Actually I am sorry, I gave review. But this ok tire, I more expensive than other ok tire, I thought there price would be same but no it’s a difference you will see when u go and compare with other ok tires.

They were able to get me in the same day and I only waited an hour for them to find the hole in the tire and repair it. As good as it gets

OK Tire will charge your “dead” battery. They have the chargers while others do not. OK offers reasonable rates and friendly service.

When there is adversity, that's when you see someone's true colours. A couple of weeks after OK Tire changed my timing belt, I had a major problem with my motor. Apparently the supplier had delivered a small part that was slightly off, which caused the timing belt to fail, and my motor was toast. Manager Blair and his team had my car for a month while they replaced the motor and made all the accompanying adjustments. They didn't charge me a cent. They even supplied a courtesy car for the whole time. That's great service! This is a place you trust.

They did first class work diagnosing faulty tire pressure monitor sensors after two other shops couldn't figure it out. The service was honest and reasonably priced. These guys have experience and know what they're doing. I've used them twice now and recommend them above others in the area.

I got my car serviced here and they WASHED the inside and outside! Great people, great service, great communication

Took my Mercedes benz in because the car was stalling and had multiple error messages coming. They told me I have to change the main battery, which cost me $450 plus $250 Labor. When I picked up my car all error messages still showing and they didn't fix anything.

Later I find out that my car stalling and error messages were coming because of a small faulty aux battery and not the main battery which they changed for no reason. When I asked them why my problem was still not fixed after paying over $1000, they just made some excuses.

Flat tire repair in 7 days? You must be joking if anyone would wait that long for this basic service.

Service was good. Was in and out with no issue. My only complaint is that they have tires on their website that are no longer in stock.

I questioned the final total of purchasing and installing 2 tires, As it was about $65 more than what I thought I had been quoted over the phone the day before. Due to me questioning the total, the front desk person (possibly the owner?) refused to sell me a 3rd tire, which we had agreed upone over the phone, calling me difficult.
Yes your service is in demand. That doesn't excuse strange, unethical behavior.
