OK Tire Commercial

The service at ok tire is amazing. All the start, and when you’re in a pinch they’ll help as best they can. They did mechanical work on my ford when ford was too booked up. Fixed holes in my tires (after hours), alignments, took my welding deck off and wired my old box back on. They’ve done a bunch of different services. And I don’t go anywhere else in town but them. Highly recommend them and very professional. They’ve been my go to for 2 years now and counting.

I called all over Kamloops to get help with my class A motorhome. No one would look at it. The people at OK tire didn't think they could help but agreed to look at it for me. They were true to their word and identified the issue for me. They were not able to fix the issue but were good enough to look and let me know what needs to be done. Great people. Highly recommend!

I m not from kamloops.came here to buy a car.bought the car but it was lemon (had a big issue with radiator). I called almost all mechanic in town this guys are the only one who accepted my emergency.brought my car there they diagnosed and all.but car was unfortunately has messed up radiator.those guys gave me all the bottle water they have and let me use their hose to fill them up so I can top it off to my destination. I ended up giving the car back to previous owner due to issues.and those guys did not charge me for anything (they put on jouster and check min 15 mins.thanks guys I appreciate your hospitality

Great same day service called for a full set of tires at 8 am had me back on the road in couple hours
Went threw my vehicle and showed me some minor issues fixed then for me
Highly recommend them as a small car repair shop

Quick turnaround and fair. I have many commercial vehicles / trailers and these guys always work with me to get me going again.

Was told the truck was ready to be picked up. Total price of the work done not effectively communicated-price was 1000 more than expected. Inspection paper and and sticker not on vehicle had to wait an hour for the truck to be inspected again and had to ask to have inspection document signed. Front desk man unaware of how long inspection is good for. Various problems with work that had been done (lights flickering, breaks not adjusted properly, truck not handling well even through an alignment had been done). Dangerous. You would think that work being done for a government inspection would be done correctly especially $3000 worth.

TL;DR: Poor communication, work done incorrectly.

I needed to get my winter tires studded and mounted. I called around to a few places, and OK Tire (mission flats) had by far the best price. Not only was it affordable, the service is fantastic. Very quick, and efficient. I picked a very busy time to have the service done, and they got me in right away without question. Highly recommend!

I am pleased to post this review of this company and its staff, for the work performed, and their above and beyond customer service experience.
Had the pleasure of dealing first hand with the Owner, Tyler, who helped in making the experience more then I've found in Kamloops in a long time.
Service was excellent, prompt, and done it the first time.
Cost was well below any other stores in town, which I price checked against all that morning.
Highly recommended and will definitely be my new go to for all my family's and company's future service work. Please check this hidden gem out and I promise you will not be let down in any way.
