I took my vehicle in on December 30th to get some front end workout and to take a peek at the rear. I got there at 2 o'clock when done you asked if you could give me the estimate next Wednesday as it was the holidays. No problem, Wednesday. I didn't hear anything by noon. So I phoned you. You guys said you would phone me back right after lunch. I didn't hear from you guys. Tell i Phone that Thursday at 4 clock. Then you gave me a price of $4107. And that's four hundred percent higher than your competitors in town I'm not sure what happened.
Both there estimates that I got were the exact same other than yours were identical work Both estimates were from reputable places that are on the strip.you were 3000 dollars higher if not interested in doing the work don't waste my time in waiting for a estimate

After my car was stuck for 3 days at kal tire, they fixed it in 15 minutes- for free. The staff are knowledgeable and outgoing. They made a bad experience a positive one by going above and beyond in customer service. Highly recommended if you need a good, professional opinion.

Just spoke with Braelyn (mind my spelling) and he went absolutely out of his way and beyond to fit me in his super busy schedule.

Not my first time going to OK but cannot say it enough. THESE BOYS ARE SO GOOD TO ME! Called and they had me in within 10 minutes, and my tires changed and out in about 30. The best customer service and as a female they don’t try to talk to you as if you know nothing, don't try and sell you things you don’t need, and really just make you feel safe with your vehicle in their hands. Go for one thing had 1700 quote of all stuff that was just done. 3 hours we got back they said oh your truck good, however give a sec I'll double check. 1700 quote in 5 minutes. So why did my truck need to be there for 3 hours no thanks

Got my tires changed over and they were fast! They also gave my truck an inspection while they were at it, and it was best price in town.

We are so glad we stopped at this OK Tire to get help. Braylon helped out us and when I asked him to explain what was going on, he took the time to explain what was going on, what it would take to fix it, the cost and the timeline. I really appreciated the work they did in a short timeline as we needed to get back on the road. The price was reasonable and the work was completed in time which is so appreciated when you’re on vacation time:) We were very impressed with our dealings with Braylon and this OK Tire!

If you are close to Cranbrook and need a service for your car (flat tire, etc) stop by OK Tire and you will see the best service in town!
Coming home to Calgary I had a flat tire and went first to Canadian Tire around 11AM. Can Tire said they can fix it before 5pm. I left the tire there and went after 2 hours. Nothing was done, no one looked at it. I took it and went to Kal Tire. They said the tire is fixable but they will not fix it because of some usage of the tire (30k ran). I took the tire and went to OK Tire. Jay, a gentlemen and the owner of the shop, took it right away and within 30 seconds the tire was removed from the rim. Within 7 minutes the tire was done and installed to the van, the spare tire was put back. The cost was much cheaper than Canadian Tire and Kal Tire! So, never go to the Canadian Tire or Kal, go direct to OK Tire and you will see the difference! I guess when you own a business you have all the interest to do it fast, effective and less expensive than the competition. A big THANK YOU to Mr. JAY with OK TIRE!

Good service and best pricing! Recently bought some summers and shopped around and Ok tire was the cheapest by far! At least 200 dollars.excellent service.

This place is great, staff is super friendly everyone was masked and proper social distancing is practiced. Their alignment guy is the best in town, and all the tire techs are very honest, and don't add extra little services and there's absolutely no price gouging. They will let you know what's wrong with your vehicle, be up front on prices and what's absolutely necessary, and what might become a major problem down the road. If it's unsafe they'll tell you but they don't force services on you or try to con you to see it their way, to make the extra buck. Big shout out to Nolan, Braylyn, Josh, and Jake, they do excellent work and are just good dudes in general. Honesty and reliability go a long way in this day and age, when there's so many people scrambling to cover their bottom line. The Cherry on top of all of this is their prices are fair, and they seem to take great pride in the work they do. Hats off to everyone at ok tire Cranbrook, I'll go to them for all my mechanic work

Every time I have dealt with them the service has been great and the products as well. Popped in the other day for a tire repair and walked out with a zero dollar invoice! It doesn't get any better than that!

I have only started going to OK Tire in the past year to have my winter/summer tires changed over and they have been fantastic! Today I took in my car in to have the rear brakes changed and when I picked up, they said that I didn't need new brakes at this time, but they did clean everything up as I had mentioned that they had been squeaking. I appreciate the honesty and the work that they did on my vehicle. I will definitely be recommending this shop to others! Thank you!
