I was really nervous at first to try parasailing? But ogopogo parasail made it so comfortable and very polite and professional staff, worth it, enjoyed every bit off it.thanks to them once again

This is your sign to go parasailing with your friends. SOOO FUN! I was hesitant at first as to whether itd be worth it but the crew was great and this was so so fun. After days of hiking, seeing Kelowna from this point is different, beautiful, and effortless. 10/10 recommend. Also $50 for pics is so worth it.

Amazing experience, the front desk lady was very kind to offer to look after the dog for us. The trip was awesome. Kids loved the experience, the guys on the boat were very informative and kind.

You hear horror stories about parasailing In Mexico, that’s why we chose to go with the most experienced company. The owner Luke, who apparently has been parasailing since 2002, made us all feel very safe. The equipment is all very new, and the boats a clean and clearly well maintained. We got the photo package witch was well worth the money. The smiley face parachute looks amazing in my profile picture

Had the sickest time with Lance and the Hanmer definitely got the celebrity treatment had the whole boat to myself! Definitely going everytime I come back to town!

Out of this world adventure even as locals! Luke made sure we had an amazing trip to see our city in a way we never have before. Not scary in any way, just a whole lot of fun!

For the price of this experience, I expected MUCH more. I spent $433 for 8 minutes of flying with my kids (I called and they specifically told me we would fly for 10 minutes). Also, quite disappointed that we have to share the boat with other people/family. There were 9 people on our small boat with zero social distancing. Also the guides did not mask up when installing our harnesses as directed they would be. For that price we should at least have the boat to ourselves. This is obviously a company that only cares about getting $$$$. As soon as we left the marina they got straight to the point. When we were done, They literally towed us into the boat as we were pulling back in to the marina. It was all very fast and rushed. After reviewing our go pro camera, i can confirm our entire experience was only 8 minutes long. The website only takes your money yet gives zero information - pretty obvious all they want is $$$. Skip this attraction. Also, we were told to arrive 30 minutes early only to stand there literally waiting for 30 minutes. We literally waited longer to go on the boat than the actual boat ride itself. Lastly, nobody on our boat was ever told or offered to dip our toes in the water during any point. There was never any communication on dipping toes in the water during any safety briefing.

Even with the smoke, Luke and Brandon made sure we had a great time! Both guys were super awesome we all enjoyed our time and they also took awesome photos.

Although it was fun it was definitely not the thrill you'd expect. I'm giving it a 3 stars for 1. Nice staff 2. Good management. The other two go down because 1. Bad prices. 100 per person. And 2. How much time you have to take out for other people because of subpar group management.

We booked this trip last minute, as our previous plans of hot air ballooning got cancelled. Their site makes it super easy to book a time which is always a plus.

Note that the dock is smack in the middle of downtown, so parking can be a bit of a challenge if you're driving out there. We were there during Canada Day long weekend, and we ended up having to park about 10 minute walk away from the dock which led to us being a little late. However, the Ogopogo folks were great, and were able to accommodate us.

The crew were fantastic, getting us set up quickly and efficiently, explaining what they'll be doing, and getting us outfitted right away. They're clearly a well oiled machine and have the process down pat. They were also nice enough to lend me their GoPro selfie stick as I had forgotten to bring mine. We got some great footage thanks to the Ogopogo folks.

I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who is in the Kelowna area looking for a different perspective of Kelowna that isn't a winery tour or lounging on the beach. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing company with an amazing crew running it.

I had asked them a few questions over on Facebook before our booking and they answered promptly with helpful responses. The crew we were with were fun to be with and took great pictures for us!

We almost didnt make it on time because we had a hard time looking for a slot in the parking area, it's Friday and it's right in downtown, great experience, though! ️

Overall experience was very good, but not satisfied with the pictures. They give you option if you want your pictures during parasailing into a Micro SD card. I decided to have those pictures, and I believe I wasted my $50. We would have asked someone to click better picture in our phones. Paying $50 for these pictures was total waste of money. If you guys are charging, please make sure you take quality pictures. This was not expected from a DSLR Camera.

Went to Kelowna for a wedding and spent a lot of time as hot sands beach. Kept seeing this smiley face on the water so me and friends decided to go parasailing. The cost wasn’t to bad, the staff were amazing and super friendly. The cost of them taking pictures I felt was a bit much given that it’s taken on a camera. It may be worthy your while to get a go pro that can Capture things in the moment up in the air. Overall wonderful experience and I would definitely go back to Kelowna when there isn’t so much smoke because we definitely missed out on the views.

My friends and I were so excited to try parasailing; however, we were disappointed because our schedule is 5pm, registered at 4: 40pm. We still atleast have 15mins left before our schedule, and my friend pleaded to give her atleast few more minutes because she needs to go to the bathroom, but the captain looks and sounds very rude. All through out our ride, the captain was very serious and on the rush to give instructions - customer service is very poor. The assistant however, is very nice and accommodating. You can really feel from the captain that he hates to accommodate us. We were there to have fun, but the we felt awkward - we just tried to shake it off because we just wanted to experience parasailing. Maybe, the captain should attend customer service training, coz as far as I know we were not rude to him. We tried sky diving, rafting, kayaking, and other outdoor activities were the host are very welcoming, adds some humour - customer service were good and went beyond, very unlikely with the captain.

Very professional and experienced staff. I went parasailing with my two kids aged 7 and 9 as a triple. It was well worth the money and an experience we will never forget. Make sure you get the photo package.

So much fun! I am terrified of heights and I really enjoyed this experience. The staff were fun as well as reassuring and professional. It’s worth the trip, even for just the bait ride.

The parasailing itself was really fun, but the actions of one of the cashiers had my girlfriend on the verge of tears.

We explained our situation to the younger cashier that we were flyboarding 1: 30-2: 30 (they share the same kiosk and dock). Our booking for parasailing was at 2: 30. We were told the boat won't wait, but if there is space on the 3: 30 we'd be moved to the 3: 30 booking.

We finished flyboarding and got back at 2: 31. We would've told the flyboard captain to hustle back faster, but the cashier was extremely casual about moving us to 3: 30.

We returned to deal with a second cashier who we never spoke to before, and she got really aggressive with us about it being a 30 dollar rescheduling fee. This was brand new information to us.

She proceeded to talk down to us, including my girlfriend, to the point we had to pull away from the unexpected confrontation as we were reeling from the unexpected fee and the angry cashier.

The only alternative we were given was to come back tomorrow to avoid the 60 dollar fee. We're from out of town so coming back another day wasn't a reasonable option.

When we talked to the original cashier, she once again made no mention of the 30 dollar rescheduling fee. We were left in limbo for 20 minutes wondering if we had to pay as the two cashiers were not in sync.

Right before we left, Angry Cashier demanded cash. To avoid the situation from escalating, we peacefully paid it and politely asked to speak to the owner at a later time, and just enjoy the parasailing experience.

I know one angry and verbally abusive employee doesn't represent an entire company, and the younger cashier as well as the two captains were friendly, but the actions of Angry Cashier nearly ruined what was otherwise a really fun first ever visit to Kelowna for my girlfriend. We're feeling better now, but we were shaken up a bit by her level of aggressiveness towards us without understanding how this looked from our perspective.

I do not recommend this company. I really hope the owner reaches out to us to get more specific details about the situation. The day nearly ended with my girlfriend in tears because of Angry Cashier's words and actions today.

An amazing experience. Parasailing was so much fun, It was refreshing and relaxing in the hot summer air. Me and my group had a blast. The staff was wonderful, beyond professional and helpful. An Okanagan must do for a complete trip.

Went for parasailing for the first time. We had a great time with Luke is very professional also takes amazing videos and photos of you while you are in the air. Highly recommended.

I would have given 5 stars but I felt I was not treated equally as others were asked if they wanted to dip their toes in the water and no one asked us (and I had already asked at registration). Pictures were taken of others and no one took pictures of us - these were not pictures that they paid for. Other than that, the experience was good and it was simple to book online. The staff were efficient and punctual.

We visited June 27 and were sent up by Quinn and Liam. The guys were great, helpful with a quick photo with our phone, and we felt very safe in their hands. We went for the dunk which was awesome during that heat wave.

Bring cash for a tip!

Was great fun! Make sure to buy at the counter instead of buying online. You can negotiate to get a better rate based on the time of the day and the month you are visiting.

The experience was great and the harness felt strong and safe, however, they charged us $50+tax+tip for video and photos but the memory card they gave us was corrupted. We were unable to retrieve the entire video from the memory card.
