First time experience at Oak Integrative Heath

I had a massage session with RMT Yuri. She was very nice and professional. Yuri has asked many questions trying to understand my daily routine and tackle the problem I have on the upper back, shoulder and neck. She knows the pressure points well.

The receptionist was friendly and courteous as well.

I have been singing the praises of Dr. Manvir Sahota to my friends and am very grateful to receive the benefits of her knowledge and professional expertise. I have found her to be a very personable and skifful practitioner. Her use of intra oral massage techniques has alleviated the chronic sinus and nasal congestion and tinnitus I have endured for years because of TMJD. The targeted adjustments she makes to my thoracic and lumbar spine and their associated muscles have increased my mobility and improved my posture. My pain level has also been greatly reduced, particularly that involving the sciatic nerve. The exercises and breathing techniques she demonstrates and recommends have helped me maintain the gains I have made.

I started seeing Dr. Gansner for naturopathic care 5 years ago, and have followed her around ever since. She listens and values your opinion with regards to your health and path of care. She takes a science based approach and is always willing to try new things. She recommended acupuncture with Dr. Emilie during my pregnancy journey. Having a one stop shop for holistic care was amazing. Emilie was able to relieve my relentless heartburn with ONE visit and recommended acupressure for home as well as pregnancy progressed, as well as to help with labour. I was less stressed/worried and my back pain was relieved. The last 2 months of my pregnancy were an absolute dream. Labour happened spontaneously on my due date, and progressed quickly with zero medical interventions. I definitely credit some of this to the amazing care I received at Oak:)

Wow where do I start! Dr Emilie Salomans is one of the best health practitioners I have ever seen across the board! I have been seeing her for many years now and every time I have a specific ailment she works her magic! I can't sing her praises enough she is one of the most skillful
and knowledgable acupunctureist I have ever seen but not only that extremely kind and patient. I swear she is one of the reasons my husband and I conceived so quickly not only because of her skill but taking the time out to talk to me about my anxiety and concerns about the whole fertility process and even stepping out and explaining in depth how to properly use ovulation sticks. I find myself so lucky to have found such an amazing practitioner and was able to have her during my conception, pregnancy and postpartum journey, making the whole process seemless!
