Friendly and attentive customer service. Decent selection of clothes. Uncertain about the quality of the clothes as some of the prices are a bit steep for lower quality fabrics. Got a trendy pair of sunglasses that came with a case.

Had the best experience! The skirt i wanted didn’t have my size so the lady (i forgot to ask for her name) helped me pick it up from richmond location and brought it over.thank u tons!

I had to ask if they had any left at any other location so that it can be sent to the Coquitlam location. They checked and gave me hope that they will send it out. After this interaction, one of the guys from the store came to the store front and told me that they would sort it out and get back to us with a decision. I left the store and waited for the good news that I was hoping for, which was that they send the item to the Coquitlam location so that we can pick it up. Fast forward the next morning, my wife checked her email and saw that they refunded the product without contacting us and we realized that they sent that email the minute I left the Metrotown location! This is unacceptable, we were expecting a call so that we can work something out to grab the product we wanted. I just want to say that this kind of customer service is unacceptable. If you couldn’t have done anything, just say it on the spot, not tell us one thing, and then when I turn my back, you immediately do something different. At the end of the day, we were not the ones at fault, we just wanted the product. You had successfully lost a costumer.

Worst store. Nobody is friendly (no smiles, hellos). But one attendant decided to reorganize the product I had just put down, while I was asking my friend to hold a water bottle for me so I could try it on. Seriously super rude.

I love the style and vibe of the store but their customer service ruined everything. I understand they are busy and rushing into organising the store but they just bothered to help customer which is their duty i guess? Especially the experience at the fitting room was totally awful. Thank you for making my wallet closed.

Bought a blazer to try on at home didn't like and and now they won't give me my money back.stores with no refund policies are rare.stuck with a small blazer that doesn't even fit wouldn't recommend

I had some difficulties with a product I bought, but the staff there are very understanding. I got great customer service and I will deffinetly come back to shop.

Worst experience. Firstly their return policy is the worst. I liked a white summery top and it had stain. I asked for another new top and they told it is the last one. It had nice stain that too on the neckline which would be visible. I asked them if they could give some discount so that I could get it dry cleaned and the manager who was too egoist denied and told we can wash and give you. Take it wet and dry at home.
Show me one professional store who does that.
I wish that the store owner throws away such manager who does not know customer service. I would never ever visit any of their store.

I bought a jean jacket a few days ago. I like the concept of the oversize fit. It was my first time I purchased smt at OAK + FORT (Metrotown location). Great customer service and friendly staff. I would definitely come back in the future!

I didn't get to look thoroughly at all the clothes that they had because one of the employees made me feel very uncomfortable by keeping on talking to me. As I walked in, there was the normal hello and once I started looking, she'd start following me around, asking if I wanted this or that and that she wore the same thing the week before and it was super cute! Then I'd move away, look at a new section, she'd still be following me and everything that piqued my interest she'd immediately say, I'll put that in the change room for you. I know that she just wants to help but it was way too over the top. I even counted how many times she talked to me, 19 separate times. Oak + Fort also does not have mirrors in the change room so you have to walk out to look in the mirror and there was not a time that I walked out and she didn't say something. The other employees were very respectful of my space and only asked if I needed help with something. Overall, it may sound petty, but it made me feel super uncomfortable because I couldn't keep her off my toes. The other staff are great though.
