Our service with ocean view was a very welcoming experience. They provided wonderful service and were able to help us with the arrangements for my fathers burial.

Nice well kept cemetery. Lots of ducks around enjoying their day. The staff does a good job with the burials. Top quality this lot. The buildings are clean and tidy. Office helps you find a spot if you forget. The old building looks great and has a lot of stained glass inside. Lots of trees around for some shade. Lots of people walking through with their dog.

Funeral Director and the entire team were exceptional and caring. Any questions were answered promptly. The level of service was beyond our expectations.

My partner’s mother passed away in February 2022 and had been taken to her forever home here at Ocean View in March 2022. She still does not have her name on her even though it’s been almost 1.5 years. Their excuse is that production has been backlogged due to covid and they’ve also been having issues with the provider. My question is, why isn’t hers being prioritized then? We checked 2 days ago and her name is still not up there and it breaks my heart for her to be there as a no name. Unacceptable, very disheartening and disrespectful.

During this difficult period, the Ocean View Burial Park provided my family with exceptional service. Michelle, the Funeral Director, was extremely respectful, empathetic, and patient with my family. All the staff who supported with the funeral from the initial consultation, early viewing of the body, and the funeral itself were punctual, professional, and understanding. Communication between my family and Ocean View was also seamless as they were very flexible and accommodating with our family traditions.

We want to thank Michelle and Ocean View Burial Park for their kindness and expertise while hosting my Mother’s funeral. There is no doubt that we will continue to support and refer family and friends to Ocean View. We are a flower shop. We always called the office to check the funeral time. They used to help. However, it looks like they have new employees in the office now. The staff only helped us to check today's funeral. She doesn't want to help us to check the future services. It's really unprofessional.

We used the services of Ocean View Funeral Home in February and May of this year. Carson Jordan, Korey Yu and their teams did an outstanding job both times. Their planning and attention to detail were delivered with a caring and sensitive approach and excellent communication. The May service was impacted by events outside of Ocean View’s control but they pulled out all the stops to ensure that the service and burial were not affected. Highly recommended!

I wanted to thank Dean at Bell funeral chapel for his most professional and compassionate care and help through hosting my father’s funeral. I saw the promotion of this place in the newspaper. Although his website information is also very detailed, you really need to come here to see the environment in person. The location is excellent and the staff is very polite and patient in explaining everything. Transportation is also very convenient, close to Metro Town.

Ted and the staff were very professional and sensitive to our feelings. Years before my Father passed away we planned the major framework of the mass, entombment and reception. I would recommend pre-planning the event and can share that our experience of that day was as good as it could be.

From the initial consultation to the booking arrangements and finally, to the small, private ceremony, the staff went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable and well cared for. We could not have asked for anything better. We truly appreciated the professionalism from all of the team at Ocean View. They made the process seamless and we were very grateful for that.

My wife passed away mid december, no other funeral home was able to accomodate the funeral until after Christmas. Ocean View Funeral Home made it happen for us. They are very efficient and professional in every aspect.
