O'Connor Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

I went to O’Connors in the Fall of 2021 to have my Jeep serviced because I had lost heat. I booked an appointment and when I got there they told me that it wouldn’t be looked at that day! Okay fine, they were apparently short staffed, things happen. When they were finally able to look at my vehicle they told me I needed to replace the entire cooling/heating system costing approximately $7000.00! I got a second opinion at another mechanic in Chilliwack they said I had a few coils rusted out and that with labour it would be approx $550.00 to fix. They fixed the parts and I have had heat in my vehicle since, approx 2 years ago.

So either they had no idea what was wrong and just tried to replace the entire thing or they knew that it was a minor part and still tried to charge me an outrageous price.

Will buy my next Jeep somewhere else!

Wow what a great service from the parts department. I thought I would need a new key for my truck for 400$ but the guy in the parts department repaired my key in 5min for 0$. I was very surprised and happy, that saved my weekend. Now I have money for next survice. Awesome

We stopped in to O’Connor Dodge Chrysler-Jeep in Chilliwack BC to check their inventory and see if they had any used trucks we might be interested in. We had very specific things we were looking for, and had a list of 7 items fitting our needs.
Upon arrival we were met by Derren Chand, who began working with us on our search. He was soon joined by Scott Robb, the Sales Manager, and between the two of them, we successfully found the truck. It matched 6 out our 7 criteria, including price. Scott worked with us to take care of all the details, and Derren went over the top by delivering the truck to us in Kelowna.
Totally impressed with both Derren and Scott, and highly recommend O’Connor Dodge and these gentlemen to anyone looking for great service!

Completely unhappy with the service here! They are quick to take payment but don’t give delivery dates. I was told my part would be available in about a month and it’s since been two months and they’re still saying it will be another week at least. Will never return here for parts, service or buying a new vehicle

In Summary,
The neglectful and poor workmanship resulted in:
- Missing 3 days work returning rework.
- Truck is still squeaking.
- Loss of turning radius.
- (Safety Hazard) Almost got in an accident due to loose wheel.
- (Safety Hazard) Had to haul heavy trailer without airbags.
- Additional hole drilled into my bumper.

Got a lift kit installed through this dealer, and parts ordered through them. Dealer talked me into the most expensive BDS lift kit stating its worth it because you wont have the drivability issues that some other lifts will have. After install I had significant loss of turning radius. After install I almost lost a tire on the highway due to them not tightening 4/5 lug nuts on my front tire, pulled over from shaking and found 4 nuts finger loose. I then also had constant squeaking coming from the lift to this they say it was a strut they installed needing replaced. Once it was replaced it the front end was still squeaking (Still unresolved). During the lift kit install I got airbags installed. The tech installed both my airlines to separate Schrader valves drilling an additional hole in my bumper when I had previously installed air bags pre-lift and used a tee to fill both together with only one hole in my bumper. The Air lines were also not secured properly and were left against my exhaust pipe. When I tried to use my air bags to tow a heavy trailer I found out they didn't work because the airlines had melted apart on my exhaust pipe.

During all these trips they were hesitant to give me a courtesy car even though I was returning for rework. And wouldn’t provide me with a truck even though I needed a truck for work.

I feel that the poor work has cost me money and put me at risk on the roadway in multiple scenarios.

The only saving grace is they have redone the attempted fixes without charging me further and greeted courteously from the advisors.

Nick in service team is extremely good. Great asset for the company. He is fast, effectively, polite and customer centric. I always have a great experience interacting with him.

I must say Nick in service, wow above and beyond what would be expected. Next level professional customer service.

Ebony and Richard and the team at O’conner Dodge are very professional. They really go out of there way to make it a memorable experience. Five star service!

Took my 2019 Ram in for a synthetic quick oil change.the young tall tech was very good, will go there again.

I can't say enough about the service I received from this awesome team. I needed a used PCM reprogrammed in my 03 Jeep TJ. I called the service department and explained my situation to Aaron Wyatt, he was beyond helpful. I was booked in and the technician (Ryan Cone) did an amazing job getting my Jeep programmed, and me back on the road. Was a great experience, would definitely recommend and be a returning customer (even being from another town) worth the drive.

Was having front end issues, diagnosed by our mechanic, and he said it should be covered under my warranty still. So being a chilliwack local we booked it into O’Connor.when we dropped it off we explained exactly what our mechanic had found.

Their best tech inspected the issues and said no there was absolutely nothing wrong with it) but gave me a list of $1500 worth of other thing that needed to be done)

Knowing this wasn’t right I had my mechanic contact them to explain “in person” his findings, they still swore there was nothing wrong.

Went back in person, explained again what the problem was and Asked to have it reinspected, they said they would talk to their tech and contact us, they didn’t, then they ignored my numerous messages left asking for an update.

After 9 days we Finally got fed up picked it up, paid the bill for the diagnostics done and took it directly to Abby dodge.

Abbotsfords got it in right away and the problem found and fixed under warranty in less then 24 hours.

What's the point of having a big text box in the submit query/information, when the sales staff simply ignore everything you've written, every question you've asked, and send the standard claptrap straight from the database?

If you were genuinely excited to help, you'd read peoples questions and answer them, not perfectly illustrate why car sales staff have the reputation they do.

I was in the market for a new truck, I had been looking for a good while, when I found O'Connor. Which led me to a lovely sales woman named Ebony North. She took the time to send me any information I needed with alot of extra detail. Scott the sales manager was willing to go out of his way to provide a better then ask for service. When I came to view the truck I was beyond extremely impressed with the accuracy of the vehicle. The service from O'Connor is in my opinion top notch and amazing. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

My husband and I bought a Jeep from Kevan McRae. He is by far one of the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Edit 2: Everytime I have had to deal with service here since I got my vehicle it has been awful. Had to bring it back 3 times for a leak over 2 months because it was weeks in-between. Stuck waiting weeks for warranty work. I was told 3 weeks to get something fixed, called the dealership in Abbotsford and have an appointment in 2 days. Can't speak for the sales department but the service department in Abbotsford seems way better.

Edit: This did end up getting sorted and I did get a referral bonus. Review is still about the same, everyone I delt with was friendly, especially Christina in finance. Though I would not recommend Brad again.

Was nice overall, we felt a little pushed but everyone worked with us and was not a bad experience at all. Everyone was very friendly and any questions we asked were answered no problem, Brad was great. The only really bad thing i have to say is i recommended them to a friend who ended up buying a Jeep only afew days after me and we were told we would get a little referral bonus. When we asked about it we were told it was an individual salesman thing. I guess it was my own fault just unfortunate and a little annoying.

They have the oem parts you need. It's a bit pricey but if you have ocd like me and you want the exact parts, they can get it for you.

Ebony was really great to work with! She made the time there fun and convenient with my baby in tow. She was understanding of my time, wishlist and budget and helped us choose the perfect vehicle that ticked every box! We never felt pressured to buy or add on anything we weren't looking for but walked away with more than we expected AND came in under budget. We are really happy to have switched to O'Connor.

So I’ve had some serious issues with my jeep had my drive train replaced two weeks ago in Vernon. Well it fell out again (on my return trip home with my young son who I get very limited time with) near Chilliwack BC. I was able to limp it to the O’Conner Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership. When I arrived the service rep was incredibly helpful and brutally honest and she informed me that they are short on techs and booking two weeks out. She said she would try and get it in before end of day, which she managed to do (thank you again). So they confirmed what I had suspected as I experienced a failed drive shaft two weeks earlier. While waiting I decided it might be time to look at a new vehicle then Ebony stepped in. Now I’ve bought new vehicles and know the routine well. However Ebony being green to auto sales brought a refreshing sense of honesty and integrity to the attempted sale and she was relentless as incredibly sweet. She set me up in a new Grand Cherokee Laredo and let me take it for a test drive and grab my son and I some lunch. When we returned to the dealership several others became involved with the potential sale. The sales Manager and Insurance salesperson all worked on a incredible deal that was very difficult to say no too. After our discussions were put on hold pending my decision I met Carolyn the warranty manager she informed me that she had the new drive shaft on its way and provided me with a loaner for the evening to find accommodations omg thank you for that as all other rental companies had nothing available. Now in all my years experiences with auto dealers, I have never experienced this overwhelming amount of care and attention from any other dealership ever. So the part took a couple days to arrive my son and I turned it into a extended vacation and it was great for the added time away from the Smokey interior. Again one last shout out to all the hardworking people behind this dealership I really hope this falls on the ears of Chrysler and good call on dealership of the year.

O'Connor did a great job with a recall appointment. I live in Hope and was going to wait. They got the work done in 1.5 hours, even though I was told it would take 2 hours. The staff was very professional and efficient. Lady at desk promised to sanitize but car still dusty inside so I think she forgot. Also, they used to wash the car (and I think detail) but now they give you a coupon for a free wash at the drive thru carwash.

Kevan, Ebony and Jenn are simply amazing! They did not apply any pressure on buying or have any confusion going over the paperwork. They are open and honest to any questions you may have. This was my first purchase and they made me feel nothing but comfortable. I'm glad my father had referred me to this dealership. I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. Plus, you get to smash on a gong on completing your purchase. That was pretty sweet! Kevan, if you're reading this, you're the man!

Amazing service! I called on short notice as my battery died and caused the Transmission control module to malfunction which means I couldn’t drive it and only dealership could reprogram it. I was first told it was about 2 weeks for appointments but they realized I was stranded in Hope BC and was panicking. They agreed to accept my vehicle to be towed in. They had it all done by the following day and the bill was actually extremely fair as it could have been so much worse. Thank you so much for your help and kindness it’s much appreciated.
