Located close to the Shipyards area on the North Shore.
Great breakfast.
Spacious house and rooms. Nice decor.
Rooms have no AC so can be very warm in evenings if you're not used to these sort of temperatures

Hidden Gem! The Ocean Breeze is Vancouver. It is in the very best location on the North Shore and from the window of my room i could see the entire city including the cruise ship terminal. Margerate will ask you when you want breakfast and if you don't know she will leave something out for you. The Spirit Trail is a world class bike and pedestrian path that is right out the front door and leads to the Lonsdale Quay the Sea Bus (amazing) and to downtown Vancouver where you can walk ride the entire city through amazing paths. If you want info Margerate will tell you everything she has been here forever. If you are going to frequent Vancouver this place is a must, Margerate will be your go to. The rooms are way more than you need and tons of character. Fun exciting and a home away from home.
