Every time I have gone to OK Tire in Vernon, the service has been exceptional!

I've been going there for over 20 years. And have always been treated fairly and with honesty.

I've recommend OK Tire to many friends and colleagues over the years.

And I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that is reading this review.

OK Tire is a great place to bring your vehicle. They have incredibly friendly staff members who are able to answer your questions with honesty. We as a family have been going there for years with no hesitations on repairs or tires. We appreciate all their hard work and details that they put in daily. Who could have thought repairing a vehicle could be such a great experience!

Got my tires changed over for winter. Fast efficient and friendly service. I'll go back for sure.

Very friendly person switched the spare on my car with my repaired tire. He remounted the spare on it's holder. He insisted there was no charge! Another place has said $40! Thank you for your smile and service. I will definitely returning I need any services

We are from Alberta and was travelling in BC. After noticing a slow leak in my tire I went to a tire shop in Kamloops where they allegedly repaired the slow leak. Once we arrived in Vernon we noticed the slow leak remained. We went to OK Tire in Vernon and were immediately advised that the rim on our vehicle was cracked. OK Tire referred us to a local welder who repaired the rim. Within 2 hours we were back on the road. We were very impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer service we received. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a reputable tire shop in the Vernon area

They deserve at least 6 stars. We had a very awkwardly timed tire breakdown while a friend was using my car. Denny and his team were over the top in helping out in short notice, no appointment, great value and just exceptional service. Hands down the best and only place I would go for tire service.

I was headed out of town and when checking my tire pressure my valve stem started leaking. I called OK tire and they had me come in immediately and repaired it in minutes. I was on the road in record time. Excellent service!

We got 2 flats along with bent rims, at the start of Thanksgiving weekend and we are from out of town. Although this is a busy time for OK tire, with winter tire season and Thanksgiving weekend, they were extremely helpful. We probably had 6 or 7 phone calls but they went out of their way to find a solution and get us on the road again. I can’t say enough good about them! Thank you ok I tire

Huge gratitude to Karl and the team in Vernon. I purchased a set of snow tires last year when I was still living in Squamish. One of the tires developed an issue which I discovered after I moved to Vernon. I visited the OK tire in Vernon and Karl looked at it and then liaised with the Squamish store and a replacement tire was sent to Vernon. The issue was solved with ease. What I most appreciated was the level of service I experienced at both stores. I highly recommend OK tire in Vernon and will definitely be back in future.

Put on tires but would not do alignment because they said it needed $2200 worth of frontend work. This was not true and I got the alignment elsewhere. No front end work was needed.

By far and away the best place in town for auto needs, the family atmosphere combined with their friendly professional attitude, their prices and the willingness to bend over backwards to help out. I cannot say enough good things about this place, time and time again they have scored an 11/10 for me, always going above and beyond. Customer for life! Thank you

I purchased tires for my boat trailer and snow tires for my SUV - very fair price but, more importantly, GREAT SERVICE. This was my first time doing business with this store but it definitely won't be my last. It is apparent that the staff really enjoy working together and it creates a great atmosphere for the customer. I will refer this business to friends.

Wow is all I can say I went to 3 differnt tire places and none could figure out my issue.they found it out in less than 30 min and were amazing thank you guys

I've only been here twice but both times were great.chelsey is so nice — super friendly and cheerful! Service is quick and good, but most importantly, they seem very honest, which is an awesome quality in a mechanic.when I came to pick up my car after my first appointment, you can imagine my surprise when my bill was $100 lower than I had expected it to be! Apparently when I called to book my appointment, I described what I needed done incorrectly so the quote they gave me was about $100 higher than the actual service I required.they could've charged me more and I'd have paid it, not knowing any better, but they didn't, and that was greatly appreciated.

We only had wings (half price Sunday and I think Wednesday, too), plus fries and small salads. These are the biggest and best we have had in Vernon, by far. 27 kinds! Really good! Plus fast, friendly service, civilized atmosphere, and kids can eat, too.

They graciously squished me in when everyone was full as I was travelling over the weekend and needed my tires changed over. Friendly, timely, and helpful - they even came around to hold the door for me and my stroller! Highly recommended.

Luckeand his staff are brilliant. They are honest, caring and fair people. One NEVER needs to be concerned that they are being ripping you off, or being up sold. They will tell you what needs to be done, and what does not. We have been going to OK Tire for years and I always feel that I get honest and reliable information from them. I can not count the number of times I have spoken to Owen the mechanic, or Luke, about a mechanical or tire issue and they have always been more than willing to help out where and when they can. They work at making the customer satisfied. The tire shop and the mechanics are top notch. If one is traveling through town and needs and honest place to go. OK Tire is that place!

I have been going to this shop for years now, and they are here always honest, quick and informative. They really go the extra mile to make sure you fully understand what they're doing to your vehicle, and to educate and do the right thing for you. The owner is also local and has plenty of experience. Highly recommended this shop!

We had our truck towed here after breaking down. Only had an apprentice on staff that day who was super helpful in spending time identifying what was wrong even though he couldn’t fix it and charged nothing. The only that would have made this a 5 star was if they could have had a qualified mechanic on staff the day to do the work so we didn’t have to take It elsewhere.

Great customer service went in with a flat tire, I was in a hurry to get to work. They fixed it and had me out the door back to work in no time.thanks chelsi you guys rock!

OK Tire refused to put on the correct size tires on my daughters' vehicle.
They presumed that the tires that were on were the proper size and what was brought in was not. Claimed the new ones would rub. Took a minute to check specs myself and went to another shop. They did it for less and without an appointment, no problems with rubbing, except me the wrong way!
