Great experience buying my first new bike in around 10 years. Lauren helped me pick out a great bike and accessories, it was quick and easy! I was in and out with my new bike in less than 30 minutes. Love my new Norco Indie. I will definitely be back!

I rented one of their standard bikes and took the galloping goose to prospect lake. It was a beautiful ride and the bike was easy to manoeuvre and comfortable (enough) over bumps, bridge a little bumpy but all part of the adventure and didn’t expect more from the bike. It did the job! The guys were very helpful. Thank you! Definitely recommend!

On 2 separate occasions my wife and I visited for assistance installing mirrors on e-bikes purchased elsewhere. The service/ tech people quickly installed these no questions asked at no cost. While a little free help is notable, the friendly service to anyone in the bike community speaks to the excellent staff and a strong community oriented business philosophy.
