When the City's gas inspector came to do the final inspection on the furnace that OHAC had installed he said: "If all the contractors I have to deal with were like Okanagan Heating & Air Conditioning, it would make my job a lot easier. They always do a nice job. "

For the second time, they did not show. First appt the tech phoned in sick. Waited 2 weeks for another appt and again.the tech is not feeling well. Would not use this company as they are unreliable. Cost me two days of work and still did not get work done. Super poor service.

Cam and Nick came to repair my fire place and discovered that a spider web of all things was causing a problem with the malfunction of my unit. They went beyond in explaining how to avoid future problems of many different kinds, and pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for fire place servicing of all kinds. Happy customer!

We have had annual fall maintenance on our furnace and fireplaces from this company for about 10 years. In addition they had done previous furnace / AC repairs and they replaced our furnace and water tank when needed three years ago. Their service is very thorough and professional. Right from a courtesy call before they arrive to a proper explanation of what they are doing and why with helpful follow-up advise. They are also very respectful of your home cleaning up properly when they complete the work. The cost continues to be very reasonable and inline with the time spent and quality of work. This company was amazingly professorial, respectful of our home, and took the extra time to include us in the process by showing us what they were doing and what needed upgrading or maintenance in the future. The gained our confidence and trust and we'd highly recommend their services to other people. There was a mix up with appointment times and they went out of their way to resolve the issue and make us feel like valued customers for choosing their company and apologized and took ownership of the mistake. Amazing company!

Nick serviced and repaired our fireplace. He diagnosed the problem immediately, checked it out and was 100% correct. While he fixed the issue, he noticed that the Thermocouple was for a furnace and needed to be replaced. He suggested putting in a new Termopile because the old one looked like it was on its last leg. Not only did he quickly and efficiently fix our problem, but replaced old and worn parts at the same time. The fireplace works beautifully. We were very pleased and would highly recommend OHAC to you.

Nick and the team were awesome - I was booked in quickly, communication ahead of the appointment was excellent and service was great. Nick went above and beyond to look after us. Highly recommend!

Call out to Justin and Cam for the GREAT job they did on the installation of my new furnace. On time, professional, courteous, meticulous and even personable. All the attributes that one would anticipate receiving, but seldom do.

We have use this company for everything over the past few years from fixing/maintenance of our fireplace, maintenance/installing a new AC, maintenance of our water tank, fixing our furnace and updating the venting in our house. Wonderful service. Have been hiring their services to do yearly AC and Furnace maintenance. They also installed a wonderful new AC system for me 2 years ago that was life changing with how comfortable it made our home. Will be hiring them this year to replace our hot water tank.

We had our ducts cleaned and the technician was awesome. Very efficient and super friendly. He did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable and thorough. We’ve signed up for reg maintenance with them now.
