I had a screw in my sidewall and called many dealerships that could not accommodate me, Ok Tire and Ian said bring it in. The service was excellent, time was of the essence. I would highly recommend Him and his Company. When I need to replace all I will visit them defiantly.

Honesty an incredible knowledge of your vehicle of its do's and don'ts as well as knowing what parts to replace and what does not need to be replaced, there's no scam here and what you see is what you get. I happen upon ok tire by accident and have been a customer there now for more than 2 years more than happy with their service and their knowledge. Couldn't get a better place to take your car too

Ok Tire South Surrey has done a couple of repairs and tire mounts for me in the past. Always fast and friendly. I’ll be using them for all my tire needs moving forward.

Very fair pricing, and reliable service! I was very fortunate to be able to have my car serviced on a weekend, when most places are closed. They did a great job and were very transparent in the services they provided!

Charges for nothing and didn't even fix anything. AND TOOK OUT THE KEYS WITHOUT ANY REASON SCARED THAT WE WILL RUN AWAY. SHAME

I went to this shop two weeks ago and I told the manager, Ion, that my rear right break making squeezing noise when driving on HWY. And he said his tech will test drive and check breaks and charged me around $80 inspection fee. Few hours later, he called me back they didn't hear any noise when test drive on city road and recommended about $680 breaks maintenance. Of course I refused, they didn't fixed or found the issue I want to repair and want me to pay something else. When I picked up the car, Ion said I didn't give enough info for the tech. I don't know what info he need, cause I already told him to check the brake noise when on HWY. They tested car on city road instead. My car has almost new rotors and brake pad, only issue was the rear right brake worn abnormal and has squzzing noise.
I sent the car to different shop and they found issue and adjusted my break.
I lost my trust to this shop, and will not go back forever and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This place is full of extremely honest and hardworking employees. They will NEVER make you do something or try to upsell you on something unless they think you truly need it. I will absolutely continue to go to them for all vehicle needs and I have to say it is rare to encounter honesty and people who are willing to talk to you on the phone for as long as you need to answer your questions. 10/10.

Took my vehicle in for alignment which was needed few months before winter. Acura has showed me pictures of their alignment that is correct, they have the alignment tool in front of you. Both front rear tires were out, causing to much wear on these winter tires. Dealership is definitely better at certain things…

To the response below. Is there a email to email you the picture at. No potholes were hit at all with the vehicle as I drive it with care. And for the alignment to be that severe off I would need to hit a pretty nasty pothole machine can be calibrated weekly if ppl don’t no how to use it calibrate does nothing

I want to give a big THANK YOU to Ian! He was so kind to help me out when I had a flat tire. He had previous experience with another company and he mentioned that the car company I am with, has a service that helps with flat tires and tows. Sure enough I had it. He helped me find the company’s number he truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! If I had need my tires done I would come back here.

I went in for a wheel alignment and when I went to pick up my car they let me know my airbag light was flashing. I had noticed it started the day before. I explained my sister had driven my car, moved the seat and that it had just started the day before. The front desk attendant had a repair guy check underneath my seat and he let me know it was connected and I may need a scan to see whats wrong. I left and the light turned off! Wonderful customer service that they would check and not charge extra.

The team was super responsive and were able to fit an appointment in to get my tire repaired on the same day. They were kind, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be going back when I get my tires replaced:)

The manager at OK Tire was very friendly over the phone, and took me in almost immediately. They are knowledgeable with Teslas, and we’re able to repair a nail in my tire in about a half hour. Service is quick, friendly, and reliable. Would highly recommend them. Much better service than their competitors across the street.

John and the guys did a great job, my a/c wasn’t cooling during the heat of the summer and they got me in right away checked and recharged my system, they also diagnosed a air sensor failure on a couple of my tires. They’re service was fast and courteous, I would have no issues with recommending them or using them again for service it was great.

The South Surrey location was my first experience with OkTire, and I am thoroughly impressed! I had called in a few times during the week to ask different questions and make minor changes to my appointment, and the staff were so kind and patient each time I spoke with a customer service representative. I had gone through Midas before for similar services a few years ago, and my what a difference in experiences. I am a younger female (and people often assume I know nothing about cars), so Midas tried to scam me to no end when I went back in to pay for my services and pick up my car. They tried to rope me into paying another $700-900 in services I didn’t need (at least not at that moment in time, or anytime in the near future). OkTire did not make me feel pressured about anything at all! They performed the services I asked for, and just left some helpful diagnostic notes on my receipt. The services they did for me included: brand new winter tire installation, 4 wheel alignment, and all 4 brakes were done. My car has never driven smoother! They even texted me 2 days later to make sure everything was running fine and that I was still satisfied with my service. I highly recommend this location!

Had winter tires put on and on another occasion had sensor problem investigated.

These guys are great and go out of their way to help. I had a situation where I needed new tires and had to have the work completed the next day. They found me the right tires, brought them into their service branch in White Rock in 24 hours and I had new tires on my Pilot the following afternoon. I called several places for the service. The competition simply stated they did not have my tires and offered no path forward. I’ll definitely be coming back to this branch for future services. To top it off the tires they sold me are of excellent quality and the price was very reasonable. My Pilot runs like new!

Great quick service. Lowest price on front, all season tires and wheel alignment on a 2003 Dodge Caravan. Spare tire had a jammed safety catch and techs were able to clean it and get in working like new. Even added a backup release in case it jams again.

I moved out to South Surrey and was looking for a good, reliable mechanic shop to do regular maintenance and other stuff to my vehicle's. Called up this shop one morning & they got me in the next day and took such good care of me I won't go anywhere else.

They changed my custom mufflers back to factory and it was so clean. Really happy with everything these guys have done. All the guys in the shop were very polite and helpful.

If you need anything done give these guys a call first and you will be more then happy.

Im really impressed with how smoothly my visits go here. It’s easy to get an appointment, the staff is friendly and courteous, It never takes more time then needed and they remind me when I’m due to bring my car in. The bonus is their prices are good. The only down side would be the parking lot, horrible layout. Not their fault though.

I have been to many different oil change companies that usually try to sell me extras I don't need and hassle me when I turn them down but Ok Tire was the first place that didn't do this. They did the work I requested for the price they gave me; it was a great experience all around.

The staffs in store are Patient and we booked the tire and got it the next day, which did work very well. We will highly recommend this store!

They fit me in short notice and did the job in shorter time that expected, all works great at an affordable price. They even came out and offered advice and went the extra mile.

Excellent customer service and great value for the money. I went in a couple of days ago and had an oil change and my brakes had just started to make noise. They checked it out and said that my brakes were needing replacement but my rotors were still good so they don’t need replacing. Amin and his team did an excellent job and was very reasonable prices

Honestly was super surprised by the service we received. We have a bunch of service vehicles I will be taking here now as the people and services they provided were top notch.

Should be the first place you look if you want an A1 job done on your vehicle. Amin is very thorough and will make sure the job is done 100% from start to finish.

Came in to get an oil change after getting screwed by Kal tire for putting the wrong oil in my car. I was impressed by the service even tho i didn't have an appointment and that they were packed until Wednesday, the gentleman at the counter did an exception and manage to get my car in to get the oil replaced, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and did the job in 15 minutes and was very polite and helpful. I recommend bringing your car here for any needed repairs.

The folks their are honest and professional.
I Took my car in for a job I had in mind would be the solution to my problem, but the they proposed a more permanent solution with a better price even. The shop is well equipped with 4 car lifts, a tire machine, an exhaust machine, a wheel alignment machine and an AC machine. Not to forget the coffee machine ;) and the TV equipped waiting area.
I got a free visual inspection and on top of all a Thank you letter from the shop owner.
All in all I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be a returning customer.

You should be at the perfect place for all things servicing. I had all 4 brakes replaced at the other Mighty Tune fall of 2019 when Amin was working at the Newton location (now in South Surrey) and he did an outstanding job on the breaks and made sure there were no leaks that I was initially concerned of. Gave me complete transparency and told me I didn't need to replace the rotors, and advised me to get Average or premium brakes (I forget which one but he told me there was an even better brake type but recommended to save the money and settle for the one under in quality because they seem to work the same.) Also emailed him about a quote for full synthetic oil change, lo and behold he charged me exactly as estimated. Thanks brotha and hope to come back soon!

First time ever. I finally found an honest mechanic in British Columbia. His name is Johnathan. An honest guy and reasonable prices. Loved his service.

I had an excellent experience with Jonathan. I'd been cringing at the bounciness of my ride, thinking it was the calipers scraping on the rotors after a long road trip. It turned out that while there was still a bit of life in my front brakes, I had advanced sidewall cracking on all four tires, as well as a broken belt in the front tire which caused it to wobble and the steering wheel to shake.

After taking my car for a test drive to diagnose the problem, Jonathan answered all of my questions and provided a quote. There were no up-sells or cross-sells, just an accurate assessment regarding necessary repairs. I was told that new front brake pads and rotors could wait for a bit, but decided on my own to have them done at the same time since the tires were already coming off. I also had two requests to obtain trim components that were addressed promptly.

My car was in and out of the shop quickly, and the price was fair and came in exactly as estimated. Jonathan was friendly, efficient, punctual, professional, and honest. The next time my car needs a repair, I will call him. This was one of the best car repair experiences I've ever had, and I will freely recommend Jonathan at Mighty Tune. Thanks so much, Jonathan!

Took my car here and basically was told that Troy owned the shop for only 2 months and just left later found out that he is a criminal after I talked to local police department. Mighty Tune is very shady and have been changing there ownership. In proper work etc. Would recommend any shop BUT mighty tune and brake. It's funny how the facebook and all these reviews are all fake. Have Business Bureau Report open aswell.

Under new, honest, friendly and reliable ownership. Troy comes to this location with great experience. Once a product of the mechanic machine, he brings in his honesty and desire to create great car owner/mechanic relationships. He took the time to show me the things that could be done to my car, in order of importance - What was needed now and what could wait. We all now how expensive car repair can be. He even found a potential issue and just fixed it, on the spot, to prevent further issues. He could have just as easily let it go and then I would have been back with a much bigger problem. I really appreciated that!
Many people don't take the time to share positive reviews but are quick to make someone look bad. This shop has been under new ownership for a very short time and have gone beyond expectations for my situation. I would highly recommend Might Tune on King George Hwy and the new owner Troy G!

Gus and Johnathan were outstanding to help me. First they got me in on the eve of a long weekend for an oil change. Next, (and they'd have done this anyway), I made sure they checked my brakes which I knew were due to be replaced. It turned out my brakes were OVERDUE. These great mechanics ordered the parts ASAP and had my car in and fixed up in less then 20 hours. I left end of day and was on my way the following morning by 10: 30am! I cannot say enough about Mighty Tune and Brake. Conscientious, honest, great customer service. I won't be taking my car anywhere else so long as I live anywhere near Surrey.

Very good repair shop under new ownership who are willing to do their best for the customers. Kostas and Ken are skilled mechanics willing to go the extra mile to make sure that your car leaves the shop in better shape. When one of our cars had a check engine light with a ODB2 code of P0340, another repair shop simply replaced the camshaft sensor without checking anything else. Turns out Kostas' team found my timing belt was on its way out. Yes it's a costly repair but better than a new engine when your cylinders seize up when the belt snaps. And Mighty Tune does consult with you to allow you to make an informed decision. A highly recommended repair shop in this area!
