OK Boot Corral

I'm disappointed to share my recent experience at this establishment, and it's worth noting that my friend plans to leave a similar review. While it's uncertain whether the person in question is the owner, it certainly seems like he runs the place on his own, as it’s unlikely he would be hired elsewhere.

When we entered, he told us he was closing in five minutes. In an attempt to make the best of the situation, I said, "Let's make a quick sale then! " His response was surprising: "I can make it even shorter. " Trying to maintain a positive atmosphere, I asked, "Are you issuing a threat? " to which he responded “Shut up you smartass” - This led to us deciding to leave the shop.

The situation escalated when the individual used offensive language and even followed us down the street. What's even more astonishing is that we had traveled a considerable distance with the intention of buying boots from this shop - all three of us! We were genuinely excited when we first saw the place and the selection of boots looked incredible from outside.

In the end, it's disheartening to think that the business, whether the individual is the owner or not, has likely lost out on about a thousand dollars in sales due to his behavior.

Great Western wear bought a nice belt and buckle here. Well pleased with the purchases.

Cowboy heaven! Amazing selection of boots and all other cowboy goods.
I had excellent customer service from both the Granville island and Gastown stores. Bonnie was a star and was especially helpful in making sure I selected the perfect boots for me. Sabine was also amazing and really lovely to talk to.
Overall, amazing staff and great quality boots. Would highly recommend!

Doesn't get more "Cowboy" than OK Boot in Gastown. Close to where the old Gassy Jack statue used to be.

Enjoyed the animated old cowboy that greets you when you walk in. (and not talking about the crew that works here.lol)

Very knowledgeable staff explained various boot brands to me. They let me know about their new store on Granville Island which just opened as well.

They had a good selection of leather belts, so I bought one.

One of the best selections of cowboy boots, belts, belt buckles that one can find in the downtown/Gastown area as well as Downtown Victoria, B. C! (Updated: Went back to the store in Gastown (Vancouver) bought a leather vest from there) staff were extremely helpful!) I would definitely recommend O. K Boot Corral to anyone looking to buy cowboy boots, jackets, leather vest, or leather belts!

A gem in the heart of Gastown with a beautiful selection of western goods, and a friendly and helpful staff. I was searching for an affordable, high quality, weatherproof (Indiana Jones-esque) fedora for a couple of years to replace an old one, and I finally found it here. I'll definitely be coming back.

Love this place. Was really impressed with the awesome prices. Because of the location I really expected out of reach boutique pricing but I was blown away by the quality, selection, service and prices. I bought the coolest belt but will definitely return. Have my eye on a set of boots - its only a matter of time.
