WOW! Great service from Tony and his team. My wife was passing through West Vancouver on the Upper Levels and had a tire blow out. I contacted Tony by phone and explained the situation. He said he would try to look at it if she could get there. BCAA got my wife on her way. Tony took the time to explain all 4 tires were shot and needed replacing. He gave different price options with no pressure.
By the end of the day my wife was on her way. Tony accommodated this during the height of snow tire exchange season. If you are in the area (or passing through) I highly recommend Tony at West Van OK Tire. If he can, he will and you will be very satisfied.

Great service. Run by two very honorable gentlemen. Replaced my battery in no time when Toyota said they needed over a week. Bailed me out before too when I got a flat tire.

Always awesome service from Tony and the crew. Honest, timely, professional are but a few superlatives to describe every time I've had to call on them.

I had my brakes replaced back in May. It wasn't 6 months later did we have alot of shaking anytime we used the brakes. I finally got through to them and I dropped off the car. When I picked it up they mentioned that the pads had warped but was covered under warranty and told me I should change my driving habits. My last brakes lasted 5 years, so thought that was strange. It wasn't one month later did we heard a really loud banging noise that wasn't tied to using the brakes. I emailed and called but never got a response from them. Thankfully I was able to see a different mechanic as I was getting worried to drive as the noise got extremely loud. They diagonsised it as loose lug nuts on the tires, so loose that one of the lug nuts had actually fallen off and needed to be replaced! They were the last one to touch the car and wheels.

This is a huge safety concern for me, my children and everyone on the road. Something doesn't feel right that things have failed way earlier than under normal driving conditions. I emailed the shop the update and have failed to hear back from them.

Be cautious with their level of service, as they aren't able to meet basic mechanic 101 as tightening a lug nut.

Great spot - they did my out of province inspections. Honest communication and friendly interactions - would definitely recommend.

Place is called OK Tires but they actually do all sorts of mechanic work. Took my car for brakes, enjoyed friendly interaction and they did an excellent job, with no surprises, paid the price was quoted.

Efficient, quick.they pick up the phone right away.no long complicated message system before y get to talk to someone.easy to spend time at the rec cntre opposite ok tires while y wait!

Excellent service from Tony and the pricing is so much better than Kal Tires, Canadian Tire and of course much cheaper than the official Audi service center. I highly recommend this place and feels good to support a small local business.

Prompt service and fair prices.
They have a small shop but do tire repairs and replacement and most minor mechanical repairs.

Lawrence and Tony have been so awesome to know and work with. I've found value and satisfaction in supporting smaller local businesses that
tend to have to compete with larger franchise ones. It's a closer more personal connection.

I finally got winter tires for my front wheel drive car that perform great thanks to manual transmission (greatest thing ever and always will be). Much later I realized I wish I had bought the wheels for the tires as well. They always wanted to give the best service that will keep you coming back. They sources wheels for the tires and delivered more than expected by not charging fully 100% of the expected cost (breakdown of all work done is personal).

I started getting disappointed with my dealership shop as my car has been no longer made by Hyundai for about 11 years now. They never seemed to make a very good effort in sourcing parts and accessories for it, nor cared much. In fact, when I asked them when my clutch/slip disc/flywheel might need replacing for my manual transmission, I was turned off to hear them say that "we may not even be able to source those" for my vehicle.

I'm now much more inclined to come to Tony and Lawrence for future service as shops are often well networked enough with sources of parts they need.

We hope they remain a popular and valued shop in years to come.

Bought a set of tires from them and all went as planned. They were super busy but still got my car finished earlier as i was walking my dog in the cold waiting for it. Next visit i received good quick service on replacing a headlight and wiper.

Super grateful to have found this team of reliable and trustworthy mechanics upon moving to West Van. Twice I have had to drop off my car to Tony and the team unexpectedly when my car was making some scary noises. While always busy at the shop, Tony always makes time to provide exceptional service. He has a very kind and patient demeanour and is never condescending when it comes to me asking him a million questions. They have most recently fixed my front brakes at a very fair price and my car is driving perfectly now. I really appreciate Tony and his team and feel very thankful to have them in my new neighbourhood!

Trust these guys 100% for service and tires. Recently was told by two oil change places that I should have my Transmission fluid flushed & replaced on my old Odyssey. So I asked OK to to a Transmission service, and Lawrence recommended against it, as the older Odysseys are known to have tranmission issues that may be brought on by transmission fluid change...
I buy my winter and summer tires from these guys for both vehicles - and always get good value.

These guys are honest folks.they know there stuff and leave you feeling satisfied rather than ripped off like some other mechanics.

I am so grateful to the lovely employee (Lawrence) who came to my rescue today. I was in West Van on business today and the oil pan protector plate fell off - all except for one screw. It was dragging on the ground and there was no way I could drive back to my office in South Vancouver. Another place wouldn't even look to see what was wrong unless I wanted to wait 2 hours until they could maybe get to me. (@bigOtire I'm looking at you)
I didn't think I'd have any better luck at Ok Tire but Lawrence came right over and had a quick look. When he saw the problem, he quickly figured out a way to get at the remaining screw without putting my car up on a lift. He had the plate off in less than 5 minutes, assured me I could easily get it reattached when I had a chance and I was able to be back at my office for a meeting right on time!
My appreciation knows no bounds. Thank you very much for your help.

Tony is great! We had a flat on our Suburban and we brought it to him and he diagnosed it as a bent rim. He and his team repaired it for us quickly and efficiently. Now back getting a new set of tires for another vehicle. He washed the car for us! Huge fan! He has been great! Thanks again Tony!

100% recommend these guys. I am from hope and broke down in west Vancouver. Had it towed to them explained my situation needing my truck fixed fast having to pick up someone from the airport in a few days. Understanding that it was my only vehicle and would be travelling back to west Vancouver to pick it up they squeezed me in and had it fixed just in time even though they were swamped with other vehicles. The price was beyond fair and they were so friendly. Calling me to keep me updated along the way! Really great place and would definitely return to them even living in Hope. Thanks for the great service!
