottle while I got my nails done! They do everything quickly and it always looks great. Thanks for being so awesome, ladies!

I have been going here on and off for a while, I have never really enjoyed my experience. The ladies do great nails, but the environment is very unwelcoming. They would rather talk amongst themselves than to the paying clients. And today I had my nails done by a lady with a really gross fungus thumb nail, she didn't wear gloves and quite honestly I didn't want to be rude but I can't stop thinking about how gross it was. Hopefully I don't end up with a fungus because I didn't ask for her to wear gloves.: (

I love their extensive selection of colors for shellac and polish! The most I've seen to date. I personally love the nude options. My go-to nail artist is Kelly. They all are amazing, and the prices are very reasonable. There's even a punch card system for loyalty!

Worse experience ever! Went in for a colour change and nail shorten (natural nails). The lady they gave me did not speak English and obviously did not understand that I only wanted my nails shortened a little bit. She cut the first 2 nails SO short all you could see was the stub of my finger tips! I was devastated. I asked her what she had done and why did she do that and she told me, no English! OMG! I immediately freaked out on the owner (I think she was) and told her I was leaving and that they were never touching my nails again. If you ever go there, be very careful and make sure they know exactly what you want. I will NEVER go back. A $15 colour change ended up costing me $40 to have another salon fix.

Was very happy with my nails Kelly did and I would go back to her for sure. Lisa did my poppy for Remembrance Day! I love this place every girl is great there! She also did my nails for Christmas I get a lot of positive comments from people. Ask for lisa or Kelly both are super but so are all the girls there.
