Obsession: Bikes

I am so glad I found this store! I never had a bike before, I know nothing about bikes, but I decided that I wanted to learn how to ride a bike.
So I went to the store and after explaining that to James, he took 1 HOUR showing me all the different kind of bikes, tires, prices, then talked about bike ride groups in the north shore, trails.and even after spending all this time with me, I could see that he was in no rush to sell me anything! He let me took my time to absorb all this info and to decide what I wanted to do!
So few days later, I decided which bike I wanted and came back to the store to buy it. The staff was super friendly and also helped me to choose all the safety things that I needed (helmet, gloves, etc). And they also have a bike fitting service where they check the position of arms, foot, posture and modify the bike according to the best fit!
Buying my first bike ever at Obsession was an amazing experience and I am so grateful!

Went in to just get my rain guards off my bike and they tuned my bike up without me asking for it and slapped me with a $90 tune up fee. The tune up messed with my gears so I had to go to another bike shop I trusted to get that fixed.

Very good service and very patient working with my toddler who was adverse to the idea of a helmet. Thank you!

Fantastic experience here. Brought my bike in for rear shock issues; tech was extremely knowledgeable, completed diagnostic quickly, took the time to explain what to me what the issues were, and gave me regular updates on the work being done. I was in a time crunch to get the bike back and they prioritized the work for an insanely quick turnaround. The price point was also super reasonable and I appreciated that they noted a couple other issues that were needed to keep on top of regular maintenance. All around great bike shop and a place you can trust. Highly recommend. Thanks, guys.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with the technical ability to fix almost anything bike related. Case in point, today I had an unknown issue pop up with my bike’s wireless shifting. Not an easy repair, at least from my initial online research and no one else reporting a similar issue.
Called Obsession and was invited in for a mechanic to do an inspection right away.
Less than one hour later, they’d solved the problem, provided preventative measures and charged a very reasonable amount for their time and expertise.
