This place is great. Very reasonable prices and they get the job done, and do it well. I did have an issue once when I made an appointment but when I showed up (on time!) they were closed lol, but others convinced me to go back, and I’m glad I did because they’re honestly better with tires than anyone else in town.

I cannot say enough positive things about everyone at OK Tire. I was overdue for some new tires, I had been putting it off as I have had some previous terrible experiences with “car things” and as a woman, I feel it’s easy into get taken advantage of & end up having things done that don’t need to be done, simply just as a result of a lack of knowledge around vehicles. My boyfriend had booked me in for some new tires & I was anxious to even bring my car in - silly me, everyone there was SO great. Made the process so easy. Made me feel so comfortable. The price was amazing, less than I was even initially quoted. They simplified things for me & answered all my questions without judgement. They were very friendly & to top it off, my car was ready with brand new tires in 45 minutes! I will absolutely continue to use OK tire on Fraser hwy in the future. They were amazing.

I've always used OK tire in Richmond because of the amazing service and figured I'd check out the Langley one finally since moving here. Got a same day appointment to check out my tire and fix it. It was a quick fix and they didn't charge me a dime. Thanks guys, will definitely be back! (hopefully not any time soon)

I don't usually post reviews but I really had to for OK tire. Firstly, when I got to OK tire I was in need of new wipers. I was told by the manager that theirs were overpriced and that I should head to NAPA across the street. I saved over $20 by doing so. Additionally once they patched my tires I was getting ready to pay the $30 service fee when I was told by the manager that they would take care of it this time. This kind of service is a lost art. It's a safe bet to assume that I will be heading to OK tire for all of my tire needs.

Had all four tires re & re’d on my travel trailer. Very friendly, fast service and great price.

Needed new rubber and visited a few local tire chain stores. The tires I liked the most were at another store. Decided on 1 of their quoted sets. Went to get buy them but surprise! They quoted me on tires they sell but don't have available. Second choice was OK Tires. I should have gone there 1st. Perfect in all regards and wonderful people. A job well done. My go to tire place from here on in.

One of our RV trailer tires was pooched and we had a ferry reservation to make… We had excellent service right from the phone call where a human answered the phone and could help us out, to Mike checking that they physically had the right tire for us (not just from computer inventory) and then squeezing us in ready to switch the tire right away and get us on our way! Amazing! Turned a stressful situation into a huge relief!

Excellent service from the first phone call to driving away with a new set of tires. A few options were offered but I eventually chose their house tire. Very reasonable and great quality for money spent.

Excellent experience getting new tires yesterday. I called to get a price, Clayton gave me a deal and offered to drive me back to my other vehicle. They took care of my car in just a couple hours the same day I called for the price. Maybe I just got lucky that they weren't busy that day but they seemed to really want my business and seem to run a great shop. It's also nice to deal with an owner, so you're getting served by someone that truly wants to be in the service industry.

Needed a new set of all seasons for the Commuter and went to see the wonderful folks at OK Tire on Fraser, as usual excellent service with a smile! I will always recommend this location for its best in class Customer care!

I cannot emphasize enough about how great Langley OK Tire is! I was in last week to get new tires and some car repairs and the staff was phenomenal! They took the time to explain to me what repairs my car needed and prioritized them for me. As a single mom going into an automotive shop is quite a scary environment for me, but not anymore! Clayton made me feel comfortable and explained things very well. They are the only shop in Langley that I recommend!

I have replaced multiple sets of tires over the years at this location. Very good service and honest people who take care of their customers. Would highly recommend over many shops.

I went to OK Tire on the trusted referral of Sutej 'Scotty' Sumal at Applewood Auto. I dealt with Clayton there who was incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. I could not be happier with my experience there. Clayton gave me a great price on 4 awesome Blackhawk M & S tires, and did it super fast for me too. Bought tires from a place saying they could install then after purchasing the shoes they informed me the tires were way to big for their machine. Spent the entire day (Two days before Christmas eve) trying to find a shop anywhere on the lower mainland. Gave OK Tire Langley a ring and they stayed after hours to make sure the new shoes were on my truck so I was able to make it to Fort McMurray before Christmas. Honestly words can't even describe how much these guys went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have a drive from hell to make it to see family on Christmas Day and so I was able to make it for work. Merry Christmas guys and I hope 2022 brings all you boys nothing but the best!

I have been coming to this place for couple of years before and after the relocate. They provide good and prompt services from customer service and tire change.

I had my front end done, a strange banging sound was happening after work completed. Took my vehicle back for help to fix, they were not interested. I had to have another shop finish the work. Ok tire didn't properly torque the bolts down, which caused the banging sound.

Great service but subpar work from the shop. Newly purchased tires were out of balance the day after install and first time at highway speeds was experiencing shaking. Called them and was able to go to another OK tire on my way out of town on a road trip to have tires rebalanced and charged back to the original store. Overall happy they fixed the problem but hope they get their technicians up to a higher standard of quality workmanship.

I bought new tires from here and I can't say enough good things about the service I received. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.they also reassured me (unlike my dealership shop) that I have at least a year on my brakes. I will definitely be going back for more than just the tire rotation. Highly recommended

My wife's tire fell off her rim this morning and she just happened to be right outside this business when it happened. The shop was closed, but she was very lucky that the owner Clayton turned up. He helped her get the shredded tire and rim off and put the spare on and she was able to get home. We think he was so very kind to do this on his day off and will always be grateful for his kindness. Great place!

Incredibly poor customer service experience. Would not warranty tires purchased within 6 months, and when I refused to buy two more tires as I have 3 spares at home.the owner told me to take my car elsewhere as he would not be cashing in on me again.
If I could give zero stars, that is what this establishment would receive.
I am thankful for the folks at Kal tire who are now fixing my tires!

Mechanics are the best in langley. I am a past automotive instructor at BCIT as well as a career auto tech and racecar builder. I take my own vehicles there to be repaired and serviced. Extremely qualified guys on the floor. Very honest. It reflects in how busy their shop is. Never an empty bay. Yet promt service.

Had a few bad experiences with another local franchise in the area. Started using OK tire for my business truck and sports car. They know their stuff and they do a good job. Hard to beat a family run business! Keep up the good work Brent

I’ve been visiting the Delaney’s for over a decade and I refuse to go anywhere else. I come from Pitt Meadows just to get an oil change because these guys are that good. Brett and Clayton have always treated me like a VIP.

These guys were awesome. Took me in right away as I was somewhat stranded with a seized front brake on my truck. I was in and out in 2 1/2 hours. I wouldn't hesitate using this location in the future.

I had a problem with my front passenger tire and all the staff at OK Tire Langley were amazing! They were able to order the tire in that same day (I called at least 5 other tire places and even went to the dealership where my suv is from - and they all required at least 5 business days to order my tire in). OK tire got me in the same day and were so efficient and friendly with their service. They knew I had to leave for work at a specific time and they went above and beyond to ensure my new tire was on and that I would not be late for work. I will definitely come back and will be sure to tell all my friends and family about them!

I have gone to this OK Tire multiple times now and my experience has always been amazing. Everyone there is kind and professional. I have taken my car elsewhere in the past and felt that I was taken advantage of as a young female. But at OK Tire that has never been the case. They don't talk down to me (even though I am clueless when it comes to cars) and it is clear they have my best interests in mind. I will definitely bring my car here again and will recommend for others' to as well!

Clayton and his team at OK Tire Langley provided an exceptional customer service experience combined with a professional, knowledgeable repair job in a timely fashion.

I was in desperate need of a last minute appointment to diagnose loud road noise on a set of brand new tires I just had installed at a different OK Tire location.

Clayton graciously offered to do all he could to get my vehicle in to have the problem diagnosed, despite already having a hectic repair schedule that day.

Within a few hours of dropping it off, I was called directly, informed of the issue, repair cost and time frame, all of which were promptly met.

In this current era of lazy service and subpar delivery, Clayton and his team easily blew away the competition and I will now no longer purchase my tires from anywhere else.

For the last 8+years I have been taking not only my every day driver to OK Tire Langley but, also my 1934 Ford hot rod. Once again, I was not disappointed. Doesn't matter what I take to them, the service is consistent. They did a complete winter tire change over on my new Ram 1500 Classic truck with some pretty awesome TOYO GSI 6 tires. Got new tires here today and it was easily THE best customer service experience of my life. I scheduled online, received a confirmation email, arrived and got in straight away. No one ever tried to upsell me or rope me into services I didn't need - it was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone I know, and to you reading this!

I contacted O. K Tire last minute last week to try and beat the impending winter tire rush. Clayton, the Owner, was prompt in emailing me a quote and was patient with my indecision on how many and what type of tires to get. He was able to squeeze me in for an appointment today, even though it was extremely busy. His staff were kind and courteous when dealing with my concerns, and made sure I got back to the office in time without hesitation. I had checked out several other tire shops before landing on O. K. Tire, and the reason I went with them was because of the level of service I received. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest experience any day.

Used to be great 20 yrs ago when I started going here. If you need cheap tires for your beater them it's fine. If you have nice rims then please TAKE PICTURES of them before you drop it off. It probably won't help. I had pictures and they couldn't have cared less. They did have 1 of the dozen or so scratches repaired, but the rest were considered "rock chips" even though the marks were all clearly new. It's too bad as it used to be my go to place. Just be careful as the burden of proof will be on you.
