OK Tire

Please don’t visit this shop if you want to get ripped. This business charged me $1400 for nothing. Lack of transparency and communication and the owner is so rude instead of resolving the issue. He replaced car parts which were not deemed necessary and never did full inspection to know the real cause. After having the same issue i brought my car back and he said he will have to diagnose the car again and charge me for the inspection. Total rip off. May Karma get you to pay back for ripping hundreds and thousands of customers. BIG SHAME.

Please check the reviews before going to this place. It’s a total rip off from customers. I just relocated from Vancouver and I have visited this location. I really had an awful experience here.

They just hooked scanner up and said everything in cylinder 1 needs to be replaced. Not knowing I already knew the problem and just needed them to fix it. They couldn't complete the work because " they didn't have the tools to do the work" was quoted over $1000. Ended up taking it to a reputable mechanic and had it repaired in a matter of hours at a fraction of the cost.

Guy that answered the phone wasn't friendly at all, don't remember his name.

Had a quote from their online store for around $220 a tire but their website malfunctioned and I couldn't book an appointment through the site.

Called this store for pricing and was quoted for $290 a tire for the same set. When asked why it was cheaper online all the guy could say was that the pricing was from down south in Vancouver and that they are having issues with the online pricing.

Went to Kal-tire instead.
