One of the very few places with a part I needed, minor shipping hiccup but that was sorted out. Great customer service

4 weeks ago I traded in my 2017 Ohm Urban bike for a new Quest 2 SUV and I have never been happier with a bike!
Over the past 5 years I have come to take for granted the outstanding customer service that I unfailingly receive from Michael, Chris and the rest of the Ohm team at their factory store in North Vancouver.
My Quest 2 SUV is quite simply, a dream to ride.
Ohm's singular focus on designing/building the very best ebikes and going above and beyond in their customer service simply means that I am an Ohm customer for life.
Michael and Chris, I can never thank you enough!

I have just purchased my new OHM Electric Bike and am having so much fun with it. It is a beautiful ride and flows so smoothly from the initial touch of the pedal starting on the flat or a rise. It is lighter than all of the electric bikes I researched in this price range. My dog is loving to race with me when we are on the trails, and I can now keep up with her! I would highly recommend this bike and also dealing with the staff at OHM who were wonderful - very personable, professional and ready to serve. A great business model in North Vancouver. Keep up the good work.

Mike and Chris exceeded our expectations! Would buy again from them in a heart beat and would not go anywhere else. We understand from our biking aficionado friends that these are the e-bikes to get! The quality of the product is very apparent. We were not disappointed. We could not be more thrilled with the pair we purchased (Quest 2 and Cruise 2) and our very positive experience. We had no previous e-biking experience and we really felt we went to the right place!
Mike and Chris were able to answer any questions we had quickly and with obvious technical expertise. They are truly familiar with the product from personal use and experience too. We found this extremely helpful. They have an obvious passion for and take pride in what they do and the products they carry.
My husband and I test rode the Quest 2 and Cruise 2 and saw the potential for use, recreation and fun. We love that this is something we can do together. We immediately recognized the potential to reduce the use of our vehicles to run errands or meet a friend for lunch. One of my besties bought one too and we cannot wait to meet up at local spots for lunch and catching up. It is going to be a great summer!
The smartly engineered accessories (trunk bags) expand perfectly for a few items or groceries and even a rain cover. The Abus heavy duty lock fastens to the bike along with the water bottle holder. They carry a large selection of every kind of bag, basket, rack imaginable and the bag uses are endless.
There are 3 settings to ride trail, eco and boost! The bikes go for about 100km on one charge and can go up to 32km per hour. To charge, simply plug in to a normal outlet to charge. A full charge takes about 2 hrs.
When we left, we had a solid understanding of how to work the bikes, the bike rack, lock up, secure the bags because Mike and Chris took the time we needed to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Well done and a huge thanks to Mike and Chris!

While researching e-bikes for our family, we had an opportunity to visit the OHM factory store in North Vancouver and are very glad we did. OHM produce an line of excellent e-bikes, in different configurations and prices points. The service from Michael and Chris was excellent; they know their product, work with you to determine best fit and will go above and beyond to arrange delivery. OHM is an exemplary Canadian company that we would highly recommend.

Michael and his team at Ohm have repeatedly gone above and beyond, helping me over the past four years with efficient, kind and knowledgable service. I purchased my second bike from them recently, after trading in an older model and am thrilled. I don't drive a car and rely on my E-Bike as my main vehicle - I use it daily, often with a trailer to carry art supplies and groceries with ease. I can't recommend this company enough!

My experience with Ohm Cycles was a 10/10. I purchased a Benno Boost and Chris walked me through all of my questions with such patience and great knowledge about that biking but the general world of ebikes as well. If you are considering truly investing in a quality bike with amazing support and service, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
