Can't say enough for the team at ok tire Courtenay. Trustworthy mechanics, quick service, fair prices and great location. Awesome for everything, not just tires. Definitely will recommend.

A big thank you to OK Tire for their help with my recent claim to BCAA for a tire replacement due to a nail in the sidewall. I bought a set of four tires in January and the service was excellent.

This shop is the best! They supplied new tires and have done a fair bit of repair on my older Chev pickup. They are ALWAYS prompt, honest and very fair in their billings. The work is consistently done professionally and is right the first time. Dave, the Owner, adds extra value with his comedic personality!

Very busy place, unfortunately they were understaffed so service was slow but in the end did a good job with the tire change

These guys were great. Fitted me in to repair a puncture on a rental car and it was done in a couple of hours so I coukd get on the road the next day. Thank you. And charged a very reasonable price.

These guys are great, super fast and same day. Had a flat tire that was rusted on and i couldnt get it off. I called them up and they said come on down, 45 minutes later new tire, all done and cheap.

Good service, had to get my brakes and e-brake fixed on our truck and they did a great job.

I was there in the end of August for a standart wheel rotation. Everything was fine and the guys in the shop were friendly. Now in December i had to check the front breaks and took off the front wheels, I realized, that ok tire destroyed two screws and maybe the thread of the wheel hub while rotating the wheels in August, because the wheel wasnt removed between August and December.
Normally this is all no problem and we could talk about a solution, but nobody answer my questions and respond on any e-mails.
What kind of company are you? Just earning money and be responsible for nothing?

Check your lug nut torques yourself. Dont trust the shop. I had my truck in for a standard rotation and shortly afterwards a wheel nearly fell right off. I'm looking at a $750 repair for a mangled hub, studs, rotor and rim and OK tire isn't taking any responsibility. Otherwise i've found them very pleasant!

Very friendly and very helpful. No other place in town had valve stems for my dump truck but they did! I recomend to everyone I know!

Old Skool service with years of knowledge. Dave and his crew are one of the more solid service providers in the Valley. More than just tires. Great for vehicle repairs as well. They look after 4 of my commercial vehicles and my personal vehicles as well. Always sound and sensible advice. Yes, sometimes there are waits due to volume, but their level of service is worth it.
