We have purchased a fire table and Bbq from here and have always had exceptional service. The staff have all been extremely knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Will and have recommended them to many friends.

Ordered a Fire Bowl, it came in two months late. Gas fitter went to install it and it wasn't CSA approved! It had to be sent back, very frustrating. And when talking to Don at Okanagan Home Center, instead of being apologetic, was much more concerned about his inconvenience with having to send it and many others back, complained about having to pay shipping.
He assured me that he'd find me another one and give me a good deal! I called there several times, following up, never heard back. Then when I finally did talk to him he said he'd contact me the next morning with some options and still never did!
Absolutely the WORST customer service. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great products, great staff, amazing service. I've never had a better experience anywhere else. I'll never let anyone else look after my tub. They are the best!

I had the worst experience with this business. Customer service is unreliable and not trustworthy! Will never recommend them to anyone and will go out of my way to let people know how bad my experience was. Hot tub part was never returned and ended up having to take my business to another company who luckily was able to help me and saved me hundreds of dollars when Penticton Okanagan Home Centre left me hanging!

Great, friendly staff they will help you find what you are looking for. If anyone is looking for a smoker they need to go in and check out the Louisiana pellet smokers before there gone. Best smoker I have ever tasted any food from!

Great place to get gas or wood stove/fireplace. We bought gas and wood. Only place to get Blaze King. We also got all our pipe from them and used their Wett inspector installers. Great people good prices!

I've been meaning to leave this review for some time now. This business should be giving other businesses in how to give customer service! We bought a hot tub from the Penticton location in the spring and they made the whole interaction a very positive one.

The whole staff from Owners down are absolutely great!

I would like to shout out Nikki who I see and deal with the most. She is absolutely fantastic and is so polite and patient with all my "green-ness" of being a new hot tub person. She has answered and helped me with everything that I have needed, she really is a 10/10 at making customers feel comfortable.

One more shout out is to Jason, our tub had a bit of a hiccup and upon his inspection he found and replaced the issue and we have not had anymore hiccups at all.

I wish I could name all the staff as they all deserve a shout out, so I hope they all get recognised for there great service. Keep up the great work!

Our Enviro E25 fit perfectly into our existing fireplace & immediately warmed our living room. Alex was totally professional, friendly, knowledgeable & readily available to answer any questions. Jase & Michael did a wonderful & careful installation. Very professional, friendly & skilled. Overall an extremely positive experience.

The team is incredible! We purchased a new gas fireplace, hot tub and Napoleon BBQ for our house and the process was seamless from start to end. Nikki walked us through the different fireplaces and helped us make an informed decision. They were able to make our budget work and we are extremely happy with our purchases. They have everything we need for out hot tub maintenance and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this business!

Nikki Evans is amazing and so helpful as was Don & Alex. They listen to what we wanted and gave us prompt, friendly and professional service unlike we've ever seen in any type of business. We would recommend them to everyone.

We bought a fireplace insert from here and had it installed about 6 yrs ago. Service was prompt and professional. When we changed insurers last year and required a WETT inspection they looked after it for us. Will always reccomend them

Don has horrible customer service skills and absolutely rude.does not stand by the installers he hires.even though he pays them and one would assume such a do called creditable company would and should.

I BOUGHT A NEW WOOD STOVE THERE WITH 5 YEAR WARRANTY AS PROMISED UPON SALE. AFTER USING IT I EXPERINCED PROBLEMS AND WENT BACK TO STORE ONLY TO FIND DISAPPOINTMENT. HAVE NOT USED IT VERY MUCH SINCE BUT TRYED AGAIN AND ONLY EXPERIENCED
NO CONTROL AND HAD A EXTREME HEAT IN STOVE WITH OUT CONTROL. IT BURNED THROUGH MY BAFFLES AND WENT BACK TO STORE. THEY DID NOT STAND BY THE STOVE BAFFLES AND AFTER I CALLED THE COMPANY THEY TOLD ME THEY SHOULD BE COVERED AND TOLD ME TO GO BACK TO STORE? IN SHORT I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE AS THEY SAY ONE THING BUT DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS OR HELP IN ANY WAY AFTER PURCHASE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE OR THE ONE IN KELOWNA BELONGS TO SAME OWNER? BUYER BEWARE
