Had various small neck and back pain issues stemming from school/work/tweaks and Brandon Sum was very efficient and effective in treating them. He's quick to assess, diagnose, and provide comprehensive treatment suggestions. In a span 4-5 treatments, all the various pains I had were fixed thanks to Brandon's expertise. Highly recommend!

Saw Wensley and hardly any expertise here. Came in and was given no advice other than lasering for 20 minutes. No other advice was given, very disappointed after reading the reviews. Only time that I was given advice was when I initiated questions and not much help for as provided from there. Was told to come back in a week, seems like a money scam

Being somebody that works at home since the pandemic, usually for about 8-10 hours a day, I've developed this shoulder issue and didn't think much of it until it became quite annoying. I have tried other Physios in the area to target it as well as my back but I got tired of just getting the same routine of being told to exercise and put into a STIM Tens machine. Trying Oakridge Physio was a great stroke of luck decision after deciding to try out their service.

After just 1 appointment, Brandon Sum improved the condition of my shoulders. He was able to lay out a plan that included him doing manual therapy on my shoulder which was super effective. Once things got better, we moved on to exercises that made sense so I can manage my issue at home.

I was able to go on vacation and follow the routine using Oakridge Physio's convenient exercise tracking portal which I REALLY loved as it helped me stay on top of my routine - something I never saw anywhere before.

It's rare to find a medical provider that is passionate at what they do and let alone a clinic that has the right infrastructure to support both the provider and the patient.

Injured my right shoulder. Brandon got my shoulder moving again and reduced all the inflammation causing nerve pain. Extremely knowledgeable physiotherapy staff. Second time they repaired my broken body.

I have a treatment at Oakridge physiotherapy Centre since they were on 41 Ave and Cambie street. That's over 10th years now, where ever they moved to, I still going to. The reason is: staff are friendly, helpful, physicians are technically to help to release my pain, until I got my injury recovered.
Also, the new location now is easy for parking which is parking lot at the church after 3 pm. Very convenient.

I am new to the world of physiotherapy, so wasn't sure if it would be a good fit for my pain issues. I was recommended to see Wensley at Oakridge and it was the best decision! He helped me to understand my issues and the likely source of my hip discomfort. And the "homework" he gave has really helped! I definitely highly recommend Oakridge Physiotherapy!

Steve Mah is an exceptional physiotherapist and trainer. He has deep insight, is to the point and knows the best way to resolve even the most subtle of physical impairments. He sees things that even we ourselves don’t see. His many years of experience show in the care he gives, as well as his passion for great sports and body mechanics.

At Oakridge, I’ve also been under Connor’s care. Not only does he have a great, friendly demeanour, but he is also insightful and supportive. He’s also been great helping my son who’s only 8. I really appreciate both Connor and Steve’s expertise and care.

The therapists at Oakridge Physiotherapy are great. They have helped my gain significant range of motion after my knee replacement. They are supportive and encourage me to work hard at my home exercise. The front desk staff are great too

I had an excellent experience at Oakridge Physiotherapy. My physiotherapist, Herbert, was very knowledgeable and patient. He spent time explaining which ligaments I tore and methodically demonstrated the exercises I needed to perform daily. The front reception was friendly and helpful. I have been coming to Oakridge Physiotherapy for over 2 years. Their front staff is friendly and patient and the 2 therapists I have seen are very professional and knowledgeable. I have been seeing Connor for the last few months and he has helped my chronic back pain immensely.

Madelyn from Oakridge Physiotherapy is professional and is very good at applying treatment and providing exercises to help deal with the specific issues I have with my body. Based on my physiotherapy treatment experience, this is my feedback I want to share with you.

Clinic admin staff are always greet me in a cheerful and positive manners.

Every time I made a new appointment in person and by phone.
I always request to keep an appointment schedule document and the admin staff can prepare for me in a very short time.

This clinic handle clients icbc claim, msp and private insurance payment arrangement.

Washroom facility is always clean and tidy. Massage table is always sanitized.

Herbert (physiotherapist) is always cheerful and knowledgeable when I see him for ongoing treatment. My shoulder and neck pains are getting less pain after each treatment.

Overall, I am quite satisfied to visit this clinic every upcoming appointment. You should give it a try if you have muscle pain.

After my car was rear-ended, I went to Oakridge Physio for over a year of physio and active rehab…just ended. My physiotherapist, Madelyn, and kinesiologist, Mckenna, we’re excellent in handling my treatment! They were also always punctual, patient, professional and personable. I highly recommend them. The office staff is friendly and efficient. In fact, I’ve never been to such a well-organized centre…no lag-time; everyone knows their role; consistent covid checks, etc. Glad I went there.

Very good service! They are not receiving new patients. I had an emergency, luckily someone canceled and was able to have my massage. I was stuck with my back muscle and pain, the massage unlocked that muscle and was able to walk and move.

I would definitely recommend Brandon Sun, my PT and this clinic to all my friends. On my initial visit with Brandon, he listened intently to my condition and was able to start treatment for my neck that tremendously reduced the tingling, pins and needles, numbness on my right arm. My 2nd and 3rd treatment gave me so much relief. He did cupping therapy and it helped reduced tension on my neck and shoulder. He followed up our meeting with email recommending exercises to help me throughout the day. I am so pleased with his professionalism and his knowledge on his craft. Excellent physiotherapy clinic that has a great team. Receptionists/front house staff are nice and organized. Leigh was my physiotherapist and he helped me eliminate my lower back pain (after having suffered for 4+ years). I recommended my brother switch his physio to this clinic and he is giving it two thumbs up so far as well. Keep up the good work!

I had steve as my guy that treated me. I went here for 2 years+ every week. My injury (right hamstring pain never got relieved). I guess this place is good for old people but not young athletes.
