This clinic is so fun! The building is clean, new, and with the latest technology. I was able to see my xrays/teeth on a big screen while going over my teeth health; a new for me! Dr Zhang is so bubbly, and went into great detail with me. The front desk is so amazing and kind!

I had a great experience at my first appointment. The staff were friendly, the equipment is new and up to date. They are organized and very punctual with client appointments so you never wait long. Dr. Zhang took the time to explain and go through my X-ray images and answered any questions I had in detail.

I have been to a few dentists in my life here in the Vancouver area and San Francisco area. This office is the most modern dental office I have been to. Dr, Zia Verjee is a very friendly and knowledgeable dentist. He takes time to explain the treatment plan and do the treatment. I was amazed by the friendliness of the staff members and the ultra-modern office.
I recommend this office without any reservation. My whole family likes this office. We don't think that we are going anywhere else for our dental needs.

My experience with this place is a comedy of errors. I originally tried to book with Dr. Zhang about 3 weeks in advance and was told that I had a confirmed appointment on Dec 3 (a Sunday). A few days before this appointment, I was told that actually, she was scheduled to be away that day. They had no weekend appointments remaining for several weeks, so I took time off work and re-booked my appointment for Dec 6 (a Wednesday).

I completely admit to making a mistake and confusing them with the dentist located 2 minutes away when I arrived on my appointment day. I spoke with them as soon as this happened and let them know I was making my way to their office.

After experiencing a road closure due to construction, I arrived at their office about 15 minutes after the initial phone call (and a confusing phone call where I called to ask for directions because I was late, but only steps away at the back of the building, trying to figure out the quickest way to get there… And they put me on hold, so I figured it out by myself).

When I arrived; they told me they could no longer accommodate my appointment today. I understand it was my fault I was late, but why not tell me that on the phone when we spoke before I tried to make my way there and dealt with construction road closures, walking in the rain, and other fun obstacles?

So disappointing given I had to take the morning off due to their scheduling error when I had originally tried to make a weekend appointment.

Their next available appointment time is Jan 8

Maybe the dentists are amazing? I guess I’ll never know!

I went for a full 2 hour new patient cleaning, xrays, and dental check up. I have had a fair share of dental encounters and have to say that Oasis is really the top personable care I have received. Very friendly and caring staff from the moment you book an appointment until you leave! Felt very cared for and received exceptional care at all stages of the appointment. Dr. V was very easy to talk to and took his time on my dental examination. Very happy to have them nearby and will be recommending family and friends.

Such a good experience with everyone at Oasis. The front desk staff were helpful and went above and beyond, the cleaning technician was educational and gentle, and the dentist and assistant were very helpful and informative using new technology. They really make you feel like you are involved in the process! Would highly recommend.

Is it weird to look forward to my getting my fillings done…I’ve never had a dentist appointment that I have genuinely enjoyed until now) everyone is super kind and helpful from the front staff to the dentist/dental hygienist.

Beautiful office and friendly staff, my hygienist Tate made me feel so at ease and did such a great job cleaning my teeth! Dr. Sharma went into detail on every aspect of my teeth and dental health. Great clinic!

Great place. Big tv hanging from the ceiling for you to watch while they work. Everything is new, everybody is friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience so far as a new patient. The office has a nice feel to it. When you are getting your teeth cleaned it feels rather calm and private because of the separate exam rooms. You can actually watch Netflix and the screen is big so that’s a plus. Great hours as well. Dr. Sharma and everyone else there were very friendly. On top of that I really appreciated the communication as the office was up front with estimates and costs prior to the appointment, which feels better than a few other dentists I’ve been to.

Would definitely recommend. Everyone is friendly and Dr. Verjee is very professional and willing to explain and answer questions. Easy to get to by transit and car.

This is hands-down the best start-to-finish dental experience I've ever had for both my elderly father with dementia and for myself.
Staff and dentists are pleasant, kind, and very gentle for those of us who are dental sissies.
Within 2 visits, the staff here has totally eradicated my fear and reluctance for having any dental procedure. If you hate going to the dentist, try Oasis-I think your dental anxiety will become a thing of the past.

Hands down, the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to! Everyone is very knowledgeable and welcoming, and they make sure you understand everything about your teeth and health. The clinic itself is very clean and nice, and you can watch netflix while getting your teeth cleaned, what can be better than that? I had a great experience at Oasis Dental today. Deirdre was very friendly and helpful in setting up my new file at the clinic. She also took the time before the appointment to check in on my insurance coverage. Then Alina greeted me and took the photos and the X-rays. She was very informative and caring during the whole process. Moreover, she checked in frequently to make sure I wasn't feeling any discomfort. Afterwards, Dr. Verjee greeted me and explained my results of my films. Then we had my cleaning which was painless and not uncomfortable at all. I highly recommended Oasis dental clinic as all staff are friendly, informative, and professional. Thank you for making my appointment pain-free!

I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist, and have put off going for that reason. Everyone was so great and accommodating and it was as easy of an experience as I could have hoped for!
