Okanagan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Appointment was right on time, service staff are friendly, they had helped me a lot on earlier visit when they managed to find me freebies attached to my truck through previous owner.

Sabrina was great, kept me well informed about my vehicle status making my service experience exceptional.

A major departure from usual sales practices in a desperate attempt to register title to prevent others from registering a sale on in demand vehicles. Not unethical but out of the ordinary to say for sure.

Had someone from the buying team reach out to me regarding the vehicle I had listed for sale. Offered me an X amount of $$ for it, then (supposedly) pulled the Carfax on it, said there's close to $5K reported damage on it, so reduced their offer by a few thousand. I was not aware of any previous damage to the vehicle, so had my buddy look into it. He ended up pulling a Carfax too and sending it to me, which showed there was no reported damage on the vehicle whatsoever. Typical sleek rip-off dealership behaviour, so beware!

Reposted to add: I have a car fax with no accident history as well as a few other vin checks that my buddy did (including one in the states) - and I know it to be accurate considering it actually shows where the vehicle was purchased from last as well as where the vehicle originally came from. Not sure why your car fax is so different and I’m so many ways. Either way, I got burned on this once and not taking any chances again.

Had my truck in for service with a difficult electrical issue that was re-occurring and they must have a great tech that troubleshoots as they found a loose pin in the wiring harness.

However the communication either the CSR’s could be a little better however in the end things worked out.

2014 - What a great dealership. Bought a very nice Ram Diesel from them and even though my salesman was green he did a great job doing the deal. I had met the salesmanager as they have a "unique" way of qualifying there sales customers that i balked at initially. As another dealer I thought I would follow there process. If you want to make a deal these guys mean business. Already had a nice truck and was not really looking for a new track. But I did and I recommend them highly. Great job you guys Clayton and Mike!

Outstanding group of people, no pressure, all details fully explained, all options laid out in layman's terms. We feel that this dealership went above and beyond to make sure we were very well taken care of. 10/10 would buy a vehicle from them again & 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. Austin was amazing to work with. We completed the initial deal via zoom! When my flight into town got changed the an early morning flight the day of, Austin was there to pick me up at the airport. The deal was easy to make, no fuss, no hassle, no run around. Exactly what you want when buying a vehicle. I'd fly into Kelowna to buy a car from him again!

All good, Brian & Tye we’re excellent to deal with, responsive took care of my requirements. My concern there were no manufacturers MSRP to show breakdown of costs/prices posted on windows of new vehicles.

I delt with Okanagan Dodge back in 2018. I purchased a truck. Back then, the associate that I delt with didn't give me to many details or transparency. Not knowing what I was doing, he asked me to sign the contract before putting the numbers down on it. So there was a bit of add ons.

But the ladies at the front and the service department are very polite and informative. I really loved their service.

Kevan Warren and the rest of the team at Okanagan Dodge were amazing to deal with. I was looking for a used truck and traveling from pretty far away to buy it. He was super thorough when going over the truck and letting me know every detail and they gave me a good trade in value for my truck. He's a very honest, no B. S.guy and made the process super easy!

Highly recommend Okanagan Chrysler to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Jake was extremely helpful and accommodating, without being a pushy or aggressive salesperson in any way. We didn't wind up buying at this time, but the service was so good that we almost felt obligated to. Compared to the experience we have had buying through Bannister GM, it makes you appreciate good service.

They lie through their teeth, all of them, from reception to management. Greasy greasy dealership. Salesmen had told me that my first 3 oil changes were complimentary. Very first time, service manager tells me, either I'm lying or the salesmen lied. Well, I know a few people that, unfortunately, bought vehicles with them and got their complimentary oil changes. Again, service manager tells me I'm lying. I stopped arguing with him. Proceeded to tell him there was a nail in my tire, how much to patch and plug. He says $120, I laugh and said that's ok ill go anywhere else and get it done for half the price. End of the day I go to pick up my vehicle and the tire is completely flat, sitting on rim, they had removed the nail and didn't fix it. I go to the service bay and ask if I can use their air to fill it, they tell me "no, we're closing up for the day". So I either had to use the jack and put the donut on, or drive to a small local shop around the corner on the rim. That is just ONE incident out of several. Awful business, that only cares about making a sale, once that sale is made, you may as well be toilet scum. STAY AWAY! Please for your own good! I wish I could give zero stars.

extremely negative and in depth overall failure of an attempt to troubleshoot and service a vehicle.great place to buy an eighty thousand dollar 90’s vette.

No issue with the sales side but terrible experience in service. Covid's not an excuse for poor customer service. Booked an appointment for a basic service (oil change) at 10am, never heard anything from them and showed up at 12: 00 to see what was going on and turns out they didn't have the oil for a Jeep Gladiator? Aren't you a Jeep dealership, why wasn't I informed earlier before wasting half a day? If you knew I had booked an oil change for 2 weeks you would think you'd have the proper oil or cancel the service before I showed up. Inconsiderate waste of time, will never use them again.
