Have the lowest quality of workmanship I’ve ever seen! Do not ever go there if you value your stuff they will cut any Conner they can and try and give you uncompleted repairs

Trying to book my 5th wheel in for some repair was told by there Rv department to contact there collision repair shop sent 2 email & left Terry 2 messages to have him call me back & its a week & still haven't heard back. If this is how they treat there customers glad I didn't have them do the work. Save yourself the hassle & go elsewhere

I would never recommend this place to anyone. After the dealership damaged my vehicle and I was told to take it to O'Connor collision and they would take care of me.my vehicle came back in worse shape than when it went in.
The first time it came back, it wasn't detailed, there was standing dust everywhere. They killed the battery so my check engine light was on. There were sand scratches, orange peel in the paint. My door was full of fish eyes, the decals of the doors were both falling off. There were runs in the paint on the hood. Masking tape was left in the seams of the front bumper and painted over. I was told to wait a week and bring it back and they would fix it. The second time it came back, still fish eyes everywhere and orange peel. Now there was a small wirey hair painted into the clear coat on my driver's door. They at least fixed the door decals. Went to pick it up, they burnt right through the clear coat trying to get the hair out so there was a big dull spot on the door. Didn't even bother leaving with my vehicle. Finally got it back the following week after that. There's still stuff stuck in the paint, orange peel and the odd fish eye. I was told months ago that my belt moulding that was to be replaced (because it was taken on and off so many times) would be in soon. I'm still waiting. This was all started in September 2020.it's not April 2021. I've given up. My car went back to the shop 4 separate times. I have come to accept that it will never be the same again.

I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop to have it looked at (the photos with the pink writing is everything the body man found of O'Connor's mistakes) some of them still aren't fixed. I went to talk to Shane the owner and I was passed off like it didn't matter. Treated like I was a woman so I shouldn't know what I'm talking about. I was offered to "trade out" of it as a solution.

Unfortunately Fiat Chrysler had a bad factory paint job on my new 2021 Ram 1500 and after detailing myself discovered numerous paint flaws.
$50k truck has to be perfect no excuses, O’Connor had the warranty contract and did a terrible job in correcting the factory flaws in fact made the truck paint even worse.
Forced me to trade in that truck for another one. Save yourself the grief and do not have work done by them.

I went today to discuss an estimate. When I got inside, there was a Covid-19 page to fill out your name and other personal information. What's next? A fake Covid-19 PCR test?
A great place but Shane O'Connor had better give his head a shake. Their parts department and sales department is a farce! Bad management in both areas.
Don't drag down the only good department left under the O'Connor name!
I left and went to another body shop. No Covid paranoia there.

Afterschool pickup went awry yesterday. With both kids in the car, on the way to get pet food, my car suddenly was loosing power and stuttering. I called BCAA and was told 60 minutes was the expected wait time. The gentleman in the tow truck arrived within 15 minutes, less if I'm not mistaken, and quickly discovered the issue, assured me that it was indeed not fit to drive home, and had my car hooked up and on it's way before my ride got to me, and I called them first. He hauled my car home to be dealt with later and was pleasant and professional throughout. Dude-that- I-forgot-to-get-the-name-of, if you get to read this, you rock and thanks again.

Great customer service. The big boss (Terry) will step in and help the front desk when things get busy. You don't see that to often these days

Very unimpressed with the service, the guy was so lazy when I brought in my vehicle, he said just go to icbc collision (during covid) and it will speed up the time, cause he said my vehicle would be wrote off. Got to icbc and they said the dont accept vehicles, that's what collision shops are for. We were so confused. We just went to West end auto body, where they started the claim. Thanks for nothing and wasting our day, O'Connors

Came to O'connor today with my boyfriend's truck to fix up some paint scuffs and minor scratches on the bumper.the staff were super friendly and, needless to say, went above and beyond! Not only does the truck look immaculate again, but I got the most amazing Christmas surprise when picking it up.cant begin to express my gratitude!

They did great work and had excellent communication with twice weekly updates, but due to wrong parts and such it took six weeks to get my car back.twice as long as expected. They were apologetic but if I needed more work I might shop around before going back again.

Absolutely the worst communication from an auto body repair shop I have ever dealt with. I have waited over 2 months to have my vehicle fixed. They are telling me now I have to wait till october 2019 to have work started on my vehicle.this is with an ICBC claim. I didn't do the damage. Fountain tire of chilliwack damaged my vehicle so bad that $4000.00 dollars damage was done. Now that their buddy is helping get my vehicle fixed. Conner collision is making it difficult to get my vehicle fixed. I will be reporting this complaint to ICBC and will be going to a different repair shop. Will never recommed!

Jeff Sinfield is great, we brought in our Motorhome that had been paint vandalized. Jeff communicated with us the whole time to keep us updated. Although we need decals to be replaced by no fault of his they still have not arrived from the manufacturer.

Absolute horrible experience. Hubby brought his truck here for a hit and run and beside the receptionist who was very polite everything else was terrible. Long story short was first told it would be 10 hours worth of repairs. After 13 days its finally finished with no communication along the way as to why. They didn't do one of the scratches they were suppose to and the rental was falling apart. Hubby had a meeting with the manager when he picked up his truck and the manager wouldn't even let him talk about his concerns. Will be telling people not to bring their vehicles here. Not impressed and neither of us will be using this company again.

We are used to dealing with the "other" Dealership Collision Center here in Chilliwack. After they screwed us around last time, we chose to make a change. I called around to every repair shop in Chilliwack, and every shop was booking 2-5 weeks away. I called O'Connors and they told me initially that they were booking 2 weeks in advance, but asked what the repairs entailed. When I told the lady on the phone what was wrong, she immediately got our vehicle in (within an hour) and my girlfriend left with a courtesy car. AMAZING service compared to the other guys and amazingly friendly too. We have our new local shop to deal with, and we are more than happy to spread the word!
